Cozy and nice place. Not new decoration but clean and confortable.

The girl at the front desk is a charm, despite not knowing anything Spanish and not controlling much English, he tried to explain to us where we could park cheaper and the amenities offered at breakfast. To park the street of the hotel is what we know in Spain for "Blue zone", so you have to pay about €12 daily if you want to leave your car in the same street. A 3 minute walk from the hotel, next to a park we explained that by €4 a day we could leave the car there. The hotel is fine, simple and no frills. It's very very clean. If you go in the time of the beginning of the good weather (end of May early June) it starts to make some heat by the humidity of the environment and the summer storms. They are storms that appear out of nowhere, you Duran 10 minutes and disappear as they came, but leave a warm atmosphere and the rooms do not have (at least in which we stayed) air conditioning. The beds are good, somewhat low from my point of view but it is a personal taste. The bathroom was pristine, and the water pressure (something important to me), very very good. The breakfasts, for 7, €50 are very good, it is buffet type and you have to choose coffee, milk, orange juice (Tetrabrik), cereals, fresh fruit, yogurt, jam, bread, butter, sausages (ham, salami, chopped, serrano, etc. ), cheese, cooked eggs, mini Sausages (they serve cold and are hot, delicious), cake, Nutella… In short, very complete for that price.

Nice cozy small hotel close to the city center.

More of a star instead of 3 stars. In case of need, you can stay here overnight. Wi-Fi fluctuates or is not available. Shower no regulation possible. TV only 2 programs. Rooms tiny would have to be renovated. Staff are very anxious and friendly.

Right compromise between price, position and quality. We were 1 night only, double room. We enjoyed it! :)

Supposedly cable — TV was received, however, only the WRD group.
WLAN Although free but for the quality would be a price also outrageous, constantly broke the network of WLAN together. Therefore hardly possible to use it sensibly.
Room was adequate for sleeping, bathroom could be renewed and a bit cleaner.
The hallway and the staircase stank to a cheap Chemieraumerfrischer.

Quite mießer charge totally overpriced fire alarm goes off when you shower. Totally weird.

Were here in February. The staff was very helpful. The room was clean. A bit far from the center.

Convenient and friendly staff. The removed star is for this reason that the W-Lahn has been constantly down. The hotel was very clean and the staff were very helpful. If you only need one place to sleep.

Towels were hanging to dry over the toilet so make sure you close it. The shower temperature kept changing from very hot to slightly cold. Had good Wifi speeds but we had issues with the power. Turned on a light and suddenly lost power to the whole room, only other devices were a phone charging and a small TV. Add the fact that there is nobody working the front desk after 8pm and we had to go find the breaker panel and reset it our selves. The hotel itself was quiet but the street below was not. We had a room facing out onto the street and even with the windows closed, we could still hear the traffic below.

Very expensive for what it offers. No Elevator. Is well located.

Nice staff, unfortunately not always parking at the door but nice advice to find some nearby (which are then also very favorable). Room in a good not 100% clean condition. Unfortunately, the mattresses were nothing more in our room and very uninterpreted. Overall but a good and especially cheap hotel and relatively close to the center (10-15 min. On foot).

Small room but enough for a layover. About 20min walk to the train station which takes me to Bonn airport.

Very bad receptionist. If I start writing bad things and the poor experience I had then I will write at least 3 pages. Not a good place to stay.

It was very reasonable. The location is straight way from Hauptbahnhof. Staff are friendly. In my room, toilet was outside but it was own toilet and shower is in the room. And it didn't cost much. It is good to stay in Koln inexpensively.

Cheap prices… 2 star… clean.

Receptionist was polite but not friendly or welcoming in any way. But that was still far better than the cleaning lady, whos bad temper sparkled all over the place everytime she passed by the reception or the breakfast room. I am not keen on witnessing staff quarrels. My room was not small, but overloaded with three beds and no space to put the luggage. Other visitors had a kitchinette, I had none in my room. Only furniture was a TV, that occupied have of the available space of the only table in the room. I used the only chair in the room, to place my suitcase on, when I retunred in the evening, the suitcase was lying on the floor in another part of the room, with the open side down. It had not fallen, it was placed there deliberately. In the bed I saw black crumbles, No idea what it was, but it did not seem to be alive. The bathroom was very smal, the shower curtain too small but worst of all, the toilett was not clean when I moved into the room. After my comlained that was fixed. The breakfast is very, very basic. The hotel has no elevator, the rooms are spread over 5 floors, no help with the luggage was offered. Summary: Not worth the price.

Catastrophic hotel was not a real bed at night around 3:00 on that room first very small second not even a Chair thirdly was the bed but a mattress on any comic surface fourth not clean the entire table was the room could walk and was full of dust and hair whether the may wait only by a predecessor I doubt and fifth one was back awake from 8:00 at the latest because already loudly in the hotel the rooms were cleaned recommendation no! Once and never again.

I was thrilled. Nice staff and very clean rooms. Hotel owners personally makes the leckerstes breakfast. Thanks and until next time.

We are very nice have been received. The rooms (5) were all clean, daily fresh towels, Breakfast for the price enough. The Hotel is already older, in some Places broken o peacefully, but pikobello clean. Rooms are also very small, but it is not so in Cologne in the room to stay in. Cheap clean Hotel directly in the city.

It is hard for me to write a review for this hotel. I have mixed feelings about my stay here. Pros: The hotel is in a desirable location. It's close to train stations and you can find parking easily nearby, if you are driving. The neighborhood near by has lots of location restaurants and a couple of markets. The neighborhood is quiet and residential. The price is good The room has a kitchenette with electric kettle, some dishes, cups, basic utensils, a mini stove Has hair dryer Has basic bathroom amenity — a dispenser with a 3-in-1 all purpose shampoo/conditioner/body cleanser Cons: The hotel itself is hard to find. It is not obvious that the hotel is on the second floor of a business. The shower curtain (if you can call it that) is too small and flimsy in material. The first shower that my husband took in this room resulted in a messy pond in the middle of our bathroom before we realized how much more care we needed to put into making sure water does not leak out while we shower The towels are really flimsy. Breakfast price is really expensive The really big con's: I think in the end, the main driving force for me giving one out of five rating for this property is the staff. The gentleman who checked us in either did not trust us, or had an odd sense of humor. It was hard for me to tell.

The rooms are really very very small and for the size, almost too expensive.

Great hotel for budget travellers. Train station 15 min walk, as well as to the centre. Close to restaurants, shops, too, 10-15 minutes.

My experience was terrible. The room has barely enough space to put your luggage in. One cannot turn around in the bathroom. In order to get into the shower you have to step over the toilette. There is no lift, no reception area, the bed in the room was uncomfortable and the TV was on top of the hutch requiring you to adopt weird postures to see it. Finally, the walls of the rooms are paper thin. I might as well have been sleeping in the hall way. Actually, I cannot think of anything positive about my stay.

My colleague wanted a room for three Nights. The staff who demanded of Us, however, that we your credit card information to send or pay in advance. Something I find quite unusual. We book often Hotellzimmer for our employees and have always paid locally. As my colleague not involved with wanted, we got only a patziges "Then you must just woanderst a room search. " As my colleague, then the managing Director wanted to talk about was also denied this: "no, he won't call back. " Such behavior towards the customer shows a lack of understanding that you as a service provider should bring and is simply just outrageous. But no Problem: I'm going to a different Hotel. The staff of the stork, we will not be back with our reservation requests "harass". So will you as a guest not to be treated.
