Super Hotel, you immediately feel welcome. Staff very friendly. You will notice that there is a lot of blood, sweat and tears in it. Super Location. We felt very comfortable there and will go there again.

Now it’s 30 degrees hot & the so called air condition has no cool air coming out at all. We have to open the balcony door, then all noise from busy traffic fill up the whole room! After spoke to the front desk, we gave a different room & make a totally different.

Had a very small room where it felt 40 degrees warm. With the window open, you could hardly sleep, as there was an incredible noise coming from the street. The rich breakfast was positive.

Another very happy and comfortable stay at Victor's Residenz Hotel. The staff were very helpful. The breakfast is excellent.

A very great stay. Due to a happy circumstance and a complete week stay, I was allowed to stay in the Junior Suite.
Great and pleasant atmosphere with noble interior. In some places it could use a little more care.
The service is friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is international standard, the cheese seems regional and was a delight. The extra drinks at breakfast were great and above standard.
The hotel and special rooms would be greatly enhanced with air conditioning. Especially through the street, S-Bahn and many noisy passers-by at night, an air-conditioned room would be very soothing and reduce the noise.
The underground car park could also have slightly wider and larger spaces.

Total: Absolutely a recommendation with the small limitations.

Really unsatisfied with this hotel! Scarce breakfast. Hot dishes are served ONLY IF requested, neither porridges, nor sausages. At 9:00 they ran out of cottage cheese, only one sort of cheese wasn’t out. Towels and sheets are pale gray, washed-out and very thin like in a cheap hostel. Check-out in this hotel is at 11:00. Since I checked out at 12:12, I was fined for extra 15 EURO! It looks like a special trap to charge extra money from their guests! In all good hotels the checking-out time is at 12:00. Don’t stay in this hotel without having an extreme need!

Very friendly staff.
There are mini balconies on which you can smoke (ashtray in the room) arrived very early (10:30) It was not even seen whether the room is possibly free, but directly referred to the check-inn time 15:00. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was very good, but the food was excellent.

Nice hotel, good location, nice service, clean rooms, actually everything very good, except for the bed: small, too soft mattress (only one for two people), one hopped up when turning the partner high as in a water bed, too little pillows.

This was our second stay at this hotel. The location, just over the road from Leipzig Hauptbahnhof makes it very convenient (if at times a little noisy). The rooms are comfortable and well-equipped (including safe, refrigerator and television). The breakfast buffet is extensive and delicious. More than anything, though, the thing which makes this our hotel of choice in Leipzig is the extremely friendly, courteous and efficient staff, for which nothing is too much trouble. As just one example, we had an early-ish flight to catch so took our bags down to reception and checked out a little before 6.30, when the breakfast room opens. When I checked that breakfast would start at 6.30 the receptionist immediately went and got the breakfast room opened early for us. A little thing, perhaps, but the sort of thing that makes a big difference to how you feel about a place.

The hotel is located right in the heart of Leipzig, close to the historic Central Station. Short distances to the city!
Our room was very nice size, spacious and bright with large windows and a great view of the only meters.
The staff was friendly and helpful at all times.
The buffet had a great selection we can recommend this hotel to anyone!

The hotel is ok for the price. We chose it because of the proximity to the central station and the breakfast buffet included. The location is good, you can get everywhere walking or by public transport easily. The breakfast buffet didn't have a big variety but there was something for every taste. They had some nice details, like a warm welcome drink and a chocolate bunny for Easter. If it was a 2.5 star or 3-star hotel, I wouldn't have put my expectations much higher. But it advertises itself as a 4-star hotel. 4-star without a proper minibar, with plastic curtains in the bathroom that stick to your body when you shower. An absolute no-go for me! The bed in the Comfort category was 1.4 m wide, old, and very uncomfortable. Too soft, except for the metal parts sticking out. My husband chose to sleep on the floor the 2nd sleepless night. A bit dirty and cold, but still better, he said.

We stayed the second time at the hotel and it was just as good as the first visit. We got a room with Balkönchen because we wanted to smoke. This wish was met with this. Ashtrays and matches were provided accordingly. The room itself was very spacious, the bathroom in the ratio huge! The breakfast is very well served, with everything you need for a normal standard breakfast. There is nothing to complain about, everything is fresh and plentiful.
The staff is very attentive, and especially at the reception very helpful!

The Hotel was very clean and comfortable. Very helpful staff. Room with the fair. The shower and the bed are not very comfortable.

Normal hotel right in the heart of Leipzig. The train station is right in front of the nose and it is only a few meters to the city centre.
The hotel partly has a very nice historical flair but one or the other could tolerate an update.
Contrary to my taste is laid in the room carpet.
But all in all clean and well maintained, I would check in again.

Very nice hotel with great location at Central station and friendly staff. Breakfast is very good but not necessarily varied during longer stay. Unfortunately there is no spa and you get a heavy room key instead of a card. We had to keep the window closed due to the strong outside noise. The luggage storage was impeccable and also free of charge, the wireless internet also worked very well in the rooms. I would recommend this hotel without hesitation.

The hotel is located at a large intersection which is busy day and night. Easy access to the train station. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and well equipped.

The hotel is very well run. Very friendly and competent staff. Clean and quiet room, excellent cuisine. The breakfast buffet does not leave any wishes open. We stayed with 2 dogs in the hotel, the dogs got a blanket and each had a drinking bowl as well as a Begrüßungsleckerlie. The house is only recommended.

Very clean rooms, breakfast buffet very tasty, however, the selection could be slightly larger over. Nuts, fruit ideal location, right across from the train station makes exploring the inner city on foot possible for everyone.

Worthy of improvement: at 12:30 My room was not yet ready for occupancy, Wi-Fi is slow (there is the option of faster internet hinzuzubuchen), shower instead of bathtub would have been preferable to me personally (the bathtub was but damn good! ).

Our stay at Victor's in Leipzig was lovely. The hotel is in a very convenient location — right across the street from the train station and near the double M building (which makes it easy to find if one is lost). The room was clean and large and the breakfast had plenty of vegetarian offerings.

Were here for a prolonged we. Very friendly staff, delicious breakfast. Rooms are fine, nicely decorated, but there are signs of wear everywhere. The tram goes past the hotel, but when the window is closed it is not audible. The hotel has a unique location right opposite the central station, walking distance to the entire city centre. We would go back here.

Very nice hotel right at the train station and not far from the city centre. The reception is very friendly and always helpful.
The standard double rooms are functional and very clean.
Unfortunately, a certain noise level is always present through the tram with an open window. Here, however, there are earplugs at the reception, which you get for free. Breakfast is just great. Nothing is missing and the service team is always attentive and you always get something. Here I forgive 6 * * * * * *.
The underground parking is a bit small and you have to be lucky to get a parking space. Per day day the parking space €18 in the secured underground garage. You can also visit a parking garage nearby to park your car.

Facility from the 80s. Overtaxed personnel. Through mattresses. I arrived at 9:00 am then wanted to take a shower, but had no towels in the room. I was then offered to drop by around 11pm.

Best Hotel in Leipzig City Centre… Opposite to Leipzig hbf… Room was good, clean. Staff was excellent. Parking is costly.

What I would describe as a somewhat "traditional" German hotel. It had a good all-round ambience. It is very well situated within easy walking distance of the city centre and almost all of Leipzig's primary attractions : and also right next to Leipzig's main railway, bus and tram stations : and, in particular, just opposite the side entrance to the city's main railway station's passenger concourse, where the trains from/to the airport arrive and depart. This is additionally very handy as the three-level passenger concourse is well stocked with a whole variety of shops, restaurants and at least three mid sized supermarkets which are open late : ('late' in Leipzig seemingly being up to 21.00) The Hotel's front of house staff were particularly helpful : but seemingly not as computer literate as one expects from the average Briton. So, although there is a computer and printer for customers' use, you will need to be self sufficient in printing out your airline boarding passes from online. The hotel bedrooms are spacious (at least ours was) for a city centre hotel. The hotel is not air conditioned in the fullest sense : rather it has what is known as 'air handling' which merely circulates air. This probably suffices in all but the hottest and most humid weather (which unfortunately was the case on our visit). Also, the shower water flow had that annoying tendency one tends to find in older hotels of pulsing hot and cold when one is showering.

We would enjoy our stay much more if there was aswimming pool, fitness room and air conditioner, but that the hotel is very high quallity yiftach.

Anyone who "meckert" about stars should look at their meaning. We often associate the stars with our claim which has nothing to do with the star criteria! Facilities!

Lovely Hotel right next to the central station. Nice rooms, great service. Liked the Santa Claus making rounds on Christmas.

The rooms are habitulate and have come of age. Instead of a mini-bar — which are supposedly being dismantled gradually — you have to walk to a vending machine on the ground floor. You have to do that in the Ibis budget; but that costs only half. What a pity.

My friend and I stayed there one night to see a concert and I was welcomed warmly when I had to wait 3 hours for a connecting bus from Berlin to Friedrichshafen a few days later, it was 22 Uhr staff at reception were so friendly and helpful and assured me I could have refreshments in the bar that was open which was so surprising in today's world to see such hospitality. Everyone was forthcoming and couldn't do enough.
I have traveled from Australia to Germany to catch up with friends and family and I have to say I have rarely seen such professionalism. I will come back another time with my husband and surely will stay at Victor's again. Thank you very much, it was wonderful…

Very attractive hotel. Breakfast is rich and tasty, the staff friendly. The (base) Wi-Fi room. 540) so bad that you'd rather not should advertise.

I was already in Perl and Saarbrücken hotels guest.
The excellent room amenities impressed me again.
Also, the friendliness and the high level of service is to lift out. Especially this is me room gegebebene upgrade due to the still not finished to highlight.
I can fully recommend the hotel and will be booking with you again.

Was business in Leipzig and had a room to once again at Victor's booked. I can only room say good very clean. Staff super friendly and helpful, breakfast buffet very versatile and eye rolls, bread, sausage, fish, egg and used ham, div. Müslies, arranged, fruits. I would say perfect offer. Everyone will find something.
I would book there again, because one feels simply well.

Very good hotel with friendly staff! The breakfast buffet is great and good. Only the room is not super clean. So even a rubber bear bag was under the bed and in the bath the towel rail (heating) was some dusty.
