Nice and clean. Mini bar and breakfast is good. Near to rail station.

Room was not small but facilities are old and especially a shower head does not provide water pressure and shower water does not flushed so you need to wait during shower. A room was rather noisy.

Even though the hotel looks a bit old, it compensates on the cleaning quality and on the bedroom comfort. They put me in a single room even tough I booked a double room (the size is more than double), everything was sorted out but still was an inconvenient.

I rate the hotel under the following criteria, which were important to me: Parking situation: 3/5 There are parking spaces that cost 15 euros and are so intelligently staffed with steles about 2, 1 m apart that medium vehicles can be easily damaged.
Service: 2/5 The staff is always friendly and makes every effort within their means. These seem to be very limited. The reserved extra bed had to be ordered again after check-in. The 2-bed has a short communal bed ceiling. It's rieily fun to share a pot flaps. This opens up completely new relationship horizons. The ordered 2nd ceiling was not provided after 12 hours and two requests.
Breakfast: 4/5 For me actually 3/5 because Aldi baking buns. However, it is a Japanese hotel. Bruns are probably not in focus or this one to expect. The rest of the offer is true. Good juices, excellent tea and an appropriate buffet.
Facilities: 4/5 air conditioning system, acceptable TV, small kitchen niche, bathtub, ironing table in the room, but for the double bed only a pot flap as a duvet feel-good factor (without service) : 4/5 The hotel looks well equipped. However, it is striking in detail that it has "rocked off" a bit. Uralt cobwebs between the furniture at the breakfast area, broken hangings in the bathroom, semi-professional parking bays Who do not have to park and can do without good service, will be satisfied.

Location is not far from the train station, but the hotel itself building body has been very old, bathroom lotus head are broken, air conditioning is relatively old, open will have strange taste, and I stay in the hotel, just in the Dusseldorf price of higher time, to a night 155€ price, is really unacceptable!

Terrible room, too warm and when you open the window lots of traffic noise. Install an A/C! Showers are leaking and all drinks in the minibar were frozen. Two stars, breakfast is superb!

Very kind people working there, good atmosphere and near the centre of Dusseldorf. For sightseeing trips or buiseness travels its perfectly fine.

Far from the claimed luxury of a 4 star, the staff is nice and the establishment correct.

Good hotel in a very central location. The rooms are tastefully decorated and clean, though nothing out of the ordinary. Breakfast offers a rich, fresh selection and the reception istus is very friendly.

A big thank you for everything last night! We had a cancelled flight and got a room somewhere outside of center. However when we were getting in the room the guy who came to open the door said that he has a better hotel for us if we want. I think his name was Seyed. He ordered us a taxi and got us to Asahi hotel and even showed the room and was really helpful! Also the other guy at the reception was cool guy and cave us a good tip of a restaurant. Room was great for us and we had a nice evening. Thank you again!

The hotel is under renovation. Unfortunately, this is not a 4stars hotel but rather 3 stars. Craftsmen simply go into the room without logging in and drilling and assembling without their filth clear away. Rooms are very dark and little storage facilities for stuff. The kitchen is very tiny.

Good location close to the main train station, and everything within a reasonable walk. Nice rooms and great breakfast but staff could have been a little more responsive, but service wasn't bad.

The staff of the hotel was very kindly. I was assigned to the last floor so I had amazing views. The room was pretty and it had air cooler, which I really appreciate. The problem was that the room had ants in the bathroom. Lots of them.

Staff are very kind and helpful. The price is a little bit expensive but it's reasonable. The location is near station. I wanna stay again.

Clean and spacious rooms. Parking in front of hotel available for a price. Internet connection was pretty good, had to keep connecting everytime I returned to the hotel, though. Breakfast for €19 per person was a bit pricey for the selection offered in my opinion.

There was a flood in their basement, so their spa an fitness area was under construction and didn't look nice. Bed was very nice, room was spaceous. I expected more from the breakfast buffet, especially for €19.

I was happy with my room. Location was very good as far as the main station is 5-7 minutes away by walking. The service was good and the personal very kind.

The room was large but street noise was an issue. Breakfast was a treat, with a great choice of Japanese dishes.

Staff was unhelpful. When I tried to print two pages for a meeting the next day. 0.30 Euros a page, which is petty and the printer was light on ink, so it looked terrible. When I asked them to just print it on their printer (and not the community kit), they refused citing viruses on my USB. No solution offered. I don't know who is in Dusseldorf NOT on business, but beware this hotel does not cater even the tritest of business requirement. Also room smelled pretty bad.
