Again here, this time with child. Staff very nice and child-friendly. The rooms are neat and have what you need. Nice is that there is a bathtub straight child this is very pleasant. Breakfast is very varied and despite the Corona regulations a cozy breakfast is possible. Is also well located that you have everything in the vicinity.

The Brunch on 1. Christmas day was very nice. Good cuisine and excellent Service have contributed to a very pleasant and relaxing stay. The beautiful decoration of the Hsuses and the visit of Nikolaus for the Smallest rounded off the day. We will come back next year. Thank you!

The Hotel is generally very pleasant. The rooms are very modern and clean, for a Wheelchair user but tight. The bathroom for disabled use spacious. The car Park is very tight, bad, only 1 disabled car Park which is signposted with yellow on a white wall in too deep "" and from the in-house staff unjustified beparkt was signposted! Employees are consistently very friendly and attentive!

Auch wenn ich das Dorint hotel in Neuss nur einmal im Jahr besuche, ist der Aufenthalt immer sehr angenehm. Die Konferenzräume bieten alles was man braucht. Der Standort ist sehr schön gelegen und das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam. Auch die Zimmer sind sehr komfortabel. Die Betten bieten erholsamen Schlaf. Auf den Besuch im Dorint Hotel in Neuss freue ich mich immer wieder.

Very good conference hotel. The bathrooms are not TOP modern, but well maintained. Service is very good and the kitchen excelente.

First of all, the Staff — is very friendly and helpful. The Hotel has a nice Ambience. The Rooms are well furnished, although a Refrigerator is missing. Everything clean and well-groomed. Only Minus point — the good Breakfast was only delivered to the Room after Request, although we had ordered it and the Serving car Was completely savvy at the bottom. But everything was not so bad, because as I said everyone was very nice. All in All, however, a recommended Location.

I really liked it. The food was very good — room classic décor. Service very good, all staff genuine helpful and friendly.

Unfortunately, there was no hot water available at 3pm. This was only learned when it was asked. Is just stupid when you are already in the shower after the sport. Well OK can happen, unfortunately also stupid if you then look forward to a coffee and there is a kettle in the room with soluble coffee but the cup is already used war/ (room 144). For that, a total of 2 points deduction. But otherwise a nice hotel with super furnished rooms. Great reception hall, great restaurant. This hotel is recommended.

The Dorint Congress Hotel is a typical business hotel as you know it. The service is good, the ambience rather functional. You find everything you need. The underground car park is quite narrow and confusing, but there are also plenty of outdoor parking spaces. All in all completely ok.

Very central but still in the green, large room and good equipment. Breakfast was very varied and good, only the coffee was mies.

The hotel and the congeating area (Stadthalle) are two different companies. And that makes it complicated.
Different contacts with really different degrees of motivation to really want to solve problems. In the end, the catering has the third star going out, because that was top.
The rest only two stars.

In the room there were blue soap residues or toothpaste smeared everywhere on the toilet. There is no mini bar Geschweigeden water in the room.
The lunch buffet was very poor and extremely overpriced. Many have complained, but the next day it was very bad again.
I understand who you make mistakes but so often in a row is really bad.
I have to add here that on the 3rd day the cook apologized and the food on the 3rd day was good.
The staff looks overwhelmed you always have to wait a long time and it is saved at every corner.
I found it very disappointing and will not book again here.
Has to revise the rating again and from the beginning a star to three complement as the bar Cheff Beck has done a verdamt good job. Great service at the bar!

To "experience" a congress of this hotel: conclusion: incomprehensible, impossible, absolutely not recommended.
Lunch buffet for 18, — € per person consisted exclusively of noodles. Boiled, 2 thin sauce-like wetlands… dolles Buffet.

Day 2: On the meat ride others through the Gobi Desert. Side dish is boiled and cold.

A lovely clean hotel with great conference facilities and a nice park just outside the dining area.

All in all, I can't complain about my stay at the hotel. For a meeting or meeting, the hotel is recommendable!

Very expensive for what it has to offer. The man in the reception spoke very poor english so he mistook the invoice information 3 times. The rooms were big but cold. After 3 nights sleeping there I got sick. At night there was no hot water so we had to have a shower either in the afternoon or in the morning. The restaurant was mediocre. Breakfast is not included in the price and had to pay 20 euros each one to get a quite poor quality food for this price. I booked breakfast for my last morning but the reception guy forgot eventually to book it for me. Shauna and steam bath work only under request. I asked to have a Shauna but apparently it didn't work at all. They offered me the option of a steam bath but they forgot to prepare it. As a conclusion I had to wait one hour. All in all, for its price it is a bad option.

Fair Standard Hotel. All standard and nothing special. But also nothing to criticize. How very often breakfast with €20 overpriced.

Very elegant Hotel with lots of amenities. Near large park for walks.

Perfectly suited for the fair in Düsseldorf. I have never experienced such a good breakfast in a hotel in Germany. For lactose intolerant people is taken care, even gluten-free cereal, whole honey advertised… The rooms are clean and quiet.

It's a great gym! The staff are just pros!

Decent hotel, however, whose F&B area is completely overwhelmed at Congresses. For "normal" guests there are massive problems to find a suitable place for breakfast and dinner. Too bad you only have to reserve one area.

Price/performance ratio is right. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. It's okay. Come back on occasion!

Poor night service. We were just 12 minutes outside the door and didn't come to the hotel. We called the night service and pressed the bell about 100 times…
The woman who made us on was rather rude… We were lucky to come in!

Overall simply good with unfortunately some criticisms. Sauna defective and no, whatever kind, compensation, breakfast very good, but totally crowded and thus the staff overwhelmed and irritated. The room was very clean and the breakfast was very good. Tip: Directly in front of the hotel municipal parking… €2 the Night.

Easy to get too especially from city centre or airport and rooms a good size and have all that you would expect and a hose tablet in the room you can use to order, book a table or breakfast. Free Wi-Fi. No grumbles at the moment but only been here for 24hrs.

The hotel is 100m from the tram which takes you direct to the centrum of Düsseldorf. The rooms are basic and breakfast is good.

Lovely clean, stylish and spacious hotel. The staff were very polite staff and there was a good choice of food at breakfast. Not too far a walk from a number of shops and restaurants (about ten minutes). The only comment I would make is that there were no tea bags or milk packets in the room so I had to go down to the restaurant or bar to get a tea (charged to my room).

Expensive low quality cold rooms no service at all.

I was only Congress participants and found the from the Hotel in this regard, infrastructure provided is totally I. O.

Was with friends and family for one night at the Dorint Hotel. Nice modern hotel, clean rooms, great bathrooms. Fitness room is also available. The breakfast was excellent. Very friendly staff, always happy to be around again.

Very professional and nice staff. Breakfast really top: good full, good quality. Clean and spacious room, large shower, view of the park. I asked for a cot, it was nickel. Free Wifi. No complaints.

The hotel is not 4 star the kitchen is lousy for a 4 star for a meal of 5 Habsburgs the kitchen needs 1 hours. Le Bistro is easier an imposition there is no French bistro not to be seen. Staff inexperienced. So once in a while and no more.

Good hotel to stay in for Gamescom, Not too far if you take the train and probably also by car. Clean rooms and good service.

Location was good and nice, close to public transport and city park. Sauna/wellness was out of order. We missed some towels in the room, which were easy to get when we asked at the reception. Breakfast was nice.

The personell was friendly and the service prompt. Would go there again. Drinks were well presented and tasty.

Good rooms, TV has a few English Channels, and most of the programs are talking shows. Restaurant very good many options of fruit, cheese etc…

Room new and clean. Good food and a wonderful friendly and good-humored (Thai? ) The Breakfast lady. Great idea, the Popcornbar is. The only Spaghetti you can't take with a spoon out of the bowl!

It's like at the end of Neuss, which is kinda big village with sufficient resources and shops… Nature landscapes are wonderful. 2 big gardens nearby with an amazing running track. And a wonderful old building museum.
Inside the rooms there is no big ceiling lamp to annoy sleepers, but efficient lights distributed: 2 reading lights in the beds, one desk light that can be manipulated upside to light up the room, as well as more than good light at the entrance and in the bathr…oom. The sauna room is great, and cost effective (2 euros only). There is a small fitness room also with a treadmill and few stuff. And if u want a bigger city than Neuss, Dusseldorf is 2.6 euros away using tram 709 and reaching in around 10 minutes, u just gotta cross the parking area of the hotel. The breakfast in the hotel is diverse enough for fat-likers and fitness enthusiasts. And it's really delicious.

Regular meeting hotel, unfortunately had been not cleaned my first room even after the exodus of the previous guest. ERGO back down and on to the next attempt which was then matched. Breakfast fit and should have what for each. Ambiance fits too.

Maybe the greatest breakfast ever tasted. Situation is very good, near tram and bus station. People really sweet and speak very well english. Rooms are spacious and clean.

You tried… or not. Was due to a professional event as day participants and guests to the bed and breakfast there. Very long waiting times during the breaks were apparently all overwhelmed with the Orga of the event, — but the food offerings were consistently positive. With the cooling of drinks was overwhelmed obviously also from 14: 00 and at the coffee time, there was no coffee spoon. At the end of the bar drinking a champagne with colleagues — no not possible, which is closed! To do this they need into the restaurant, where it takes 30 minutes by taking the order to execution. Although little guests there.
The hotel room itself was clean, however, 2 hangers for a double room are already low. As well, there was no minibar/refrigerator, you should actually expect Kettle etc…
