I just came from the bar and I'm totally thrilled! Antonio advised me very well and with his charming manner provided a good mood!

Ich war nicht als Übernachtungsgast da, sondern nur abends in der Hotel-Lounge mit Freunden, die dort übernachtet hatten. Das Hotel wirkt modern, sauber, das Personal ist freundlich, nur die betrunkenen anderen Gäste wirkten teils störend.

Motel one has a great standard of quality, comfort and style for an affordable price. I love their theme, the staff is polite and helpful and everything is clean and all.

The rooms were very tidy and beautiful. The bathroom was very clean. The hotel is generally beautifully furnished. The staff is very nice and helpful. In addition, there is the proximity to the main railway station. The hotel is highly recommended.

This modern motel is affordable, right next to the train station and super equipped. The rain shower invites you to take a long shower. The room and bathroom are very small (had a room with king size bed) but it is enough for a few days. Really nice and cozy, the whole.

From my point of view, optimal value for money. Tasteful, modern and relatively high-quality public areas and rooms, it is simply pleasant to stay there. Breakfast is also delicious and high-quality, although not superfluously opulent. In the rooms I lack a little more space for clothes, but this is absolutely conceamable — see Price.

Nice and good hotel in the heart of Dusseldorf. Facilities are as you are used to from Motel One. Good starting point to explore the city centre.

An ideal location, the hotel is located in the Japanese Quarter and a short walk from the centre. The hotel room is very clean and modern, no complaints. Downstairs, it is possible to sit in very comfortable seats while taking advantage of the bar at your disposal.

Good value for money (I normally pay €70), 5 min walk from the main station, clean.

Great location and the new design goes down well. Equipment is class and of good quality. Always like to descend on the Motel One.

Very central location and very nice staff. Rooms and bathroom were very clean.
Unfortunately, the service at the bar in the evening was very slow and overwhelmed, we waited a long time until we could order at all. If the hotel is so well occupied, if you have more staff at the bar, then you can also make more sales.
The floor sevice was very nice and helpful, on request for a pair of scissors was brought to me.
I left my car in the underground car park even after checking out, which was possible for a fee. When I asked several hours later at the reception for something I had left in the room, I was immediately handed it away.

The hotel makes a rather new look. Check-in well after 8 p. M. Is possible without any problems. The room is small but perfect for a short stay. In the evening you can be pampered at the bar and the morning breakfast between 6 and 10 am is good. For a short stay, the hotel can be recommended without hesitation.

Very clean and efficient. Excellent bar and prices very reasonable for a hotel. This would be an excellent place to stay for both business and pleasure.

Nice and clean hotel room. Airconditioning didn't seem to work though so I opened the window which resulted in a lot of noise from the streets. Breakfast was simple but good.

Like any Motel One. Cute rooms, modern bathroom with hair dryer and shampoo. Breakfast is good. The only thing that bothers me is that the TV doesn't hang in the middle of the bed. Otherwise top and also very good location.

Anonymous and impersonal, good for sleeping but the reception is totally anonymous ile impersonal. A Mac Donald sleeping.

It's a decent hotel. The rooms are indeed quite small and the walls are somewhat thin. Not a bad experience though, stayed here for one night. If you want food later the evening, you have to order with delivery service yourself.

Motel One hotels are always great. Especially when you consider what a cheap course you get a good, clean and modern room in a central location. The standards at Motel One are really great. Sure, when the hotel is fully booked, it gets quite full and noisy at the breakfast buffet. But that's absolutely okay! The staff is always friendly and otherwise cleanliness is very important here. Hence top and 5 stars!

I stayed here for one night as a single traveler and needed fast access to the train station. The hotel is within walking distance to the train and bus station. Staff was courteous; check-in was fast with no hassle. Room was clean, modern, and comfortable. Heating was good for a cold November night. Will definitely recommend.

Good location in walking distance to all the christmas markets. Hotel was amazing, rooms very clean and staff were very helpful. Breakfast was really worth the money. Thank-you Motel One for our lovely stay.

Excellent value for money and close to the station.

Disappointing experience. Reception staff need more training in customer service. Locked me out of room after first night with belongs inside while out for dinner because reception made a mistake during checkin! Rather than apologise to me, tried blaming me despite acknowledging was hotels mistake! Rude and unprofessional. Also rooms small, Wi-Fi poor, and no laundry service during weekends.

Service is great, staff is extremely friendly and understanding. My girlfriend's card was lost last year and they replaced it immediately without any problems. Rooms are cleaned thoroughly and are careful of your possessions.

Clean, quite minutes away from train station, and within walking distance to the centre and it's my second stay in this hotel and definatly will come back again to this hotel.

2AM — Waited over 1hr for check in — hotel was over booked, even though they guaranteed us our room in writing. Then took 1hr to prepare the room and when we got it in was not even fully cleaned. Bath room was still dirty, only bed was re-done…

It's always nice to stop at a Motel One…! The design is great and the staff are always friendly. Breakfast leaves nothing to be desired and the pudding particles are a MUST! The room is nice and spacious — the beds cozy!

Beautiful modern hotel in the city centre of Düsseldorf. Breakfast is great and has lots of organic and vegetarian options.

Can't complain. The room was a bit small (very closely in places) and sometimes you miss a trash can, which is not to only in the bathroom, but otherwise very comfortable beds, super view on the 6th floor & nice facilities. Breakfast was also good. You again.

Great hotel near the main station (perfect location)

When booking this hotel went out of a low-budget level and travelled without all too much expectations. But I was more than surprised! The motel one at the main railway station is just top!
Most would like to highlight the friendliness of the staff I. At the reception, I was greeted with a smile and very obliging. And in contrast to many other hotels came it totally honest over and not rehearsed as it prescribes the management per guide. It has continued in the evening at the hotel bar and was confirmed on the next morning at breakfast. There was not an unfriendly or unmotivated employee in this House during my two-day stay.
The breakfast was tasty and the selection also more than sufficient. The ambience of the breakfast room (at the bar) is simply comfortable. Because even as late getting up morning like.
The room was very clean and tastefully decorated. There are many storage possibilities. Especially the bathroom was super!
All in all is probably already evident that I am completely thrilled by the motel one at the central station. The value for money is great! Here I come again! Especially because of the friendly staff! Kudos to the staff who had service on 12 and 13.4.

Typisch Motel one: kleine aber funktionale Zimmer, energiespar-Beleuchtung. Bett gut. Bad gut. Modernes Ambiente. Frühstück nicht doll, akzeptabel auf niedrigem Niveau.

Rooms were clean and tidy, staff was super friendly, price-performance is more than ok. When a Hote / Motel only Hotel Motel One! Only to recommend.

Excellent location. A few meters from the central station and 10 min walk from the shopping street. The hotel is very nicely decorated although rooms are somewhat small. We had No closet, only a rod for hanging coats and a few shelves to leave the rest of the clothes. The bathroom is spacious and modern, everything new and very clean. Very good choice to spend a few days.

Walked in from the street with no reservation and was promptly given a room. It was small but clean and functional, very good for the price!

Nice, clean and modern hotel. One block away from the train station so super convenient and it's just one straight walk into the town (takes about 10 mins). Stylish foyer/ lounge with an outdoor terrace. Beds were comfy and we asked for additional pillows which was sorted without any fuss (language barriers aside! ) Wifi was very fast and capable of streaming video. There's a TV on the wall but only one English speaking channel (BBC News). Disney channel in Deutsch was a laugh though. Would have been nice to have a kettle in the room but apart from that, great, affordable stay. Ps. If you're wanting to visit Rouremonde designer outlet village in Holland, the shuttle bus takes 45 mins to get there (Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays) and is across the road (Deutsch Post), round the left hand corner and 2 mins down the road is a small bus stand. The hotel staff had us going to various different places to catch it. Or not as it turned out on our first attempt.

The perfect Hotel for my needs: No frills, no-one needs and yet all pay telephone in the room, Minibar, safe. For a fast, free Wi-Fi (3 Mbit/s down, 0.3 Mbps up). HD Digital TV. Very comfortable bed. Modern bathroom with Douche. Quiet Air Conditioning. Parking in the house, a bit small and for a fee. The employees are very friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable. Quick Checkin. For`s eye: Stylish and modern, with a pleasant garden in the courtyard. If available, I will in the future MotelOne priority book.
