Very good hotel, and very nice staff.

Super hotel are here for 3 times, very good breakfast buffet know no better top!

Spa and wellness area is great, the staff throughout friendly and helpful. They rooms are always clean and the food excellent. We are very happy to come back.

Super Tagungshotel, schöne saubere Zimmer. Essen ist reichhaltig und lecker. Personal war sehr freundlich. Lage direkt am Bahnhof aber trotzdem leise. Parkhaus gegenüber ist ausreichend groß. Den Spa Bereich habe ich nicht getestet, soll aber gut sein. Sonnenuntergang auf der Dachterrasse im Restaurant oder bar ist sehr schön mit Blick auf den Dom. Rundum gut.

Wir gehen dort öfters zum Sonntagsbrunch. Tolles Buffet mit super Auswahl und sehr freundliches Personal. Ich kann das Hotel uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

We often come to Esperanto for concerts or other events. Everything is always well organized.
And we love Sunday brunch!
If it was up to my children, we could brunch there every Sunday. Always a great selection and the staff is always very friendly!

Huge Hotel. The service is ok, but I had better service at this category of hotel. Rooms are clean and the breakfast is very good. The food at the restaurants is quiet pricy for the quality.

Good conference hotel, spacious meeting rooms with decent facilities. Ambience upscale in the classic sense. Friendly service staff. As you know, food plays a major role in meetings. The dining room is generous also with outdoor terrace. The buffet very tasty.

Strange modern hotel with great fittings in the room but all rooms have two singles pushed together for doubles. Great breakfast and a superb rooftop Argentinian meat restaurant. All round not in a great location but ticked the boxes. More of a business hotel IMHO.

A huge conference hotel, but due to its size and décor, it has no charm whatsoever. The rooms are not welcoming and very old baked. The breakfast is very versatile and varied — in the end more mass than quality.
However, the staff is very helpful and friendly.

My room was clean, comfortable (although it was probably a room for people with reduced mobility). I regretted the weakness of the Wi-Fi signal at this place.

Business and conference hotel, good standards.

We like to spend some relaxing days here, competent staff, very good food, great wellness area. Sometimes overflowing, but in all good price performance ratio. This time we unfortunately have a room with a view of the rooftops of the hotel, unfortunately not so nice. The room is spacious, clean with mini bar and safe, as well as bathrobe and "hotel slippers".
Shopping facilities Nearby, many sights we want to see tomorrow.

A very spacious and quiet room. The food (both in the evening so also early) was excellent. The staff was höfflich and could solve my concerns within 5 minutes. Very good and recommendable hotel.

So I'm totally excited about this hotel! Enjoyed the stay and the hospitality very much. Staff very, very friendly, discreet and professional. The room was clean and comfortable. The food in all the restaurants was delicious and in the bar it was funny until late at night and left no wish open. The breakfast is very rich and always fresh. If I should be back in Fulda, I will gladly return there again. Thanks for everything!

A hotel that is in facilities and service that keeps what it promises. The rooms are spacious, bright and clean. We had a bathtub in which the showers unfortunately resulted in "flooding" of the bath. If the separation were a little wider, this problem would probably be solved. The service is very attentive and friendly. Compared to our last visit, the friendliness in the savings area is also significantly increased. That was very nice. The food was in great variety and excellent quality. We certainly weren't there for the last time!

We just stayed for two days in Esperanto and were overall satisfied. The rooms are large and relatively clean, however the carpet has a few stains and you can discover dust in the corners. The breakfast is very rich, but the selection of sausages did not convince us, as this is of the quality rather below average. The buffet dinner is also very rich, but there is a lack of taste in some dishes. The spa area is quite nice, but at full house it is too small, as it is simply overflowing. Unfortunately we had no rest there and then left it after only an hour. Overall rating satisfactory!

This is the jammed Fulda as you know it still done too well from the past: even in the textile sector you can not even look at the mobile phone, you are kicked off directly. Then I just drive back to Bad SALZSCHLIRF, which have colorful mobile phone stickers.

I attended the education fair last Sunday and Monday. There was ample space for the facilities provided. I liked it.

Very nice hotel and very central location in Fulda! The SPA is also recommended if it is not too crowded! You have to take the right day.

Good hotel, very very good food only unfortunately much too crowded on weekends. This then has something from the station's atmosphere while eating. Unfortunately the hotel shows up at the request to postpone the stay due to flu, 0, 0 accommodating. Yes, of course conditions are conditions, but goodwill is also something else…

Buffet with a wide selection of varied and tasty dishes. At the table there are various, partly failed, meat skewers. You should bring a lot of hunger and like to eat meat. Unfortunately less suitable for vegetarians. The staff is always friendly, helpful and very cheerful.

The staff at the reception were very unfriendly. It is also a disrespectful to serve me, at the same time to handle a guest behind me and to clarify a third procedure with a colleague.
We went to the car park the night before at 7 p. M. Today we wanted to leave the car park around 5 p. M. This then makes 2x8 Euro daily flat rate. When I asked how this could be, I was told that the daily allowance starts all over again in the middle of it. Strange business practices. For me, it was less than 24 hours.
The luggage storage room is not video-monitored and all liability is excluded. It's nice that it's written on a sign in such detail. Could anyone understand as an invitation. Why is it not simply excluded liability?
The breakfast was sparse and by no means worth four stars.
The two stars of this review are available for the staff in the restaurants, because they were nice and accommodating.
I don't come here again voluntarily.

It was a nice stay and everything was clean. The food was really good. Spa area is just too small for the size of the hotel. Only two saunas with 'Aufguss' and they are pretty small… The reading areas are also not big enough, so you have the constant feeling you're waiting for others to leave or you've got to rush to get a spot… which is counterproductive in a wellness spa…

Hotel is very well located at the downtown and train station. Room perfectly fine. Spa area has a beautiful sauna landscape. Brine is a bit small, most of all the outdoor pool is tiny and the view is like in the backyard. Food was delicious and great selection was available.

Absolutely amazing stay at this hotel. They offer a full breakfast buffet with almost any breakfast food you can think of, spa and sauna all included. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The hotel is located right next to the train station and an easy walk to most of the town. Love my stay here!

I stayed there for a business meeting. Very good restaurants, nice apartments and good service. Haven't tried the wellness area. Would stay there again any time.

We were 3 days on-site. Location is good, rooms spacious and clean. We top were all super nice and helpful, staff.
Prices ok and everything as Easter event of drinks booked. Meals varied and tasty.
Spa area very overrun and the swimming pool cost extra. No real relaxation area.
Wi-Fi do you login regularly and one not contemporary 1 k line.
Conclusion: to the break and private good, flawed then for me as a work or meeting hotel subject of Wi-Fi.

Is although a large conference hotel directly at the railway station but this professionally and comfortably in the facilities. The wellness area on the first floor is beautiful and invites you to a cosy sauna and steam bath weekend. When you book an overnight stay, you may use the facility all day even on the day of departure.
A major point of criticism however, there are there far too few quiet ways.

The room was fine.
High speed W-LAN was nothing to remember. Also free Wi-Fi in the rooms, underground!
The food was unworthy. At each meal, there was the same. Also the offer itself was simply poorly for a 4 star hotel.
Conclusion: even as a conference hotel not to recommend.

I visited the Esperanto now several times due to participation in meetings. In all rooms where the meetings take place found the equipment was always very good. The rooms are very clean and spacious and relatively modern.
The food, the buffet breakfast as well as the Churrascaria Toro Negro (South American restaurant, the waiters run around all the time with huge skewers of meat) are very good. Breakfast is especially, that it is very varied but at the same time also high quality.
All employees that I had to do up to the room service are very friendly.
Another advantage: the minibar has humane prices.
Disadvantage: Wi-Fi not in the price included and partly very expensive — for a conference hotel is actually a K. O. Criterion.

€13 per person for swimming pool and 2 h sauna use.
What can be expected is ever tidy.
1. Unfriendly weary cashier. Not a smile, not a nice word.
No welcome.
2. Locks on most locker cabinets without function.
3. Hair everywhere, toilet to shit and not just one.
4. In the swimming pool at the main time around 19: 00 4 lanes are locked
for a small group of ten children and a group of women for water aerobics.
This must approx. 50-60 swimmers split the remaining 5 tracks.
A targeted Schwimmtrainig is there impossible.
5. Auch lay siege to the sides and the middle of the lanes non-swimmers
Clashes inevitable.
6. The lifeguard who actually provide in such situations a bit order
would be required to play only with your mobile phones and are completely apathetic.
7. Sauna to the infusion is being overrun by the guests. No supervision — no order.
Thank God we went before the infusion in the sauna.
8 Hammam … keine smells like chemical fragrances good oils.

Super location. Very centrally located near the train station. To listen a room after back also no noise from the train station or by the road.
Spacious room with a bath.
Super Breakfast. Even better lunch and dinner. Despite many people (it is now a conference hotel! ) very quickly and freshly prepared everything.
I can definitely recommend the sauna area. Many different sauna areas (in the week also not crowded) with friendly staff. Always enough space to relax.
