I have only ever been to the cafe but the service was very good and so is their tea (I recommend Vanille Traum). Unfortunately they're closed on Tuesdays and that's probably my only grievance. My friend and I enjoy getting a pot of tea each and just enjoying the atmosphere. Definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for somewhere laid back to either get food or just tea.

The wait till the waiter takes your order can take a minute but the cake and pastries make up for that! Also not to expensive and has very nice outdoor seating and also the sun room is quiet nice to sit in and enjoy a snack.

Service is a little slow but the food is good and the atmosphere is great. I've been here twice for coffee with girlfriends and have had a lovely time! Plus the selection of cakes is divine.

-Because a toddler was there?
-because we were not Americans?

Awesome place to eat. They made me some home made broccoli soup. Every spoonful was as hot and good as the next.

I'm an American, "Born in the USA! " Living in Germany. As a night person, I eat breakfast later than the, "bed with the chickens and up when the roosters crow crowd! " When I wake up in the afternoon, I want my breakfast! PERIOD! Goldinger's Cafe serves breakfast meals when I want them. Every thing first class — just like at home. Enjoy, Chris.

Clean, simple hotel with decent breakfast buffet. Pet-friendly, clean rooms. Only complaint is that hallway noise (e. G. Doors closing late at night) could be heard loudly in my room so I didn't sleep that well.

This adorable hotel is situated in a lovely town with easy access to main roads while giving a quiet experience. Hotel staff are helpful and kind, and the bakery/cafe attached is an unexpectedly pleasant addition. When you drive up you may notice the ruins of a castle atop a nearby hill. There is a glorious view of the region from the castle which was another enjoyable surprise. My room was spacious and comfortable. This hotel is not fancy, but the management clearly want to provide guests with a pleasurable stay. I would return to Hotel Goldinger if I am in Landstuhl again. If you want a hotel that is easy to access, greets you with a smile, has a charming garden with a fountain where you can take tea or coffee, and provides you with a no-frills good night's sleep, I recommend this hotel.

Very well maintained and hospitable staff and management. I love the breakfast being included in the price. Would have liked some more hotel amenities (like AFN) to be included with TV and also a maid schedule posted in the room. The main living room in room 23 needs a better shutter to prevent sunlight and overheating. Also, a small play area for children in the backyard would have been nice. The dining room service staff was awesome. Betina is a great asset and everyone was extremely professional. Thank you for a great introduction to Germany.

Initially only reserved my room for two nights and was so impressed that I extended for the rest of the week. The service was genuinely friendly and employees were always willing to help. Room was much bigger than I expected and even had a small refrigerator. I would stay there again or suggest it to anyone going to the Landstuhl area.
