Good food, cozy atmosphere.

We were there 4 days on short break and were totally thrilled. The food was amazing and plentiful. Something for every taste. The service was first class. We felt in good hands and recovered.
The price-performance ratio is totally fine. Will definitely spend the next getaway there again. Very child friendly as our granddaughter also felt comfortable. LG Fam. S. +H. Fasse.

Very tasty food! The taste was Really as self-made. Great Serving Size. Good, clear selection. I've been driving for 140km and would do it again at any time.

I just spent a fantastic 5 days at the hotel with 70 school children. The staff were excellent-efficient and very friendly. The food was superb. If you’re planning a visit to the Moselle/Rhein I thoroughly recommend you stay at the Ringelsteiner Mühle.

Friendly hotel and restaurant at the end of a road near castle Eltz. Nice surroundings with hills and trees. Only slight disadvantage is paid parking.

Stopped here for at the beginning and end of my 10 km round walk along inclined path of stream to Elz castle. Friendly service and good beer!

Great hotel, nice hike to Burg Eltz castle and nice dinner at the restaurant.

Rooms are tidy. The house is quietly situated and from there, there are beautiful Hiking trails. The Breakfast buffet is rich and of good quality. The dinner also tasted good. Unfortunately, there was only until 23 o'clock the opportunity to sit in the guest room.

The service was terrible. We had ordered a table for 10 people and at 30, 17, to complete the company outing.
When we arrived at 17 32 we wanted to sit in the eatery because it was already getting fresh outside, but the boss only offered us a seat on the outdoor terrace and initially at a table for 8 people. We then asked to want to sit neatly to eat. She then weighed in on discussions that when accepting the reservation, she didn't have to say there was no room inside because of the hotel's house guests. But why to reserve?
She didn't want to see partout that this is not possible and was arguing with us.
Ultimately, we then dined with jackets on the terrace after another table was put to it.
Such a behavior by a boss is simply underground.

I haven't experienced anything like this before!
But the drinks menu then gave information: Although we were in a classic wine region, the wine offer was limited to "white wine dry, " "white wine semi-dry" and "white wine sweet" and accordingly for red wine. This is level of a takeaway Bude and not a country hotel on the Moselle.
We were therefore the first and the LETZTEN MAL in this establishment!

We only did a little rest here in the beer garden after hiking. The operation is very polite and nice. She quickly brought us the drinks ordered.

Rude, unfriendly and inhospitable. Firstly after booking an available room — they cancelled our booking and said there were no rooms available. We made alternative arrangements for hotel and came back to the restaurant. Staff were rude and unwelcoming.

Very nice hotel, food in the restaurant was good, breakfast buffet rich and tasty. Room clean, although something has come up in the years of furnishing style, but otherwise really OK. The staff were very helpful.
Dogs are welcome, but at 8 euros per night is a bit expensive.

The Ringelsteiner Mill is a restaurant as well as a confectionery and a guesthouse. The rooms in the guesthouse behind the gastronomy are spacious, clean and well maintained. The style of the furnishings corresponds to that of the 80s or early 90s with e. G. Green carpeting — but everything is in good condition and top maintained. So the TV was new and all the programs in HD available! Most hotels do not create this!
Internet is in principle available, but it does not work with all devices and from every room — this is a problem at least for people under forty, because you do not have a mobile network reception on site!
The food is really good and you notice there are really good cooks at work.
Also the breakfast is great! Chia seeds, fresh fruit, nuts, salmon, fresh eggs and many juices also create 4 star hotels no better! Rather on the contrary! So here's a big compliment to the team!
The food in the evening is a bit long, but it is also very tasty. The beverage prices, however, are used in comparison with gastronomy located directly on the Moselle. Well, yes!
Overall, I highly recommend the country hotel, however, you may need to consider the restrictions on radio and Internet.

Food was delicious and at a reasonable price Unfortunately the no one was not very good or could not do a good German so a bit of what would be exchanged or forgotten when eating and drinking.

I rate the Cafe, not the Hotel, because we have started from the Eltzer castle panorama path and in a Cafe to eat. The food was good and quickly served, so that we could glad and strengthened to go on the hike.

Cake was great… Cocoa unfortunately mixed with water… Dogs are welcome…

Nice hotel in a Moselle nebental at the Elz. Rooms in the Sepetaten part are clean and bright with large bathroom.

On our holiday on the Moselle, of course, the visit to Eltz Castle was not to be missed … From here there is a beautiful pilgrimage route to the castle … Hiking boots are recommended because it makes wise steep and slippery … But it was a lot of fun and on the way back we got very good lunch here in the restaurant … Highly recommended …

We were from 15 to 19. Novenmber. It has us very well fallen. Rooms are simple and clean. The Service and food really great! Breakfast buffet, there was everything the heart desired. As a Snack lunch of delicious soup and then a huge salad. And in the Evening a three-course menu. Drinks inclusive. Staff was very friendly. It even has a wine tasting organized, although it is completely out of season. Respect! Very accommodating! I would urge everyone to take!

I lived in the Hotel for 3 days in the context of a through a tour operator booked short break. The planned "All-Inclusive Light" contained for lunch supposedly "soup and salad bar". "Coffee and cake" afternoon turned out to be than a Cup of coffee or a glass of tea and a piece of cake. Location, clean, nice rooms, unfortunately the TV slightly too small into small quiet hotel. The beds are ok! Very friendly the food (had half board) carefully varied breakfast.
