Quiet rooms, extraordinarily accommodating service, top friendly, helpful staff. An exquisite cuisine — here especially the Michelin-starred restaurant "Ente", a beautiful thermal bath with spa area. Very pleasantly designed, luxurious rooms — All in all, the "Nassauer Hof" is pure relaxation and enjoyment! If you come to Wiesbaden you have to go to this fantastic hotel! 👍👍 Thank you for the great stay! 🙏🙂

In February usually THE hotel for the ball of sports. This year everything is a little different. Still, it's a beautiful classic!

I ate your goose, no distinction to a perforated locality — on the contrary, the "miters" had already eaten better goose. We wanted to do something good in the crazy time — in the end we regretted that we didn't support a locality around the corner with the order. Neither meat nor side dishes were fair to the stars!

Very attentive staff. The doorman are impeccable in their service. A Turkish chap and an Afghani. Both went over and above in the call of duty. I can only respect their dedication.

My favorite hotel in Germany. Fantastic stay. The staff were so welcoming and friendly, always with a smile. I came for the Elton John concert and have decided to return this summer for a long weekend relaxing at the hotel. The hotel made my experience much more enjoyable and added to a great stay in Wiesbaden. Everyone from the door men, reception, house keeping, spa, the restaurant staff and the pianist were all so lovely. Beautiful spacious quiet rooms, landmark historic building, stylish and class. Everything was perfect.

They charge everything and they use stupid excuses to do so, e. G. They don't have ironing board and iron in the room and they don't provide it on request with explanation that it is not safe. Instead they charge you for their ironing service.

Spent a week at the Nassaur Hof in Wiesbaden which was very good. The hotel has some significant history, and fantastic architecture. The rooms were spacious however they had an old musty smell you would expect from a hotel that's very old (which it is). I would have hoped they could renovate and improve the cleanliness of the hotel. The uppermost floor houses a spring fed spa and sauna. The water was only luke warm in October, not sure if it would be any warmer in the summer months.

A fantastic indoor pool on the roof with great views! The breakfast buffet is highly recommended and the in-house restaurant in the conservatory is a cheaper and excellent lyreplacement for the usually fully booked star restaurant "the duck". I'm looking forward to my next stay.

Nice hotel in the center of town. Great breakfast at the Orangerie and nice piano bar for those after dinner drinks.

Nassauer Hof is a beautiful property in the city center of Wiesbaden. The staff is very professional and accommodating. When we first checked in the A/C in our room was out of order. We requested a change of rooms and they upgraded us to a luxury suite. There are plenty of amazing restaurants within walking distance and shopping opportunities abound. I have zero negative comments about this hotel and would absolutely stay here again if I ever returned to Wiesbaden.

Worst experience ever! Slow Wi-Fi, old rooms, unproffesional staff (90% interns), awful food. Only positive things in this hotel are restaurant Enthe and location. No quality for this price!

Very noble and exclusive ambiance! Friendly staff, food is delicious and the atmosphere at the bar is great. I drank brilliant cocktails, was advised by the chief executive Mr. Wokan Super — competent and very sympathetic person! I'll be back:) The room I can't judge was not over there.

The Grandhotel Wiesbaden — always worth a visit!

Very nice hotel in the middle of the old town of Wiesbaden, close to the casino. We enjoyed the pool on the top floor very much. After the very good dinner in one of the 3 in-house restaurants, we could end the evening at the smoking-friendly bar next to live piano music.
Also the breakfast was appreciably good.

A two-day stay on Sylvester/New Year, with great expectations of a leading hotel of the world, turned out to be a medium-sized nightmare. Countless service faults lined up, the room (supposedly a suite) turned out to be a musty-dark lumber chamber, whose technique had a 2-3 star hotel to face well. Insufficient lighting, non-functioning and hygienically imperfected bath tub, draughty, ice-cold toilet, mini-wet room (shower) with abandoned installations, living furniture, only the laundry was decently clean and the bed quite comfortable. The generally friendly room service usually brought cold food, which unfortunately were not tasty but expensive. Depending on the guest language there were different prices in the Roomservicemenue, all in all the Nassauer Hof is completely overpriced. E. G. 25 euro for a garage space. In case of a telephone enquiry, we were told some time ago that dogs were not allowed, but the hotel was quite crowded with some quite noisy four-legged. The service staff is in some cases very lacking in Gastzugewandtheit, friendliness and sometimes even a willingness to service. Not only once did you have to bring the waiter. Once we were in spite of 2 free tables quite rugged of the place (cafe at the reception) in the smoking bar, which is not recommended with small baby by any doctor) ; The place is not enough, the memory of such a horrible stay days unfortunately hardly fades.

Central location, great service, hot springs on the roof (unfortunately without outdoor pool & sauna costs extra), good view, big rooms but a bit location — the hotel is a honored house, excellent breakfast, which, however, costs extra. Conclusion: Nice stay, but a bit too expensive!

Nice hotel ☆☆☆☆☆ in a classic European style "Old fashioned" cozy, quiet rooms (small), friendly staff, delicious and varied Breakfast, comfortable beds. There is a swimming pool with thermal water from own source. The ground floor has a bar where you can smoke. Parking — paid. Located in the heart of Wiesbaden; one of the oldest hotels in the region.

Who likes it… dusty traditional shop. Confusing construction, friendly but TW. Incompetent staff.
And that at the prices. Never again.

Grand old hotel! Friendly staff downtown location, and quiet rooms are a shining point of this hotel. Rooms could use some updates (physical keys for entry? Hehe) cool infinity pool on the top floor, highly recommend.

Elegant hotel with a touch German hospitality always a wonder staying here.

What a crummy place to stay. It looks nice, but is certainly not a 5-star experience. They charge extra at every opportunity they can find. Want to use internet? That will be extra. Want to use the sauna? That will cost extra. I hope they don't charge me for flushing the toilet.

The food was excellent, as was the service. The view outside was very pleasant. The restaurant is also centrally located so it's perfect for an after dinner walk.

Old world German elegance, understated but charming. Roomy rooms, well appointed and sufficient in amenities. Beautiful view from our room of the stately casino and Opera house where we ventured every night for The Ring.
Beautiful Artemis Spa and thermal pool as well as sauna, tanning and GYN facilities that I used daily : enjoying the roof top solarium only for the view… too cold. The masseuses are excellent and the menu is varied fort beauty treatments. Three big fat drawbacks:
There is smoking allowed in the rooms so ask for no smoking room!
AND the bar is completely off limits for that reason stinks of stale tobacco.
Also Wi-Fi is €15.50 a day? Really? It's 2017… connectivity is like oxygen.
Otherwise super hotel great location wonderful staff — except the old curmudgeon in the Orangerie cafe… no comment.
