Staying here for my work. All ok. Clean and very nice personal. Friendly and helpful.
Last week I had to stay in Mercure hotel nearby. Horror. Way much expensive and non friendly and rude. Because they know, they will get guests anyway. Because of the airport. And that is not nice feeling for guests who are already there.
So next time I will choose Ibis airport Frankfurt for sure ✈️✈️

Great Hotel for airport transfer. Affordable and clean, but shower temperatures from warm to freezing cold to boiling hot should be adressed. Very comfortable beds, great breakfast, reliable airport shuttle service, friendly hotel staff.

Always nice to visit ibis. Simple hotel with all you need till very late, bar included. Never problems with noise, nice and particular design never the same. Always clean This one in particular is linked to airport with free shuttle or for a few Euros each 15-30 min: very good service. Personnel available, speak many languages.

Breakfast is delicious. Room was clean and bed was extremely comfortable. The staff was so helpful and the shuttle services is a plus.

A convenient airport hotel with a friendly staff. 24 hour bar with a basic food menu. There is also a shuttle bus every 30 minutes. Free from the airport and €3 to go back. Clean, comfortable and convenient at an inexpensive price.

I feel that if you get a discount through a website to book, they give you a subpar room. Room stunk like feet, even with window open and there was no carpet. Room stated had AC, but it barely worked and not cold at all. Warning, toilet seat is very heavy and you have to hold it up in order for it to stay — otherwise it was slam down and its really loud. The food at the downstairs bar is actually pretty good. Only Bitburger on tap (vom fass). I cant rate breakfast as we left very early. Location wise, pretty close to airport with Lidl and beverage stores across street.

Typical, good Ibis near the airport. There is a free shuttle service from Terminal 1. From T 2, where Aeroflot and Ural Airlines arrives, the bus goes to T1, very convenient. The return shuttle to the airport costs 3 euros. Next to the hotel there is Lidl, a Europcar car rental.

Very good service. Very easy booking. A little deduction for accessibility by public transport. Breakfast very tasty and priced in order, might be a bit cheaper. Room rates overall very good.

Hotel ibis Frankfurt Airport — Very good hotel to stay near Frankfurt Airport, especially when you want to stay overnight for catching connecting flights and also to see around Frankfurt. Free Shuttle bus service are available for pickup from Frankfurt Airport Terminal 1 (from near Airport Shuttle service bus stop). Airport drop shuttle service is there from Hotel with payment of 3€. A restaurant is also available inside the hotel.

Cozy and Essential place.

Super choice for holidaymakers. The price is very happy, very rich to choose the breakfast, always clean and cleaned while not in the hotel. I'll go back there, that's for sure. Staff at the highest level.

Spent the night here during a layover. Nice place, great food at the restaurant. Good breakfast (11 euros). Bus service to and from the hotel to the airport. I would stay there again.

Cheap and clean rooms at the time of booking; It is well suited for travellers who start their journey the next day.
In the hotel you can get warm food until 22:30 pm in sufficient choice.
Shuttle bus to the airport takes about 20 minutes and is free of charge. However, you should look before the departure times in order not to wait unnecessarily.

Affordable, clean and spacious room! Very friendly and helpful staffs. Very nice kitchen restaurant offered buffet breakfast, started at 6am, with high quality and ample choice of food! The free shuttle bus service between airport and hotel makes it even better! Really nothing to complaint!

I was accommodated at the Ibis Airport Hotel for a total of five days.
The staff is friendly and accommodating, but the whole "rest" does not fit at all for the price of 100 €/night. The bathrooms do not have separate heating and are therefore ice cold. I was standing in my own shaving water in the morning because the drain was defective. This can happen, so I have addressed this deficiency on the first morning kindly with the request for repair. Unfortunately, the next morning I stood again in the water. Have asked for repair again and received an apology from the reception. On the third day I not only stood in the water again, but also had to use a durchlöchertes towel with the ends of the hotel, unworthy and embarrassing in my eyes. On the fourth day I was offered a new room which I liked to have accepted. Here the sink was tight but the hose of the shower head leaked. By the way, in both rooms it was hardly possible to set a constant water temperature on the shower. The kitchen is unfortunately also underground (had a salad on one evening, the other day a burger), relatively expensive and tastefully more than disappointing. Also the "short" approach to the airport with the shuttle bus was a little different: in the professional traffic the trips lasted a good twenty minutes and since the bus is not only this hotel, it is partly also packed and there are no more possibilities To put the suitcase in a safe order or To grab a seat.

Small, bright but functional rooms. Nice service. Snacks 24/7. Very good breakfast. Point deduction is available for the hearing loss and for the Qualmgeruch in the hallway, which does not come into the room.

Average, I always found myself quite well for a very short stay.

Location is remote for a hotel, but Airport is the primary word in the name. Rooms are clean and efficient. Shuttle services to Airport are very useful.

I was surprised — I really liked this ibis. Spotless rooms, great bed, and good coffee. I didn't eat here but will try it next time. Fantastic friendly checkin as well. The only demerit was not enough outlets and no USB next to bed (used the one on the TV) and only soap in the shower.

The free shuttle only stops at terminal 1. Consider this in your time schedule! The hotel is OK for a stay close to the airport if you have an early / late flight.

Funnily enough, I didn't realize the huge bed. Actually, you should sleep especially well. Maybe it was just the travel fever;)

Clean and nice rooms to spend a night when the trip is for work and you need to be close to the airport.

Should be redesigned the hall will be the front desk, restaurant, lounge 7 ingenious combination, giving a very warm feeling, have to a home or work area frequented by the feeling of the café. It is very close to the airport and the hotel has a free shuttle service. The hotel is located opposite the Lidl and Penny supermarkets, and is also very convenient to buy daily goods.

Good for one night before going on a trip.

It is OK and does the trick if you need a relatively cheap room near the airport. Otherwise there not much to compliment about this hotel: cheap items at the breakfast buffet, lack of attention to housekeeping, old and stained carpets, standard Ibis from the 90's. Last choice resort.

Rooms were nice. Shuttle direct to/ from the airport. Staff was nice. Not much around the hotel itself but I didn't mind as it was just an overnight stop.

It is a nice hotel. We booked this one because they offer a bus shuttle. The problem with the shuttle was the bad description of the shuttle times and starting point on the website. The last bus was gone at 23:00 and we had to take a taxi. Another thing was a defect light in the bathroom. It was flickering very terrible. There is no chance the personalle could not recognize this. Maybe because of this they didn't clean up the soap from the previous guest in the shower. But don't get me wrong. The rest of the room was very clean.

Unfortunately, the reasons why I was stranded at this Hotel ibis were not good. It was raining, I was drained after missing a flight, and I was homeless for the night. However, this hotel was cheap (80 euro), close by (17 euro tax ride), had a free shuttle to and from the airport (something I wish I knew before I got the taxi to the hotel) and (most importantly of all) had an open room for me when I walked in and asked if they had a vacancy. It's not going to be a luxury option, but if you're stuck in Frankfurt and want a soft bed, a warm shower, and a free shuttle to the airport, this is the hotel to pick.

Bed and breakfast Super Satisfactory. It worth the price. I was very welcome by the night receptionist and receive all the information and help that I needed.

Years ago (1982 onwards) I was employed by Ibis Hotel Bremen and I like that since then they have sticked to the "one Ibis look like the other! " Here in Ibis Kelsterbach the staff was extreme friendly and made me feel very welcome! 4 stars from me! Highly recommend the hotel due to staff and location!

The room is functional but small, just like the bathroom. The hotel is close to the airport but we were not bothered by the noise. Only downside, the parking is paid (places are free along the street).

The Hotel is situated far from the bustle, what for guests without a car is bad. This should be experienced before. The other was on our arrival day, the entrance of the hotel is totally frozen over (at least 4cm of ice), so I am when you get out of the Shuttle Bus only once really great on the muzzle and I have put. The lady at the Desk told us to do only with you alone in the Hotel would be and therefore not have time for the ice to remove. An impossible state! Older people have anything else to break.

Staff went out of their way to call o2 when the prepaid sim card I bought wouldn't activate online and no one spoke English on their phone line. I was really impressed. My room was clean, spacious and nice, but basic. The free shuttle to the airport makes up for the cruddy location.

Wi-Fi very fast, but often failed. Rooms are big enough and ok set — bit Spartan. Beds are Super. Bathroom is ok. Not always 100% clean. Breakfast is ok.

No Surprises, but clean, friendly and in the environment of the Hotel with the best price-performance ratio. Breakfast buffet in the morning is often not promptly replenished.
