Highly recommended hotel. Very nice boss with great staff, here the guest is king and is pampered.
You feel right at home.
Delicious food, homemade sausage, jam and liqueurs.

Lovingly run hotel with a great wellness area. Right on the border with the Czech Republic. Highly recommend for couples and families. The cuisine in the restaurant is a successful combination of rustic dishes reissued. We would love to come back.

Great place, very quiet, very clean, great service. Excellent food, a great breakfast buffet, freshly prepared egg dishes to order and a chef very close to the guest. We have been here for 3 years in a row and have always felt very comfortable.

Highly recommended, nice clean rooms as well as the whole hotel. Beautiful attractive wellness area. Food was very good and varied. The boss and his team were always trying to make it easy and always very friendly.

So much fun for little money: The price-performance ratio is simply unbeatable here. Friendly and courteous staff, good food, clean rooms, and a small but ingenious spa with hot tub and Finnish sauna. We didn't expect it that way and are so pleasantly surprised that we have already set out to come back here next year. Fully recommended!

Restaurant quickly got full. Not without reason. We can recommend the homemade quarks. Is with chocolate sauce (who doesn't like it — short info) With us the chef even came to the place in person. Was great. The waiters are not learned, at least the One not ^ ^ But all good:)

Nice holiday, nice people, hotel staff was a bit overloaded, service in the restaurant reads left to wish, an evening waited over an hour for food for children, Wi-Fi reception at the hotel disaster. Rooms are somewhat in need of renovation but otherwise far okay.

The room and bathroom facilities were great. Reception staff good with English but during meals we found it difficult to communicate. Staff very helpful. Very patchy Wi-Fi, but overall very satisfied.

Beautiful, depending on the location of the rooms, something noisy and winding hotel.
Nice breakfast, otherwise the standard leaves something to be desired. Shower bath or hair dryer is sought in vain, at a single room price of around 70 euros per night, at least surprisingly.

Have found this hotel by accident and are thrilled with so much flexibility. Hotel was full. We were there with 2 families (8) without making a reservation. Even had 2 room suite per family. Rooms were well furnished and staff and boss friendly. Happy again.

Eat very well what is super prepared, very friendly service and good atmosphere. One can only recommend. And price performance ratio is okay!

We have booked a short holiday for 5days of travel currently, for a very reasonable price with half Board and it fits around everything. The room is Top, the food super and the staff is very nice and we feel us all around super comfortable. We can only recommend it.

Very small, rustic hotel. Price performance is right. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast is OK and the restaurant offers up to 21:30 hot meals. Just spent a night. Room was clean and quiet with a view of the Fichtelberg.

Despite online booking we were there on the day of arrival and were not booked. Were then given the smallest room and luckily we had our own bed in the room, which we had just made in the rooms. Otherwise the room was very clean and the bathroom very large. The bed is clearly too soft and the blankets very heavy. Couldn't sleep any night well as one of them hurt. Breakfast was sufficient, but something unlovingly done. Dinner is a matter of view, but it tastes. It's not suitable for young children. The game box is very dangerous as everything is broken and many small parts can be swallowed. The service staff was quickly annoyed by our child and was messed up or confused. Environment was great…

Unfortunately only one star. One double room with two single beds booked and only one double bed available. The breakfast room is too small for the number of rooms. Guests have to share tables and sometimes even wait for a seat.

Unfortunately, 1 star has to be given to be able to Rate, otherwise I would have given 0. Furniture and everything else in the Hotel are still from GDR times. Sparse, primitive simple Breakfast what claps carelessly by the Czech personnel with little German language skills, "hung" is. Wi-Fi works only at the reception, on the rooms there is no Internet. Overnight stays are not here with Breakfast per room as a MAXIMUM of 30 Euro value. Due to the location of the entrance road of the place is very far from all other attractions, Hotels, Restaurants, Cafes, etc. And sleep with the window open is not possible, although we also live in a big city and car noise are used. View from the hotel rooms is equal to zero. Within walking distance from the Hotel to reach in Oberwiesenthal nothing. Once and NEVER AGAIN! We can only Advise against.

The "Hotel" corresponds to the equipment not more than a cheap Board, here still lives in the room facilities, as well as in the restoration and throughout the establishment of the GDR. Front Desk is never occupied, for economic reasons, the light is everywhere in the hallways etc. And one has the impression of being in a closed operation. No blackout curtains in the room, our bed has not had time on a slatted frame, but only a "DDR-slatted frame" (wooden boards), this suited the GDR curtains from the 70s, restoration, is both during the day and in the evening from 20 o'clock already closed, although there is a drinks vending machine or the like in the Hotel. To buy instead of new furniture and facilities, it attracts the older owners (about 60-65 years of age) prefer to blaspheme in the case of seniors, a coach group of his young Czech woman (about 30), and guests as a "stupid girl". An absolute No-Go — its nice a woman can feel really sorry for! Our conclusion: Prefer to stay in another Hotel in the village of 10 Euro per night more not pay but really in the Hotel where I'm!

Clean, large rooms. Difficult understanding with the Czech staff. Very bad, loveless Breakfast. As the packaging of meats and cheeses on the Buffet thrown in. Not! Somehow, The Mass Check-In.

Had a conference, in the Evening still have to eat and in the morning Breakfast. Quality and price performance were great. Happy again :-).

The black horse hotel is a good starting point for winter sports enthusiasts by the price and the location. Everything OK!
Who needs to feel stylish Spa Temple should book elsewhere. The décor is a geöhnungsbedürftige mixture of 60s East chic and rustic mountain. The furniture and interior design partly somewhat in the years to come and meet not more quite the fashion.
The rooms are functionally furnished, lightning-bright clean and also otherwise well maintained. The rooms have a private bathroom with modern instalations. There is a spacious Ski cellar, with boots heating. The service is very friendly and helpful and the food in the food hearty tasty and priced cheap
Three skiers to the 30, we had a pleasant stay and would book again.
