The floor in the room could be cleaner and a little more light sources would be great. Wash basin was small but the shower was perfect of size. The room was pleasant after the outdated hallway. The bed was very comfortable and it was nice quiet. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Well, it's a bit run down, but the rooms are clean, tidy and well air conditioned. Check in was easy and fast. Two negative points though: If you have a larger vehicle, the garage with its narrow passage and car lift is not an option. We have a mid sized coupe and it worked fine, but I do support some of the concerns previous guests have expressed. Also, there is a door leading to a side street you can exit through. You cannot get in that way, unless someone lets you through the door to the hallways, but if you wanted to slip out unnoticed with valuables this poses a security issue. Other than that a decent option for a budget hotel. Did not try the breakfast.

Perfect location. The food was good. The service was good.

This hotel is in need of a major upgrade and BEWARE IF YOU HAVE TO PARK HERE. I would say I have a slightly better than average ability to park a car but when it comes to parking in the underground garage of this hotel with a MPV I lost! There is a lift which you need to reverse you car in to, in the middle of a narrow corridor and you have to have your mirrors folded to make the car fit at all. Once in you only have around 5 to 10cm of play on either side of the car! Really if you do book here and you have anything bigger than a economy car use one of the many parking garages around the hotel. I ended up scratching the whole side of a rental car. On the bright side It seems I got away with it as I dropped the car of early in the morning and Avis hasn’t charged my credit card yet. Rooms are pretty old too!

Good place for the price. Rooms where clean and quiet even through you could gear the climate well. I would not recommend the parking through, pretty cosy, to say the least.

Hotel is great for sightseeing. Unfortunately something has come up in the years. Rooms are small but clean. Price/performance is right.

Good hotel in the centre, price/performance super, comfortable beds, very clean, car park bookable, however maximum size of the car about BMW X1, since the car has to drive with a lift. It was a circle with the X1, all very tight.
Breakfast rather external, for the same price better for example Café del Sol opposite.

The Hotel has no Parking for larger vehicles. You need to find a long one. The staff is nice. The room I booked I was unfortunately less than appreciated, and also very uncomfortable.

The standard rooms are small. The décor and hallways somewhat worn out. The breakfast is suitable for a three star hotel.

4-5 stars Depending on the claim I had a double room although comfort single room for 80 euro booked with a window to the side street. The room was very warm at first, even with the air conditioning turned off and windows on tipping it was not really cool for sleeping in February. The open window also caused noise from night owls and in the morning from 6:30 from a construction site into the room. My room in front of the staircase was very noisy when someone trampeded or tapered down the stairs with high heels.
The bathroom is almost tiny but very clean, like the whole room. Outlets in the room there was only one at the bed but 4 under the table at the window (one of them defective). The shower with 1 x 0, 8 m is very generous and good to use. What really bothered me is that the bathroom has no exhaust air outside and the smell stays in the bathroom or comes into the room via passive ventilation pipes. For solo travellers no problem, but for two to endure the bathroom smells of the other… Well, you know. :-)
Breakfast for €9, 90 offers a good selection of buns, cheese, sausages, jams, scrambled eggs, cereals, coffee… everything there.
The bed I felt was very good if you liked (like me) harder. Check-in was quick and easy, check out even more hassle-free: simply throw the card into the mailbox at departure.
Anyone who can overlook the circumstances that I am complaining about (noise, small bath, ventilation) would certainly forgive 5 stars.

Small room, very small bathroom, all very plastic. Price performance poor. Is more like an IBIS budget.

Update (January 2018) I'm here for the third time now. All 3 rooms were clean and the value for money OK. For longer stays in more chic places you have to spend a little more (May) original (October 2017) I can't understand the criticism. Room (419) was cleaned tip topp clean. White bed linen and towels.
Room is small. Designed to be appropriate. Without carpets — so good to clean — I like it. Small TV and small work space. Phone a little nostalgic. Unfortunately no sockets at the top of the work surface.
The bottle of water for 4 EUR is slightly overpriced for the hotel standard.
Breakfast is good too. Service fast and friendly. Good selection. Plenty of seats.
Parking is cheap in your own underground car park. But not for anxious drivers. (Car lift)
But you can also set alternatives in the parking garage of the Kurpark.

Hotel in a very good location. Walking distance to pedestrian area, good breakfast and friendly staff. Come here for years at Christmas time.

The point deduction is for uncleanliness and the non-indication at BookingCom that it is a non-smoking hotel. Otherwise there was nothing to complain about for the one night for sleeping. Breakfast can keep up with big hotels especially the price of 9, 90 euro — the staff is nice and helpful. For one night you can stay here…

Well hotel.
One night is enough. Partially descended (hallway). Room adequate and OK furnished but goes so clean… occasionally thick dust, hair. Bad like! Bed good! Central location wonderful and the best for the price. Because of the parking reviews I parked outside and saved money. Breakfast also outside in the Nice café. Worst of all, unfortunately: had caught a loud room! Nothing for light sleepers. Vllt. If I had to check the room at the online booking.

Good for short stay. Great location. Rooms are good, without minibar, safety box or tea/coffee makers. Passage was smelly. Front desk is helpful.

Very good hotel, close to the center. A lot of people at breakfast and there was no more room. You had to wait a bit but it was worth it.

It's located in the heart of everything you can think of from amazing restaurants to shopping there's alot you can do when you stay st the Hotel Ibis.

The man at the reception speaks only broken English. Room dearless furnished. Selection at the Breakfast: poor. Air conditioning broken. Hinterhoflärm.

This place is full of nice people. Thank you for installing that frightening car elevator, I will remember it always.

Short stay, the impression, however, was very good! The front Desk took care of personally to every Problem. The rooms are in very good condition and the staff is always friendly encounter. Only the Parking garage (with a lift for the car! ) is probably close, but for 8€ is acceptable.

A great economy hotel with friendly, attentive staff and a wonderful breakfast area. The underground parking is ideal for small cars, common in Germany, but be careful if you have a larger vehicle or even medium SUV as you will find it difficult to get out of your car once you pull in to a spot.
