An excellent hotel in a very good location. On foot you are relatively fast in the city center (felt 15 minutes). The service is excellent, as you are used to from NH Collection Hotels. The lobby and the restaurant are currently being renovated due to water damage, but even the temporary lobby and the makeshift restaurant are better than I have experienced in many other 4 star hotels. The service at breakfast is particularly noteworthy, the staff was extremely friendly and attentive! Parking is very possible in the hotel's underground car park, the price is at normal city level. The car is safe for this and not 3 minutes away from the room. All in all, it was a successful stay and I can only recommend this hotel!

Very standard, without a soul. The usual networker, in the room minimalism, even there is no recreation area. Room sevice and cleaning is weak, coffee put as one, shower accessories too. The window is printed tightly, the ceilings are low, the right claustrophobia begins! Twenty-five minutes to the center walk. I'm not coming here anymore.

Stayed for a few nights on business. Really enjoyed the stay there. The staff upon arrival were very nice and welcoming. As I'd stayed before they gave me a free upgrade. The room was very nice, large and clean with lots of light and a comfy bed. Breakfast was very nice, not a huge selection but quality was great.

NH are always a good bet. Close to City center, about 15 min walk, close to local station heading to Dusseldorf airport, etc. Great rooms, good breakfast serve, staff friendly and helpful. Watch out for Culture tax if you are a not on a business trip.

Great hotel, great breakfast. Centrally but still quiet location. Staff is very very friendly and helpful but not intrusive. Staff could get more attention from management, because despite partial overclaiming always there for the guests.

One of the best hotels I've ever been to. Great atmosphere, super nice staff that will try to fulfill every wish. We felt very comfortable and would love to come back. The only thing I would complain about is the too noisy air conditioning and that the Windows unfortunately cannot be opened.

Nice clean rooms, comfortable beds. Nice little clean sauna. Food in the restaurant very good and all the staff friendly and helpful. We were very pleased and it was not the last stay for us at this hotel. Top.

We were not hotel guests, we visited the bar. Not cheap but great stylish service. You can order food from the restaurant.

Spacious. We took a room with very nice lake view. 15minutes walk from the cathedral. Recommended. Very good deal.

Very clean, great service, very attentive and friendly. They speak many languages. Elegant and well-distributed decor, with many services. Highly recommended!

Access to the car park you have to know. Is unfortunately not signposted. Room is very nice. Staff attentive. Since the windows cannot be opened, the ventilation runs loudly and permanently, just annoying. Sleeping is rather bad.

Nice room here was one night. Good breakfast. And above all, great selection. I can only recommend it.

Stayed here during the Xmas period. Very good reachability but you have to drive into the underground entrances. The staff was great, very helpful, and the room was superb.

The hotel is super well kept and located in a place where there are restaurants nearby where to go out for dinner. The room was very clean and comfortable. The shower is amazing I heated towels. We did not have a good breakfast. We prefer to have breakfast at kamps or the most traditional German bakery. The truth is Q the stay very comfortable, the workers very attentive. They kept our bags all day as our flight was at night.

Stayed for 3 nights Dec 2017 for the Christmas markets. The hotel was immaculate, and the beds were comfortable. The duvet and pillows were Devine. The staff were exceptionally helpful at all times and very friendly. The breakfast was also superb! Real honey straight from the bee hive and an array of different teas and coffees. Free welcome drinks, fruit and snacks in reception throughout your stay. Free internet and was very fast throughout our stay. 5 stars without hesitation. T Firth.

The room was very comfortable. Behind the house runs the railway line and this makes it quite noisy. Due to the thick noise protection discs, unfortunately no mobile phone works.
And on top of that, the ventilation in the bathroom is constantly running and cannot be switched off.

Chic Hotel. The hotel bar, has good wines. Especially the Argentine wine was good. The furnishings (armchairs, tables) must be made more comfortable. I want to go after a drink. The rooms are very well maintained. USB port. Optimization: — Sauna was not running, even 45 min. After the call in service, — the beds are too narrow or for some reason I do not sleep well in the beds — no windows to open — yellowed toilet seat and defective Fön-Elektrikabdeckung.

I am a business traveller and really excited about this hotel. There is a very good and balanced breakfast. My room on the 4th floor was modern, clean, spacious and with a large bathtub. The staff at the reception and restaurant were extremely friendly and accommodating. The way to the underground garage is short and convenient. Thanks!

Lovely hotel. Staff very helpful. Especially Jean, the barman. Not far to walk into city.

Staff and style of the rooms very good. Unfortunately our sheets were dirty and the cover had two holes. For a four star hotel, it has a funny aftertaste. Worse still, we felt that the climate was going through the whole night, even if it was put on "off" and in addition with the small refrigerator is a very noisy backdrop. Two big minus points for an otherwise very nice hotel.

Beautiful Hotel. Staff who speak English. Attention at all times to the parking which is not obvious to find. For our part, we paid the parking lot twice!

Fantastic location, beautiful hotel. Room very contemporary but the bed did not feel as luxurious if I'm honest. Comfortable and acceptable but the hotel is so nice I expected a real luxury bed. Bathroom was nice, nothing special. Nespresso and posh tea in the room was a nice touch, no biscuits though! The restaurant is lovely if a little pricey.

A very nice and clean hotel. Flat screen TV, safe, good mini bar and a nespresso machine. The floor does not have carpet. Instead a nice wood imitation that felt very hygienic. The bathroom was equipped with a large shower with a rain shower head and good toiletries. Note, the bed is firm.

For €70 a stay in a really great 4 star. The room is very clean and very quiet. It was a very nice place to have a shower. Very welcome the Nespresso machine with two free coffees for a gentle awakening.

Great location with easy access to the city! Room was nice, our double bed was actually just two twins just pushed together, but nonetheless comfortable. Decent sized rooms, not huge but not cramped. Should be noted that the air conditioning runs and puts out cool air, but doesn't really seem to noticeably cool the room.

Medium-high quality structure. Very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is located a 10-minute walk from the old town.

The room was great and well equipped and had a view including the Dom. However there's no noise insulation you can clearly hear the people talking in the corridor.

Friendliness and good service. In the rooms is of ample space. Beds are clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, not many outlet are free and unfortunately you can't open the window. This one has air conditioning in the rooms.

The input area deterred me. Breakfast in this uncomfortable Hall, never.
I could barely sleep while the decor of the room is ok, but you can not open up because the window does not open and the airconditioning hardly ensures Exchange. On my complaint, was tersely leaves the building as an office building had been planned, and it could not therefore open the window. Have with the worst hotel that I experienced in D. I advise, to book there.

Positive: Clean rooms, standard is equivalent to 4 stars. Good breakfast. Underground car park under the hotel.
Negative: Directions to the parking garage that is bad. Wi-Fi signal. Usable only in the vicinity of the window.
Booked: late check-out (until 14:00), from 12:00 noon, the room was locked. Reception didn't know this agreement.

The ultimate dirty hotel, where you don't even open the window can (no room) in a smoking room.
Not book.
