I had an overnight night because of a seminar in Bochum.
I was very dissatisfied with the cleanliness.
But the staff was friendly.

Was a nice stay, if only briefly for one night. Great entrance area and clean rooms. Mini bar with little attention for free was a great surprise. Unfortunately, the road was very noisy. Parking was affordable and easy to reach.

Our company booked for our clients during their business trip. They were thankful and let us know how happy they were to stay there.

Der Konferenz Raum war leider schwer zu kühlen, am Nachmittag wurde es richtig warm. Gesamteindruck vom Hotel war gut. Nette und Interessante Veranstaltung.

We had booked this hotel for a business conference. The room was well organised, had everything to conduct the meeting smoothly. The place is maintained very well. There were also good lunch options, even for vegetarians. The lunch spread was good. The staff were very courteous. Did not find any improvement points for them. Great service. All the best I found the hotel to be disabled friendly.

The location is good, pedestrian area with all shopping facilities right next to the hotel. Rooms are OK and relatively clean. Unfortunately, the bathrobe looked worse than a cleaning rag. Even at breakfast there is still a lot of air to the top. The staff are friendly and helpful. Unfortunately I was served my cappuccino with rags to wipe the tables in the same hand. This is not particularly appetizing and hygienic. This is where the staff should be better trained. Due to the complaints listed, unfortunately only 3 stars.

Located directly opposite the main train station. Very quiet room. Everything clean and tidy. One of the few hotels with a hairdryer in the bathroom. Rich breakfast buffet in a pleasant atmosphere. All in all a very pleasant stay.

Good location, somewhat outdated, bar closes very early. The location, a few meters from the old town, the train station and the Bermuda Triangle is optimal. The service meets the expectations of a 4* hotel. Cons: the sauna does not get warmer than 70 degrees. In addition, you have the feeling that a ship diesel is running directly behind the wall, i. E. From the noise level. The bar had closed before 22:00 during my visit, but it didn't seem to be very crowded in the hotel either.

The customer is not listened to and considered. Restaurant closed on Fridays, just snacks.

For a stay on duty I stayed at the hotel for a week. Overall, I was very satisfied and would continue to miss the hotel.
The very friendly welcome and the helpfulness of the staff as a whole is to be emphasized positively. Also the rooms are well maintained and very comfortable. The breakfast buffet is varied and very tasty.
A really tiny (! ) The TV programmes were a shortcoming. Some, especially international news outlets, did not work or other programs were running there.
I would definitely recommend the hotel.

During a short visit to Bochum, the Mercure Hotel Bochum was our choice. Easy to reach and quick to find. The staff are very friendly and all the procedures were professional and routinely. The rooms are quite pleasant. I would choose the hotel again.

The only criticism is for the mattress. I still have the springs stuck in my back. For the rest it was all super good.

Absolutely central location, we stayed with a dog here. No problem with the elevator. View top and a small park to go for a walk right next door. What more can you want in this interaction.

The Mercure Hotel Bochum City is located in a central location diagonally opposite the main train station. The pedestrian area is quick and easy to reach. As usual, the hotel has an upscale atmosphere and is well-catered for conferences.

Relatively narrow deep parking. Great location in the centre of town and close to Central station. Unfortunately my room was overheated and could not be regulated. Otherwise well suited to get to know Bochum.

To visit the musical with family, the hotel is very good.

Probably the best hotel in Bochum. Staff are friendly, unobtrusive and very helpful. Food is first class and served with Fiege Pils. Always my first choice when in Bochum. Cannot praise highly enough.

Crappy service in the restaurant area. If a lot is going on we just forget and you go hungry to bed and the staff is not at all trying to make amends.

Excellent hotel located just opposite the Bochum railway station. Excellent rooms and great breakfast spread. Very close to the Bermuda Triangle and shopping roads in Bochum. All in all, an excellent and convenient place to stay. But be aware — room prices vary a lot depending on the time of reservation and prices can be quite higher than other hotels nearby!

The location is very central to the triangle and the old town. Clean, good breakfast, slow elevators or poorly managed underground garage connected directly.

It's nice here. But unfortunately there is buffet and in the kitchen on demand not even flaxseed. I think that's a pity.

First class rooms, quiet location, even with bathtub.

Hotel is gorgeous. Comfortable beds. Clean and provides free Wi-Fi, coffee/tea facilities. Breakfast at the hotel has a wide range and great transport links with walking distance to local shops.

Nice hotel near the Bochum city center. You can walk to anywhere in the city center in 5-15 minutes. Parking is available under the hotel. It is right across the street from the train station, and has some added security measures. For example the rooms have extra chain locks and the elevator required a room key to go up to the floors where the rooms are. The staff was very friendly.

Good Hotel near the main train station in Bochum. My room was spacy and clean. The bathroom was small, but there was no sign of mold. The breakfast was just perfect. One of the best I ever had. The service personnel is friendly.

Super Lage, sehr freundlich, tolle Aussicht, großes Zimmer mit Kaffeemaschiene, als Member Rabatt, aber sehr dreckiger Teppichboden im Zimmer, lässt sich nicht gut abdunkeln, Reinigung vom Zimmermädchen sehr oberflächlich mit Haaren.

Hotel insgesamt schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber immerhin sauber. Zimmergröße angemessen. Bett sehr gut. Lage des Zimmers: Inakzeptabel. Direkt hinter demdem Aufzug. Es war jede Aufzug Bewegung zu hören, genauso wie jede Unterhaltung von Leuten die aus dem Auszug stiegen.

Nice hotel with good Mercure quality standard. Absolutly nice staff, parking accessible from hotel lift, noting to complain. BUT, the bar service is extremaly slow. The girl works hard, but she is not able to organise her work well. While she is making one beer, she does not need to wait until the hat goes down, she can leave it and do something else, I suppose. Or she need an assistant, whent the bar is full of people.

Of best them if not the best hotel in Bochum. Very central and comfortable.

I have never come across a hotel that has been more friendly or accommodating of our requirements. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff here!

Good: Its central location at the train station. Otherwise a standard mercure hotel.

The Hotel is for Overnight stay in order, but you can't expect luxury. The Breakfast is rich and tasty.

It has beautiful rooms, a great view and nice Personahl.

Food great, bed is too soft.

Top Hotel, everything perfect. The Best thing for me was that the kitchen is me (pre-order) a great vegan Breakfast. Whether the rolls and then all were vegan, I can't say. But there was extra for me, vegan spreads, soy milk, Sojaghurt, a vegan Smoothie, rice syrup to sweeten. That was great! Thank you to the kitchen and the nice service.

Very helpful staff. OK room. No safe but nice coffee machine. Reasonable breakfast.

Elevator shaft sounded like someone was hoovering the floors all night. Fortunately I was able to sleep through it. Wi-Fi was disproportionately expensive, but was of good quality.

My Homebase in the Ruhr area, super staff, clean and new rooms, ideal location with garage located in the Centre. The breakfast is perfect.

Bathroom is good but bath tub is so high for little kids and elder persons. Bed and desk lamps are some dangerous due to they are hot when are on. Pillows are small and maybe can be larger. There are no blankets in bed, only a eiderdown. WLAN are not free, so it could be a plus service for customers.

Thank you for the good service at the Park Inn by Radisson Bochum! Very modern rooms and meeting rooms. Also was able to convince the location to the city centre.

Following the renovation, overnight is even more fun! I took part in a meeting and the room, food and staff were great. Also miss the breakfast never.

We stayed for 1 day on our tour from Paris to Copenhagen in July 2010. Very competitive price the quality taken into consideration. Well equipped rooms. The staff is very friendly, service-minded and speaks English. The hotel — rooms and public areas — is very clean. Good parking facilities in the basement with a lift direct to room floors. Good bar and food. The breakfast is excellent.
