"Stranded" in Fulda on our way home from holiday due to car trouble. The situation taken into consideration, we could not have stayed at a better place. Super nice staff and service.

Checking in was friendly, the Room dusty, the Shower contained on the Walls the Hair of at least one Previous Resident, the Bathroom had the Charm of a Motorhome Barrel cell, the Bed was rather amateurishly Prepared. There was no Outlet at the Bedside. Breakfast was similar to that of a Youth Hostel, although there is at least Multivitamin juice there. You take care of yourself at the Buffet by Tablet, the Self-clearing also seems to be expected. An elderly Couple despaired at the Coffee Machine, but there were no Service Staff. The Ground stuck. The checking out took place completely without Kindness, although there was no Reason to do so at all. The Bill was not prepared "because I would not have provided an Invoice address. " This Claim of protection could be refuted immediately. After that, there was not a single Word in my Direction from the Lady at the Reception.

Good Value For Money, when parking does not simply drive into the Garage as a Tip simply to drive around the Corner further since are the Pitches from the Hotel.

I was in Fulda for a seminar and stayed at the Ibis. Unlike other evaluators here, all I can say is: My room was absolutely clean. Well, the wet cell made of plastic is retrofitted and quite narrow, the sink for me personally a lot too small. But the shower cubicle is sufficiently large. Which excited me waqr the mattress. Right after my gusto. Nice hard … I slept like an angel.! One drawback is the proximity to the busy road and the railway line. As long as the window remains completely closed, you will not get absolutely anything from these sources of noise. The bus stop right in front of my room didn't make it any better either. In the summer, it's certainly not quite that great. The breakfast was absolutely fine. Everything you need. Only the queue in front of the coffee machine was troublesome.

Cleanliness is unfortunately misplaced. After complaining about the state of my room, I was given a new one.
But here, unfortunately, cleanliness is not written big.

Who is really in need. Then you can stay here. Breakfast should be done elsewhere if you want a good coffee or value on "real" bread. This Aufbackware… Maybe it sounds spoiled. Very bad and tasteless! Sorry. I would have liked to write something positive.

A very modern hotel where the Preosleistungsverhältnis is right. And it is conveniently located in the city and close to the train station.

The price was very very good. The room was very clean and the staff courteous.

We stayed here with dog in transit for one night. It was all top! Great location to explore the baroque surroundings in the evening.

Ibis stop. You can't expect too much. Thanks to soundproof windows, the noise from the railway side or the side of the road cannot be heard.
First I had received a non-smoking room, which clearly smelled of smoke. After complaint, the room was changed the next day without any problems.
The breakfast is sufficient, you can find variety.
The staff are very friendly. The cleanliness could be better.
You must not unpack the white glove…

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was very clean and the breakfast was very good and the location was excellent. Good value for money/parking for €5 per day.

Hotel in the city centre of Fulda, walking distance to the castle. Very nice breakfast buffet. A bit of hearing rooms. Everything clean and OK.

Above all, we wanted to have a place to stay, which we also managed to do. The beds are comfortable, the room small but practical. The bathroom is small, made of plastic but with relatively large shower and clean. We didn't miss anything for two nights. The hallway is strongly perfumed, it smells under tone for smoke, but in the rooms everything is fine. We found the breakfast for €11 to be too expensive, as there are cheaper alternatives in the area. The staff was very friendly.

The rooms are simple but practically furnished. Clean and easy to Reach. Breakfast is also good, although the selection is behind a 4stars hotel. Coffee is included in Breakfast. But you pull it out of a fully automatic machine.

I regretted: the proximity to the railroad tracks (rooms 101, 201, etc. Being the closest), the poverty of the buffet offered at breakfast.

Rooms were ok, a bit too old for Today's ratio. Service was good, especially because the parking lot didn't have to be paid. Location was very good, close to the Center.

Great location, rooms itself was ok. The bed was nice but the entire bathroom was a small plastic cabin that smelled horrible. Breakfast nothing special. Internet on the rooms was available. They offer free 1, 5 Mbit/s vs paid 7Mbit/s Wi-Fi. Also there was limited parking space in the garage.

Great location, but very noisy due to the continuous running of trains on the nearby mainline. The rooms are showing their age. An update and replacement of the carpeting in room 210 is required now! The rest of the public areas appear to be well maintained.

Nice hotel with the known Ibis standard making even a 2 star hotel a perfect place to be. Even with small kids you get a bed with a real mattress (seems to be impossible with most hotels).

Nice to sleep, but Internet is super slow. If you are someone who likes a bit of Youtube or Netflix before bed, you are out of luck.

The room was clean and for a short stay quite in order. Breakfast was usually, nothing special.
Accidentally I forgot my eBook reader in the room. Fortunately he was found while it was but not able also to send home this me. After 6 weeks, countless phone calls, emails and 2 times costs for shipping, the reader with me has arrived. Although finally it was admitted that you had originally sent the unit to the wrong address, you not even apologized for the bad service. Simply patzig, initially declared that the device could not be delivered because apparently, none have received the package.
Each youth hostel certainly had a better service geleistet-despite lower room rates. I can't believe.

Price performance for Fulda well, since most of the other Hotels are overpriced. Staff was always friendly. W-Lan free of charge, unfortunately, not TOP but okay for home use. Location is very good and centrally located. Rooms are very spacious by IBIS standards. Rooms were very clean and not writing, cleaning staff feundlich and the German language powerful. We had fortunately a quiet room to the Parking lot. Unfortunately, still not quite quiet, thanks to the Night train and some of the guests in the morning to farewell each other ten horns. Otherwise, we come very gladly again.

Well. Good location, Wi-Fi, although "free" (should be in the price, of course) but still insufficient connection. Breakfast 10 € for nothing special. 5 Euro is too expensive. Rooms are very clean and spacious.

The Hotel gave us a room with two separate beds, but the bathroom was suitable for wheelchair users. The Wi-Fi was free of charge. The Breakfast we have, for cost reasons, not posted.

Almost no heating in rooms, much to cold. Breakfast slightly above youth hostel level. Friendly and extremely efficient staff at the reception.

Came here on a college trip. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The bathrooms were very unique and had complementary toiletries (I found this was a rarity in Europe). The lobby was cheery, nicely appointed, and spacious. The person at the front desk/bar was very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was amazing! I would definitely recommend the Ibis Fulda to anyone. Thank you for a great stay.
