A beautiful hotel nice rooms very friendly staff great breakfast buffet dinner top value for money is always very centrally located by car you are in 4 minutes in Phantasialand and in Cologne in about 30 minutes by car the whole package is highly recommended.

A clean room and a well-kept facility. Delicious and varied breakfast buffet in a very modern dining room. Beautiful reception (with seating and mobile phone chargers) and parking available. Free water in the room on arrival was great.

Had 2 very nice days there and also tried the room service. The food was really very tasty and the prices for our conditions very cheap. On our next trip to Cologne / Phantasialand, this hotel is certainly our first choice again.

Nice hotel and very nice staff.

So friendly and helpful, as in this Hotel, I was received to date in almost any other. Great reception, great rooms and even in the case of a small Problem was immediately and quickly helped. The Hotel is nicely decorated and you feel at home. The Breakfast was class. A little unhappy I was about the Bar, because the Service had "to do" and for the few guests hardly took time. In the Restaurant the food was good, but price a bit too expensive. Overall, I recommend this Hotel for a short stay in the area and I will be very happy in the future, a guest here.

Good location to phantasiaisland. Only thing I didn’t like is the receptionist when I tried to check out was rude and wanted to help everyone but me. That is very rude. All and all decent hotel.

We were very friendly in the hotel and were able to move quickly into our room. The rather small room was modernly equipped and clean except for a few small things. Unfortunately, the beds were not connected and slip slightly apart. The bathroom was visually beautiful, but not very practical. There was no holder for the towels.
The breakfast was fresh and delicious. Everyone should be able to find something for themselves.

Actually a nice hotel. Personally, however, I would not rent out rooms where the bathrooms are not yet finished. Heating and all towel racks were not yet installed in the bathroom. Otherwise, a star would be more in it. Food and drink are good that staff are very friendly.

Our recommendation if you want to go to gamescom. We have been using this hotel for two years. It is simply but beautifully constructed. There is a bar and the breakfast offer is more than sufficient. The rooms are large enough and clean. The staff always nice and helpful. The way to the fair was to be reached in 20 min by car. And what is important to us is the air conditioning makes no noise.

An experience to forget. Booked 3 days before and after booking online I called to check if the reservation was successful. I answer Yes. When we are presented at the hotel they tell us that there was a mistake and they do not find a reservation and do not have a free room. After discussions with the manager they give us a room. When we enter we find a horrible room. Very dirty and with a strong smell of smoke. (In the hotel smoking is prohibited). Another discussion with the staff and after 1 hour of waiting send us to another hotel 10 km away. This was horrible too. It is a shame when they present themselves for a four star. 2 stars are too much for this kind of hotel. The other hotel always of the same chain. During the night noises of people screaming. The nice surprise was the fire alarm at 5 in the morning. We all went outside and after 30 minutes of waiting, one of the staff comes out and with a horrible smile tells us that there was a mistake in the system. Breakfast. Horrible. Food full of flies. Cheese went wrong and the bread was very hard. Not to mention coffee. The flies felt at their ease. We ask the staff to cover the food. The answer was: We're sorry but we can not do anything. The staff: Rude, without the slightest competence. I would not recommend this Hotel to anyone.

Excellent service. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean modern rooms. Best breakfast so far on my journeys round Europe. Tasty coffee, huge choice of both continental and hot items for breakfast. My favourite little delicious burgers.

I had an Overnight stay. Service in Restaurant and front Desk were always very nice. The rooms were (although I put a lot of value on cleanliness and me disgust, if only a hair in the bed) very clean, and over brought a super atmosphere. Little tip: I find it super that are also 4beinigen guests a warm welcome. Just make sure even underneath the bed the dog hairs are gone. I haven't seen it now, so closely because I myself have a dog! Keep it up!

Excellent value for money. I spend many nights in hotels on business and can normally find three or four things I dislike, but not here! Parts of the hotel are in need of modernisation. The bar on particular could do with brightening up. Would definitely consider staying here again if in the area. Somewhat annoying that Google seem to refuse to want to update it's name to H+ Hotel from Ramadan, which it hasn't been for quite some time!

Ramada Bruegel-Koeln offered an excellent breakfast with a great selection. On sight bar for an after dinner drink and nice banquet facilities was a nice bonus. Good location with easy access to market, tram & train station. The staff was very helpful, friendly, and warm. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Medium for a 4star in Germany given the price paid for our 2 nights. A meal was included but the cheapest dishes on the menu (goulash bof soup, too greasy pesto pasta and dessert that goes without commentary). Excellent bedding but bcp of disturbing little details. Excessive prices for some drinks, the bar waiter serves you a tonic charged 5.20 (brand unknown). When I refuse to pay, he aggressively throws the glass ds the sink and we pull out a real schweppes tonic at 3 euros! Saturday at about 5 p. M. Rooms (2) Tjs not made. We had to ask the front desk, on the other hand, today we knock at 8am to ask for the time of departure! Medium restaurant food and too fat. Bcp sounds from the corridors, children play in numbers to the ball. Parents let it happen, but everyone has a right to calm down. There are exteriors to let off steam. Very bad smells of sewer lift at welness but also in some terrace places. On the first evening, ashtray outside the bar filled with cigarette butts on the ground. Phantasialand day at the top and excellent discovery of this Park, very clean.

We were too far for a weekend there and totally thrilled. Extremely friendly and courteous staff who respond to all wishes. A — and check-out was not a problem at all, even after the regular times. The hotel itself is good to find, the connection is very good. There are plenty of parking spaces available in the open and underground car parks.
The rooms are seemingly freshly renovated and to a good standard. But above all clean. The air conditioning also worked flawlessly. Of course, no 5 * standard can be expected. We noticed the rich breakfast particularly positively. It's all there you can imagine, from fresh fruit to bacon, eggs, cereal, rolls, cheeses, meat, …
Only minus point from our point of view and also only because of this 4 stars instead of 5: The sauna — or fitness area is not visually designed to be very appealing. However, we have not focused on this either.
All in all highly recommended, especially for short breaks or business travellers.

Great service. Cheap roomservice with good pizza. Very good and big bed. The breakfast was amazing!

Hotel with small quirks.
The hotel offers many parking lots which is a big plus.
The hotel itself is nicely designed the staff are all very friendly and a top service is offered.
The breakfast and dinner is also delicious and varied.
The rooms are nice and cozy though, now come the little quirks.
The light switches do not work MANCHMQL the way you want the door sometimes does not fall entirely to the Turk's are not responding immediately with the door if you want to unlock sometimes you even have to get an employee which is cumbersome.
On the whole it is a nice hotel which needs a renovation.
Nevertheless the food and the staff service make the little quirks again away thus 4 stars.

Quite noisy hotel. And sometimes the rooms are too hot. It was not really possible to turn the heating completely off. The staff was nice to give me a room without a middle door to not hear the neighbors. The windows are mostly to parking lots so you hear a lot of noise of cars and busses arriving, leaving and waiting with their engine on… but as I said the staff tried to give me a good room. There is nothing enjoyable around the hotel. No bars or restaurants or anything. Just a supermarket. And the hotel owned restaurant. The next nicer stuff is like 15 min walk away.

For a long time finally once again a really clean hotel. This is not found everywhere and since I am currently a lot in hotels, I am very impressed with the cleanliness. My room was a double room and very nicely decorated. The breakfast hall is of a good size, there is also a place for a lot of operation. The choice of food for breakfast was good. Here I like to check again.

Here I was on business trip, the stay was more than pleasant, my request for a quiet room was absolutely taken into account. The rooms, including the bathroom, are clean and well-kept, as a service a rich breakfast buffet is offered, everyone finds something for its taste, furthermore there is also a wellness area with various sports equipment. When I'm back in the corner, I'll come back.

The hotel is very nice the rooms are nice and bright the bathroom is a can run down and small but everything is nice and well decorated the only thing that leaves a can to desired is the restaurant this it is big and beautiful but the menu and service are to Fran Improved Cheme.

Very warm rooms that were not cooler despite air conditioning and turned heating. Noisy at night as we had directly on the street our room.
Only 3 sports equipment where you have to find out how they work. The sauna had no explanation and there was no one to help you.
Otherwise the breakfast was delicious and also offered plenty of choice.

A very good hotel for an even better price. We booked 4 twin rooms as we were visiting Fantasialand with a group of 8 friends. Usually check in ends at 18.00h but when we called to ask if we could check in later it was no problem at all. We checked in at 19.00 without any issues, and with really friendly personnel. Great service at the front desk, we were allowed to pay our rooms seperatly, they gave us good information on how to travel to Koln or Bonn and what we could do there. Rooms were clean and we were greeted with a small packet of gummy bears, a really nice touch! Breakfast is quite big, has a lot of variety and the staff in the restaurant is very friendly and helpfull. Overall a very good experience for a very good price, would recommend to all my friends and will probably return myself.

The hotel is close to Phantasialand, so we booked a weekend there. We had a very pleasant stay. The breakfast buffet was great, there is something for everyone. The staff is also friendly and attentive. Would very much like to visit the hotel again.

Perfect alignment of a chess tournament. 3 days of German chess amateur championships. Tasteful ambiance. Only drawback: The entrance hall with the seating groups was very drafty.

The staff were nice and accommodating. Pure conference hotel, room very small but Okay, unfortunately, there is no place for a suitcase is storage. The bathroom is small the shower or bathtub is an accident. Very high initial nothing for smaller people or people with movement limitations and conditions. The food underground and unloving. At the Buffet no selection in the evening only fish, there is no Alternative.

Would like to say directly that I was only there for a training and the hotel can only rate what I have seen. The training room was on a very old level. Chairs and tables reminded me of the 80 years, sat down etc. The food was OK but nothing special. From the outside, the whole hotel makes a very old impression. Which is also reflected in many areas e. G. Wc. The only thing that was ever renovated was the dining room. In some cases, the color bursts by aisles.

I have been to this hotel a few times. I received a room quite quickly. The room was very clean and nicely decorated. I was able to reach the room service at any time. I can only recommend this hotel to anyone.

Google keeps insisting that this is still the Ramada, despite being H+ for a while. It's quite nice for what is a cheap and cheerful hotel. There's hot drinks on offer in the reception and a large plate of lebkuchen. The room is typical of German rooms: no kettle and the single mattress and duvet. Bathroom is small but does the job. Staff is warm and welcoming.

Mega just great. Parking, reception, rooms, breakfast, WLAN were impeccable and to my utmost satisfaction. I'll be happy to come back!

Hotel has no hot water. Tip of the reception was one must let it run for 15 minutes. This is very impractical.
The breakfast was very good.

Room and bathroom are quite small but the décor is cozy. The cleanliness is very tidy and the staff very friendly. In the restaurant there is food "as with nuts". I personally found it but not quite as good and according to Price/performance too expensive. The breakfast in turn is rich and fresh.

Rooms adequate, were always clean. The food was cruel. We were there at the meeting, had twice lunch and once in the evening buffet. Food was convenience, mostly cool to lukewarm, service always friendly. Breakfast OK. Prefer to go somewhere else to eat.

Great friendly staff, awesome food, affordable, just 30 minutes from Cologne by public transport. Only cons are that the bathroom is a little small and that the tram station was closed for maintenance, which the last one they can't do muxh like about.

The hotel is in a quite place. The staff is friendly and helps U if u need any information abot Cologne. The food is delicious and they offer a lot of food preferences in they breakfast. You have coffe, tea and mini bar in your room. You will have a nice stay there.

Soooo many flaws wit this hotel: Arrived on a Friday, staying over the weekend on an extended business trip. Company booked this for me and I thought cool, the web shows it as a 4-star so this should be a decent place. Wrong. Wrong, wrong, wrong. — I was in Frankfurt for the prior week, staying in a 2-star. The room was probably twice as big as this one. This room is just about 110"/2.8m wide and there is almost exactly 24"/610cm between the end of the bed and the front of the "bookcase" that has the TV on it. (I carry a tape measure everywhere for my job, so I physically measured this. ) — Bathroom is tiny. Virtually impossible to use the commode in any manner without closing the door, and there is almost zero counter space for toiletries. — Room service offers fresh hot pizza 24/7 which is really cool, but there is no fridge or even a minibar to keep leftovers (or a beverage) cold. Better be hungry because either you're going to eat it all or you're going to waste it. — Not sure which class room I got, but the bed is simply two double beds pushed together without so much as a sheet to connect them. I kept ending up in the crack all night. — "Air conditioning" is a joke. The fan makes plenty of noise but I can barely even feel any air coming out of the vent. If any air happens to make its way out, it certainly isn't any colder than the ambient temperature.

Good hotel in the vicinity of Cologne. High prices compared and what offered and the similar hotel standard nearby. Great breakfast in the morning. Need for maintenance in the rooms and in some common parts.

We were for a night at the Ramada Hotel Brühl-Köln and were super pleased with our stay.
The three rooms were clean, well maintained and spacious all (only missing a Kühlschrnak)
The breakfast was top! There were boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, bacon, fruit juices, coffee, teas, fresh binding, spreads, meats, vegetables, fresh fruit and even fish! The buffet was filled constantly!
Free parking directly in front of the hotel entrance.

It was a nice stay. Really helpful and nice staff, specially front desk. Parking was full and we were allowed to park inside free of charge. Breakfast was really good and room quality was also really good for the price. Recomended if you are planning on going to Phantasialand and dont want the lively atmosphere of hotels there. Overall, a great stay!

Nice hotel, bathroom a bit outdated, good breakfast.

We have given the hotel per voucher and wanted to spend with our little daughter two nice days in Cologne.
First impression was good (reception, staff, lobby, etc. ).
Then we arrived in our room…
1) much too small for 2 adults and a toddler
2. ) hair in bed
3. ) pubic hair in the shower and the toilet seat
4. ) I thought the night tables and the mini sideboard below the TV were marbled, until I've deleted about it then. Had a big vacuum sausage finger.
We have reclaimed it and waited. After once again demand an employee came with a pure Mach Lady. Both have distressed nodded "It is fixed immediately". Upon return to the hotel room, the strike actually hits us. Beds are freshly covered with a washed, but reverse fleckten sheets and bath not much has happened. Night tables were made not clean, sideboard already.
Even cleaned… Disgusting…
Breakfast on the first day quite well, even when offered the part of "old margins" things had. On the second day the full catastrophe. Super old bread what several guests have complained loudly.
Is never a 4 star House and I can not recommend it.

Very nice staff, my 2nd time here.
The first time professionally this time private.
Breakfast and even though we were only around 9:30 in the restaurant was also now still freshly added. In the bar, also special requests were met at night even without problems. The usual staff, but also I find very hot. Also the air conditioning could not really help.
Nevertheless I would come here again any time!

Short stay and pleasant! Very friendly personel. Only the airconditioning was not working on the hotest night so far in 2015, we asked and somebody came right away although was not working.

We were early June for 2 nights at the Ramada. At the time of booking, we have indicated that we would like 2 rooms as we do with our kids (2-7J. ) "No problem". And just as it was then. We felt totally welcome. All staff were very friendly and helpful, even when I needed milk to 5 for our little girl.
Especially great map in the hotel's restaurant is the children. The food was great, there were even vegetables as a side dish and a drink was free. Great fruit salad for dessert. Fresh fruit pineapple, mango, apples, raspberries, strawberries… Super.
The breakfast had no desire left and find here the staff was super friendly and helpful.
Only problem was that the hotel rooms were very warm and brought also the air conditions not really much.
We would come again at any time.
