➜ Due to Corona, the journey could not be started. We didn't even want the money back, but maybe just a voucher to catch up later. Unfortunately, there was no goodwill here. Even in understandably tough times, some goodwill wouldn't hurt. We will not book here any more.
Good value for money. Nice staff.

We had to cancel well in advance because we couldn’t get into the country due to Germany’s Covid restrictions. They wouldn’t give any refund. Every other hotel we booked in Germany and even the airline gave us a refund. Not this place. Don’t book here as they simply don’t care about customers. I won’t stay at a Wyndham again.
