Excellent quality, very good service, great price / quality ratio. Also suitable for breakfast.

Were there for dinner at the weekend. We also looked at the rooms, great praise for the lady's guidance at the reception. Thank you again, it doesn't exist everywhere. Also very big praise to the employees of the delicatessen, you are pointed.

The "hotel manager" Mr Stein is a person who takes advantage of his employees. Hotel is clean and ok aligned but at the tour I advise everyone to descend on this hotel! From the delicatessen next to I got food poisoning! ON EVERY FALL WEGBLEIBEN! Hotel and delicatessen are so guided that only one wins and this is the "Manager! Poor customers, poor employees!

All the staff are very friendly! You immediately feel in good hands. The deli offers a great selection and the lunch is highly recommended.

Hotel is great. Rooms are furnished in a modern style. Huge TV with wide range of program. Large windows that can be completely darkened for the night. Air conditioning which can cool as well as allow the air to dry and also control the heating. Used both. The bathroom was very spacious (room 35) had both a large shower as well as a bathtub. Beds not too soft. There is a minibar, safe and even a hot water bottle in the room. Breakfast in the restaurant is also nice but not cheap. For this the egg fresh and also the scrambled eggs from real balls and not the Tetrapack. Room with 130 Euro per night OK for Trade fair (IAA). Tip: There are daily tickets for 15 euros at the reception. I would love to go back there if needed.
Update: Another visit to Feb 2018 (room 16) — all great!

Nice family-type hotel in the center of Wiesbaden. Very comfortable rooms. Good restaurant for dinner.

We were delighted after a recommendation and were disappointed. Caveat: The food was very good, if also in particular. The starters are too expensive. When the main courses noticed only negative that even after telephone pre-access and promise no vegetarian food was offered. Big-time what the dessert. Unfortunately almost no regional products were on the wine map. If I live in a wine-growing region, I would like to but no overseas products to buy.
The service was less pleasing than the food. No one told us whether and where there is a cloakroom. A little bread came only after 40 minutes. Ordered drinks were forgotten and the highlight was on the appetizer some foie gras (really not for everyone), which was not in the map that was what initially but vehemently claimed the operation. Overall, made this a somewhat tortured impression and seemed somewhat snippy. After all, there was an espresso for free.
Overall, corresponded the service with the good quality of the kitchen and clouded the mood of the evening. Not surprisingly, there is also no SOAP then on the ladies.

A bust of the price / performance ratio was twice both times.

= Order a mixed appetizer plate for anyone not feasible, it must choose two for one of the starters, behind clear why: appetizer plate all ready in the fridge no possibility of variation =. Main course: – seeehr noodles with Trüffen and meat cold tasty. This chocolate who needs dessert with gold leaf —, tastes anyway, very neutral…
My conclusion: For the money I don't need out there, the atmosphere is so nice.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of Wiesbaden, very beautiful rooms. Large, nice bathroom. Unfortunately not so friendly staff, especially at breakfast. No fitness.
