H2 Hotel Leipzig

Great location. Very close to the downtown. Rooms are great! Comfortable, clean, quiet atmosphere, and great services. The breakfast buffet exquisite and with a great variety of food 😋 overall had a really nice experience staying here while enjoying Leipzig! Danke 🇩🇪✨️

Great hotel direct next to Leipzig Central Station and just a 10 minute walk from Leipzig’s beautiful and historical city center. Breakfast is fresh, tasty and too much to choose from. Rooms are okay but the beds are ready for an upgrade/renewal.

Clean and well equipped rooms at a very convenient location. Pet friendly with dog treats, bowls and a bed. Would definitely recommend this hotel for a stay in Leipzig.

I've stayed a several H2 properties in Germany and each one is excellent for the price. This was a great location with a super friendly staff, new and clean rooms, great breakfast, and a great value.

Slightly pretentious budget hotel where “cheap” is the main factor when it comes to esthetics and food quality (nothing poisonous, just cheap).
“Naked”, dirty walls, obscure trash bins, lack of chair in the room — or working desk.
Thick curtain in the window which makes it impossible to stay away from the view of other hotel visitors unless in total darkness.
Instead of a wardrobe — a wall with 2 clothes hangers.
And… manipulative way of answering all the comments about the hotel — where hotel management turns any critical comment into a praise of the hotel. For this alone: 0/5.

Very good hotel. Nice comfortable and cleans rooms. Not all the staff speaks English but that’s the only remark. Recomendable hotel 👍🏾

A very nice new clean hotel.
However, some employees are very unfriendly whether on the phone or in person.
I called because we wanted to have booked 2 rooms that both are next to each other then came only as an answer we will see if it works.
It was self-service no problem but no glasses available after I politely asked for a glass it was only we have so much to do now that no time to wash glasses is other guests are hungry.

The hotel is great. All friendly and helpful. The hotel is very well maintained and very well located. 24 h restaurant.
The price/performance package is TOP.

Have booked via Booking and canceled the trip there as well. Nevertheless, the stay was offset. After several contacts unfortunately no help.
At first, Hotel claimed that the trip was never free of charge, but when I proved the opposite by confirming the booking, they first thought they were reposting the money to me. The next day the U-turn by 180 degrees and they keep the money. Also at Booking no emails from the trip we all know with the trip starts in XY days. Because it was always declared as cancelled on the homepage. Whether the mistake was with the hotel or booking, I cannot say unequivocally. But both know that as a simple customer you have no chance except for an expensive legal dispute.
So if you want to avoid such problems, you should book elsewhere! This hotel chain is not recommended.
