There is a public multi-story parking garage located near the hotel. The parking fee is 15 euros per 24 hours. One guest noted that finding the entrance to the parking garage using a navigator can be somewhat difficult.

Opinions regarding the staff are mixed. Many guests describe the employees as very friendly, professional, and attentive. However, there are complaints about rudeness from lobby staff and the bartender, as well as long wait times during check-in—in one instance, the registration queue took 40 minutes. That said, the hotel shows flexibility in non-standard situations, such as offering a room change for a guest sensitive to noise.

Breakfasts at the hotel have received very high ratings for variety and quality: the menu includes fresh salmon, omelets, sparkling wine, a vegan corner, and even a pancake machine. Most guests describe the breakfast as excellent, although one review characterized it as "below average." Lunches and dinners at the hotel's restaurants are also praised for their high quality. On the downside, it is mentioned that there may be a lack of available seating during peak breakfast hours, and some buffet items run out too quickly.

The rooms are modern and well-equipped: there is a capsule coffee machine, a kettle with various tea blends, a large television, air conditioning, and a touch control panel for lighting and climate by the bed. Guests highlight the free mini-bar, which is replenished daily, as a huge plus. However, some guests complained about the lack of a full wardrobe (replaced by a hanging rail) and bedside tables that are too small.

Soundproofing is generally rated positively, especially in rooms with windows facing the courtyard. Nevertheless, guests in street-facing rooms complained of loud noise from the road and the S-Bahn, and one guest noted that a window did not close tightly, allowing street conversations to be heard. The beds are mostly described as comfortable, although one visitor mentioned that the mattress is in need of replacement.

Reviews regarding cleanliness are contradictory. Many guests praise the impeccable cleanliness of the rooms and the spa area. At the same time, others complain about dust in the rooms, poorly washed cups with coffee residue, and an unreplenished mini-bar. In the Executive Lounge, guests noted an accumulation of dirty dishes and the need to call staff to clear tables, while in a corridor on one of the floors, guests noticed a service trolley with food remains left for several hours.

The hotel features a modern fitness center and a spa area with two saunas and a wonderful roof terrace. Guests in business rooms have access to the Executive Lounge with complimentary snacks and drinks, although some guests noted a lack of air conditioning and a decrease in service quality in this area. Pets are also allowed in the hotel.

The situation with bathrobes and slippers is inconsistent. Some guests successfully requested them and received them in their rooms quickly. Others found that bathrobes are only available in the wellness area and were refused when the area was already closed.
