Super nice operation! Kira has paid special attention to all hygiene regulations!

Had a nice room, big and clean. Good breakfast. Easy to find parking on the street.

Nice food nice room and cleaned nice inviroment esp near in the park. Nice person in the lobby also in food place and very beautiful real plants inside in hotel part of the design. Fantastic place your hotel. Not crowded people outside. Big area can still see the nature.

Typical business hotel, with nice breakfast and easy parking either in garage or on street. Rooms are OK and fairly quiet provided you remember to close the window before going to sleep…

The Holiday Inn in Düsseldorf Neuss is a good hotel in a very central location. The service is very friendly and attentive. The rooms are sufficiently large and air-conditioned. There are different pillows, so everyone should spend a busy night here. The bathroom is large enough. Breakfast is buffet style. Everyone should find something delicious here.
Unfortunately, there were sometimes strong temperature fluctuations in the shower and the room was a bit bright. For this there is finally a star deducted. Nevertheless, we would recommend the Holiday Inn in Düsseldorf at any time.

Mid-quality hotels. Competitive prices and close to caries companies in the area. The rooms have been renovated recently. What I don't like is the carpet, the noise you hear even on the high floors that comes from the street, and thin walls with noises coming from the street.

Nice enough hotel for business etc. Decent bar and outdoor seating area.

Basic, but clean and fine service with friendly personnel. Dinner took a while but was of good quality.

Location: close to both cities Neuss and Düsseldorf Rooms: clean, AC, some with showers and some with bath tubs, mini bar, TV Service: friendly and professional.

Low cost, but big prices. Better to use hotel close to Dortmund.

The service is good but the people at the reception sin einbian unkind. Something else is the rule that you have to pay the room beforehand. Except this one very good hotel and see cozy rooms.

A good hotel, the restaurant offers good food in the middle price segment. There is a sauna available. The rooms are air conditioned and well equipped. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Absolute mediocrity, the hotel was for me only for professional reasons interesting because of the location. Room, breakfast and co is all right. But it does not skin one now also from the stool.

We only slept one night there so I can't really judge … but the thing that we did not like is that the room was over heated and one should take care before showering because the water is really hot. Staff are nice and helpful. Breakfast is fine.

The hotel offers large and clean lounge rooms. In spite of the somewhat remote location you can get to the old town of Düsseldorf relatively quickly with the S-Bahn. The staff was friendly and the hotel bar very cozy.

Times change but the hotel does not. Rooms are ayill in old-fashioned colours and style. Bathrooms really small. Double beds relatively narrow. Staff is wonderful, helpful, kind. Breakfasts are standard but tasty, you have all you need. Lack od gym.

Absolutely artificially overpriced. Room facilities is nothing special, the food is priced beyond acceptable. For example: "XXL Curry sausage" with french fries costs 13, €50, beer 0, 4 costs 4, €50 and breakfast costs €19. Anyone can decide for themselves whether this is cheap or expensive. It's too expensive for my feelings.

Overall pulls on its 4 races but constant problems with Wi-Fi.

Classic Holiday Inn with all the comforts. Continental Breakfast really complete.

Great for meetings, but keep in mind that the hotel is bit far from downtown (restaurant streets) and Dusseldorf Messe (exhibition hall)

We have been coming to this hotel twice a year for more than 25 years on business. The service and ambiance has remained very good since then. Very friendly and courteous staff. Every possible effort is made to satisfy the guest. Thank you for the good service.

Very nice staff but the hotel itself is very old and outdated. It is also very very expensive. If the staff wasn't friendly it would have earned 1 star.

I forgive 5 stars and that's all right. Why: Due to 3 points: 1. The price-performance ratio is right. Our booking received a free upgrade. As no king-size bed was available, we were given a suite to compensate.
2. The very friendly and attentive staff. Whether service, reception, restaurant and bar staff, all had a positive charisma. It has been noted that it is always about the well-being of the guest and they enjoy their work. Exemplary!
3. The very good food in bar and restaurant, especially the rich and high quality breakfast buffet but also our other food in the restaurant and the drinks in the bar were very good!

Discreet hotel with strategic location in business area, it's no coincidence that I've always found it full of guests. The staff is all very helpful and kind, the room is very spacious and comfortable, maybe to renew a little, bathroom by comparison small and looks new, maybe renovated. Good breakfast with buffet provided and varied. Functional bar and good restaurant.

I stayed one night because I was comfortable the strategic location within walking distance of Toshiba Europe. The hotel is not bad at all friendly staff, good restaurant and hearty breakfast. Maybe my room was not one of the newest (it only had the bathroom redone recently) or the floor where I was was not yet completely renovated (floor 6).

The stay was very pleasant.
The rooms are nice sized and clean.
The breakfast is plentiful and the staff very attentive.

We stay at 31/12 at this hotel and are very disapiinted. Very hot and dry air in the corridor and room. 25 dergrees! Airconditioning was out of service because of wintertime so we try to sleep with all windows open which didn't help, we couldn't sleep at all! Also because the noise of sirens from a nearby firestation. Holiday Inn Neuss knows about this temperature problem because there has been more complains in the past from guests but nothing they do so far. Unfortunately no more Holiday Inn Neuss for us.

Very nice staff. Non-smoking room smells of old smoke, but room was large and clean. Beds are a little soft, a matter of taste. The breakfast is excellent and the staff is attentive despite crowds and it is constantly refilled. Wi-Fi is free but partly weak. The hotel is well suited for business trips.

The hotel is hard to get around, the rooms have been a bit over the years but still recommended! The staff were very friendly and the bar The restaurant is also very good! Tlw. Is at happy hour an offer in the bar where on all drinks — 50%!

Nice staff.
Had to get a non-smoking room. This, however, has strong after cold smoke stunk!? Should have been identified before the award of keys. Got a new room after a nice complaint including a free upgrade. I didn't want to upgrade. The staff was very nice and insisted.
So super solved.

Everything is tip top, everything you need. For our visit to Düsseldorf super large rooms, nice bathroom and quiet location. You don't need to go to town for long. Would come back here.

The hotel is located in a corporate area. Getting to work and back is very easy. The internet connection in this hotel is good but make sure you use the LAN. The nearest mall is around 25 min walk so you would have depend a lot on hotel restaurant. The staff are very helpful and friendly.

Nice and quiet hotel on weekends Unfortunately the gentleman at the reception didn't know what Miles & More is… The staff were very kind and the room was very good.

Had a good room 8th floor, only but is the showerspace that is to small. Sauna/relaxing room on the 10th floor is old but works fine, with a bigger shower ;)

Rooms require new decor, bathroom functional and overall nice. Towels leave a lot to be desired. Beds are comfortable. Breakfast is ok, not excellent but with a good assortment.

I didn't stay in this hotel. I was just passing through the wholesale mall. I can't know what's in this hotel. On the other hand I know that Holiday Inn generally offers good hotel services.

Good rates, well-appointed rooms, perfect reception.
