Absolutely not recommended. We had booked with 7 people and it was claimed on site that it had not been paid. After we were able to show the whole thing, other rooms (with different allocations) should be assigned to us instead of the booked ones. After a long back and forth (very much discussion instead of looking for a solution) we got our rooms. As "compensation" we were promised breakfast free of charge on Sundays.

On Sunday we wanted to have breakfast and suddenly nobody knew anything about breakfast. Afterwards we couldn't book it anymore and we had to look for something outside. Here, people are swayed and held with empty promises. On our floor there was noise in the hallway, music and loud phone calls until 00:30.

To the rooms themselves: Fits the 1 star level.

Sleep in the tent, the hotel is definitely not worth its money, you just get annoyed behind and the whole thing spoils the city trip. This hotel is supposed to make money, apparently fast.

Room was so dirty. Apparently it hasn't been cleaned for a long time! Furniture was partially unstable, especially the bed. Fire stains on the mattress and slatted slats defective. Just disgusting and not recommended!

Polite, however, could offer a little more service, such as having luggage brought to the room or showing one of the rooms.

The manager does everything and is very helpful, too bad that if he is not there the staff serves practically nothing! Station area with train stop a few meters.

Such a naughty thing… has been cancelled. Email is available. If you are harassed and threatened by TEXT message… a lawyer is called in by me.

Must be cleaned properly. Otherwise all good. And dishes are missing for cooking.

This hotel is really a descending with very poor level. The staff were very helpful and the room was very clean and the service was very poor. There was no toilet paper on arrival and I had to go down to the reception and get myself some. The basic conditions are so lala in our room eg. Remnants of construction work and construction work were still not completely closed. Moreover, the warm water was defective and is only hot water for showering. The flow heaters did not work. This hotel is not recommended and you really get very little for his luck. Please stay somewhere else.

This place is not a real hotel. The room is dirty, awful. The windows are locked with screws. The wc is dirty with slush. The room is not ventilated. The smell from the wc and from the drainage is disgusting. The little fridge is just disgusting. This hotel is too noisy and you can't sleep at night. They dont have bottles of mineral water if you want to buy one in case you dont have one. A whole hotel doesn't have mineral water. It is also too expensive. We will not come again.

Furnishings kept very simple, cleanliness still has a lot of potential to go up. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Breakfast buffet cost €5 is OK.

10 minute walk from the train station. A pleasant room with a fridge. The Wi-Fi was free and reliable. I would stay here again.

Slightly refurbished rooms, but roomy and practical. For a low price I would dare to call this hotel good value. But don't book this for a romantic night…

Near to main dusseldorf railway station.

Stayed here a few years ago. It may be cheap, but it's filthy, the breakfast is very minimal (old bread, uncleaned coffee cups, meat and cheese looked like it was never moved since the day before) and then there's this: we told them with how many people we were coming, and explained we are all friends. They expected 2 of us to share a bed that was barely larger than a 1 person bed. We are good friends, and have no problem sharing a 2 person bed, but when you have to spoon each other to stay on the bed, I think you're not getting what you paid for. When we raised the issue during the day, they said they would get an extra mattress to put on the ground. When we got back to the hotel later that night, nothing had changed. The person at the reception said they couldn't get another mattress since it was in storage, and so one of us had to sleep on a stack of blankets on the ground, in a hotel we paid to provide us beds! The next day it felt like we had to move a mountain to arrange the extra mattress, but eventually, after some unpleasant conversation, they managed to arrange what they had promised us the day before. Now again, this is a very cheap hotel, but you'll still never find me here again.
