The Tucholsky is my favourite breakfast restaurant in Bochum. Not only because breakfast is here until 18:00, but because the scrambled eggs are a poem.
In addition, you can have quite a rest here during the week and work a bit besides an extended breakfast. Every now and then you even meet an actor or musician who is in town and stays in the Tucholsky.

For party-goers just the right thing as it is exactly on the party mail of Bochum. Unfortunately unsuitable for holidaymakers due to the noise level, also for fitters who have to get out early. Otherwise the staff is very nice and will be happy to help with problems. The restaurant of the hotel is very good.

I found the pictures at Googel quite interesting. But was alone and had only a single room but I come back (for two) because of the showers. Very nice and friendly welcome. Rooms very clean. Water at the bedside. Happy to return.

My room was nice and clean, and good for the price. Service and Breakfast was good. If I'm in Bochum again, I'll probably go there again.

Very central, yes. But this results in a nocturnal noise level, which borders on rest disturbance. Especially at this time of year, when you have to open the window on the top floor to adjust the temperature in the room to some extent to the outside temperature.

Nice hotel with clean rooms. The staff was also very friendly. Only some of the rooms have access to an elevator, which was a little disappointing. The rooms do not come with AC, so it got pretty warm. In addition, the hotel is located next to a bunch of bars, so be prepared to hear noise until the early morning hours. While the hotel itself was fine, the location itself would deter me from staying again.

It hardly goes more central. Clean functional hotel right in the centre of Bochum's Nightlife.
Breakfast is particularly recommended. Even if you didn't stay at the hotel.

Very well located in a beautiful district with varied culinary and tourist options. The room was very well soundproofed, but the "luxury" was a bit bumpy. Breakfast in the attached café not cheap, but highly recommended!

Our starting point for stays in Bochum. Great location, nice rooms and cheap parking right next door. Many pubs and restaurants nearby. The In-house restaurant offers really good food and nice service staff. Really top!

We were there for breakfast, a very pleasant atmosphere, ambitious and friendly staff food and drinks of good quality, I am satisfied all around and will be happy to come back.

Good location, clean and tidy. Very good breakfast. Prices reasonable.

Quiet but centrally located hotel not far from Central station. The breakfast is sensational. The hallways and rooms are equipped with original works of art. The price-performance ratio is right here. In the vicinity there are many restaurants and cinemas as well as a parking garage. Highly recommended.

The standard room was smaller than expected. In the bathroom there were souvenirs of the guests in the trash. Breakfast concept is interesting from the idea, but might not be practical for everyone. Reception is the bar of the restaurant, so it was not immediately apparent that there is the entrance. Elevator was not available. Downstairs in the hotel are two restaurants that are well attended. Those who want to eat here should bring time (the food is good).

Nice hotel in the middle of the city. Rooms have come a bit in the years and should be modernized. In the morning a breakfast buffet would be nicer and you wouldn't have to wait that long. Parking is possible only in a nearby parking garage for a fee.

Always nice. Not new, but clean, tidy and with a lot of charm. Centrally located, public car park opposite with moderate prices.

Very nice breakfast. I really liked it. Just a rustic meal in a nice ambiance near the Bermuda Triangle. Also the prices are perfectly fine. The staff is also very friendly. If you want to try something new, please. I can only recommend it.

I visited at a sunny Friday morning for breakfast. The service was fast and friendly, we got to choose where to sit, the food was reasonably priced for beeing extremely tasty and the overall atmosphere was relaxed.

Located at the famous "Bermuda-Dreieck". Nice meal and Service.

Room was clean and modern. The service was good and the location was beautiful.

All in all was a nice stay, only window on tilt in the first floor is recommended. The surrounding farms have to and exhaust air of the kitchen at the same height. Constant pour and zip. I've missed staff, only a shower / shampoo.

Small, nice Hotel with good Breakfast. The proximity to the Bermuda3ck has its advantages, but also disadvantages (noise Bars). I would the Hotel recommend!

Hellhöriges Room Clean A la carte Breakfast, awkward but tasty The Wi-Fi voucher of 500mb per 24 and lousy reception.

With my family, I was often with Tucholsky breakfast and I have always the gourmet breakfast included ordered the price 1 glass of sparkling wine or you can choose from 1 orange juice. Then each took the orange juice and an Aperol spritz I ordered without any problems until today. The waitress said there are only alcoholic drinks from 11:00, I asked them whether sparkling wine would be no alcohol and why I get it otherwise always this drink! Error of the personnel would have been that but said champagne goes. I was really often in hotels and something I got never listen restaurants, thinking that would be it! As Bochum I have the selection you should avoid such a store where the boss determines when you must drink what, here, the guest is a King!

As wonderful as always. I can only recommend. Also, be sure the Tapas, and fantastic wine.

Centrally located in the entertainment district located Hotel with Art Deco style. Beautifully designed rooms with attention to Detail. The "couples Special" is a good deal. The Surprise menu in the evening in the attached Restaurant Café Tucholsky was quite outstanding. The Best of the card has been served, Wagyu Steak. Also in the Restaurant a lot of Art Deco. The selection at Breakfast is also very good. It took only unfortunately, for too long, until it was served. In contrast to the good Service the night before.

Enjoyable stay! Room a bit cold and big, but this is probably part of the design for any other use due. Super location on the Bermuda triangle.

Very good and nice service, right in the party area, but still very quiet. Recommended, right in the middle of bochum.

The Cafe is top. There you can sit comfortably and delicious coffee or something to eat. The lunch is always great. A relatively small price you get a sumptuous meal. In the Hotel, I was not yet, but it should also be good.
