Breakfast was incl. Staff a dream. But that at the same time Bundeswehr soldiers were accommodated and then also in uniform on the terrace next to the breakfast were to be seen is not possible. Who still has an appetite?

I am here 14 days in quarantine before my deployment. The hotel staff does everything possible to make us as comfortable as possible … Bravo Zulu.

Albeit a rough diamond for the Hilton brand the staff make this hotel. From the concierge to the housekeeping, nothing is too much. After stay nearly 3 months, it does have a few quirks but I still love each stay. Food is great, service is good and staff are amazing. With the added bonus of a pool and saunas this is by far the best all rounder in Bonn. Thank you to all the staff for making my ‘home’ for the months ;)

Nice clean room lounge is a great place to eat very different club sandwich but very taste.

I am actually still enjoying my stay but I can tell already from now that the hotel and all the staff are great.
I strongly recommend to spend here a weekend and enjoy the lovely swimming pool area and the great Hotel location which have you a only 5min from the heart of the city.

Staff are fabulous — attentive & helpful. Checked in too late to eat (23:00) & suggested where I could fill up, as alternative to Room Service.

Thank you for a lovely stay in the Hilton Bonn. The bed was extremely comfortable, the breakfast amazing, with so much choice and so fresh and tasty. All the staff where attentive, friendly and extremely professional.
You need a sign on the bicycle park door with instructions as to how to open the door. This is not a complaint just a suggestion.

The staff at the front desk is not helpful or accommodating.
The bathrooms smell and request for change of room were refused outright unless you paid more. We were a group and each one of us had different rates charged ranging from70 euros to 120euros. Rooms without breakfast cost more than rooms with breakfast!

I stayed at the Hotel early Jun 2018 while traveling around Europe on my bicycle. The Hotel is conveniently located near the bicycle trail that runs long the Rhine. Rooms were very nice, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was too expensive. Great customer service. Quick check in process. Thanks.

Nice place to spend a couple of days to see the city Bonn. Clean rooms, proper parking garage, friendly staff. Make sure to have diner once across the street at the vietnamese restaurant, you will not be dissapointed.

Ideal for business trips! From the hotel you are in 5 minutes walk in the city center, the hotel is located directly on the Rhine. A perfect recommendation in both summer and winter. Only the parking tickets are very expensive in my opinion. The view is wonderful.

Excellent hotel right in the heart of Bonn on the bank of the river Rhine. Good gym and pool also a sauna/ steam room. I received a very warm welcome. Food is excellent in the grill bar. Breakfast choice is excellent, probably the best I've seen, eggs cooked fresh to order. Nice terrace dining area. Rooms are fairly average but the stay is made better by good staff and public areas. Nice bar that prides itself on its gin selection. Underground parking available (charged).

Hotel was nice and clean. They shouldn't advertise air conditioning if they don't get below 80 degrees. The refrigerator was barely below room temp. Why have an A/C or refrigerator if they don't get cold? Definitely not up to Hilton standards in that area. They also didn't keep the snack area stocked. It was nearly empty at night when we went to our rooms and we had to ask for still water and they had no colas yet they still had not stocked it by morning when we checked out.

Amazing city hotel with a feel of the countryside. It's beautifuly renovated, has a great river view (from our room) and The Grill restaurant is situated in the courtyard and offers a unique and delicious breakfast. The staff is very nice and the lobby is also renovated, roomy and comfortable. There's some parking in the street, and public transport is nearby.

Have received a relatively cheap offer for a double room for a spontaneous visit to Bonn. Very nicely furnished and all available for a short stay. Bath could have been a little better clean but all in all very pleasant to spend overnight there.

Were at brunch! It was awesome. Delicious fresh food with rich choice. Nice operation. You could sit on the terrace under a large parasol. Like to come back!

Were for brunch for the second time today. The food was fantastic again. The service very poor. Waited very long for drinks. Rose wine after an hour out. Table ordered outside. Would have just worked out in the blazing sun. Table inside not for all persons, have set a small table for themselves. For a hotel of this class and for this price, which has increased by €8 is not really reasonable. Very, very poor service.

Clean rooms, friendly attentive staff and very good breakfast buffet. The location is quiet but only a few minutes walk from the city centre with shops and restaurants.

Excellent location right on the Rhine.
Offer and service are according to what you can expect here from Hilton.
Downtown, also the train station, wonderfully within walking distance. Not to mention opera and Beethoven Hall (currently under renovation).
The hotel is probably a bit older, the room I had was in any case contemporary equipped and in appropriate condition.

Professionally, I was at a conference at the Hilton Hotel in Bonn over the weekend. The hotel itself is very well accessible by public transport. A walk from the main train station Bonn is also possible without any problems. The hotel is located on the Theodor Heuss Bridge directly on the Rhine. Via this bridge the S-Bahn also leads from Bonn Hauptbahnhof to the ice station Bonn/Siegburg. Therefore a super connection is possible regardless of whether ice, IC or regional train.

No free Wi-Fi? We have 2018… Breakfast was absolute top.

We were brunching here. The food was delicious but the offer was limited. Drinks included in the price.

The Brunch buffet on Sundays offers a particularly good choice of quality excellent hot and cold dishes, good wines, beers and soft drinks for the best price.
And since we don't have to go far, this is for two, three or more a great opportunity for a nice Sunday without cooking and washing.
In addition to good audiences, our positive rating is especially directed to the class service with Feundlichkeit and attention!
Oh yes, these are good reasons for us to be regular customers and to surprise our family and friends with an invitation every now and then.
Or in a few months maybe also celebrate our gold wedding.

Super location, very nice hotel too. Breakfast really good, no oates tho, went back few months later, this time round there were oats! Small small cups but better than no oats.

The most terrible hotel I've been to… I stayed there for four nights with high expectations but except for their food, everything else was absolutely disappointing, a few examples? — I was waking up at 7:30 AM every morning with the horrible sound of cleaner's trolley in the corridor — The internet is free, but only to honor's members, wanna become one? that means you should provide your email address and accept their terms and conditions… — I called the reception upon my arrival at 23:00 to ask a few questions, but no one was answering. After 15 minutes, I went down and saw all staff having a beer at the hotel bar. — Once I checked out, I noticed that 9 Euros was deducted from my bank account, I call to ask why, and the receptionist says the 9 Euros was because of using the water bottles in the room, I said I didn't use any water, and the matter is yet to be solved… I'll never go back again.

A decent "old school" hotel, design is not very exciting or particularly modern; but staff exceptionally friendly and helpful, as to be expected in a Hilton. Duvets with feathers, unless you expressly request hypoallergenic bedding. PROS: — individually packed bathroom amenities! I hate the large dispensers for body wash shampoo so many hotels use nowadays. However, no cotton pads or q-tips besides the regular set of body wash, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion. — A proper hairdryer and iron in every room — coat hangers that aren't attached to the rack — super location, within walking distance of downtown and right on the banks of the Rhine — good and large breakfast selection during the week CONS: — expensive and super sluggish Wi-Fi — sound proofing should be improved — on my last visit the beds weren't very comfortable, though I didn't have any issues on previous visits All in all a recommendable stay if you can get a good rate. There are better hotels in Bonn, but often they will be more expensive.

The stay in the bar was very pleasant and cozy. The drinks were delicious and the service 1a, the location right on the Rhine was then the crowning end of the day. Very recommend and thank you very much. Would love to come back. Dear Greetings.

We were an eight person group there for breakfast at the Grill restaurant. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The choice is not excessively large for this but of good quality. The pastries were very fresh and tasty. The whole atmosphere, the ambiance very pleasant and cozy. We were not the first and certainly not the last time there!

I went there for brunch a while ago and it was absolutely amazing. The food was very delicious and there was such a vast variety I could taste test what I wanted to. When u entered the room you got a sekt and homemade beer as an extra.

Compared to other Hilton hotels around the world, this was a disappointment. Not only is the service lacking in basic hospitality, the hotel itself is just sad. The decor is boring, bland and needs some serious renovation. The room itself is not too bad but for some reason, the mini bar was completely emptied out. Why? And in today's, day and age, internet is a basic room amenity that you shouldn't have to pay for, especially at hotels on the standard of Hilton. While hanging around in the lobby, one had their foot resting on the coffee table. We were approached very rudely by the receptionist (while we didn't actually mind putting our foot down, the attitude was appalling. ) Definitely not what I expected.

During our Diesmaligen visit many guests were annoyed by the elevators.
Me, too. Took 6 minutes to get from 1 floor to 0.
Elevator went everywhere but not on the selected floor otherwise everything is excellent.

Hilton Quality.

The hotel is centrally located, so the city centre is within walking distance. Otherwise there is a taxi rank right in front of the hotel. The service is great and the rooms are well equipped. Wi-Fi is not included.

Good hotel, not very classy, little old fashioned but has nice location. It's right on the bank of Rhine river, with easy access to walking routes on Riverside as well as short walks to city centres. Has good food but not global varieties. Staff is courteous and professional. Has good facilities for group meetings for up to 70 people that we had, and small events.

Great hotel. Rooms are spacious. Great breakfast with lots of healthy choices. Staff are amazing. Nice and quiet and pleasant atmosphere.

Too expensive for what it really is.

Excellent stay. You have to pay attention to the prices that vary strongly according to the dates, but the for the shot was close to €80 at night, it was perfect. Clean and very well appointed room, well insulated from the noise of the street. Italian shower and good products in the bathroom. There is also a swimming pool that I have not tested on the other hand the fitness room is much more equipped than in many hotels of the same category. All the material is new and well maintained. The breakfast is very varied. For the time I have nothing to say of negative on my stay of 2 nights on the spot.

Very nice hotel by the river. Comfortable, clean, elegant, and friendly staff. Close to the center of town, so you can easily walk to where the food and entertainment is. Only downside was they did not accept VAT forms.

Very poor from what is expected to be. Parking very expensive and door broken so you have to call reception every time you want get out. Wi-Fi is REALLY bad and the best you have to pay 14 euros a day for a very poor connexion and if you want get a faster Wi-Fi you have to pay double! I had a swimming pool in my bathroom every time I was emptying the bath.

Fantastic hotel very very comfortable, rooms are spotlessly clean beds are lovely and comfortable evening meal so much to choose from all very nice and now a lovely Grill.
And as for the breakfast it is the best I have ever had at a hotel just amazing there is just so much to choose from, Champange if you wish to have it as well.

The rooms are nice and clean. The fitness center and pool are also very juice. My only complaint is that even the premium Wi-Fi struggles with the simplest tests (e. G. Skype)

Internet service is of an extremely poor quality. I was here for a business meeting and struggled with connectivity issues for three days. I am not coming back.

Refined and elegant hotel. Conference rooms. Great catering for buffets.

The hotel location is so great, we took the delux room that comes with a balcony which overlooks the rhien river. The view was amazing and we enjoyed every moment. the stuff were friendly and the hotel become more crowded in weekends. Its only 10 min walk to Bonn main attractive area mear bethovene and the big church. the only thing was during the check in you have to wait for sometime if you need someone to help you with the baggages.

The Hilton is a clean, modern, convenient hotel (almost) on the banks of Rhine. The room we had had a partial view of the famous river, and was well worth the extra cost. In room facilities were good, excellent UK TV channel choice, teamaking facilities, iron, board, fridge. Sad point was no Wi-Fi in the room unless you either… paid for it, or was a member of "hilton honours". This was also made clear with the two small bottles of water in the room priced at over 4 euros a bottle, but also blatantly advertised as being free for this "hilton honours" group. Very petty and very annoying, spoiling an otherwise good stay.

Our room no. 236 was big enough and quite. The bed is so comfortable, and the location of the Rhine was perfect. Very accomodating staff with always a smile. Keep up your good work.

Actually, I would have rated this hotel for a good service etc better, but after I (and also several other colleagues) recently charged 4, 50 for a completely not drunk flat water from the credit card, which did not appear on the bill and for which I was not asked for authorization, I would consider such a rip-off practice to be a very nasty business practice! And best of all, when I checked out, I witnessed a phone call with a guest who was apparently also so ripped off – I had no idea that this was apparently standard at the Hilton Bonn. Ugh!

Nothing special about this hotel. Price is higher that in other hotels around. If you paying 150-180 per day you expect it will include breakfast (like in most other much cheaper hotels). Nope. There is additional 25 Euro! per person for breakfast. Internet is just a joke! Additional charge for internet : 20 Euro for 24 hours. Looks like 1 Euro per hour, but usually you in your room in the night, couple hours in the morning, and couple hours in the evening. I was in this hotel on my business trip, out all day. I needed internet for couple hours only, but had to pay for all 24. Rooms are clean, but this is what you expect from any hotel any way. Planning you trip to Bonn, look around, there is plenty another nice hotels, where I'm staying now.

I even don't know where to start.
So the only positive to the hotel is the location. One is directly in the city and also on the Rhine, that's great. But otherwise nothing occurs to me, what I could praise here.
We had reserved in advance, and when we arrived at a check-in was not possible. We had to wait. At the time, there was an orange juice on it House.
Finally, about 2 hours later than planned we got assigned to a room. We had even the views of the Rhine, just fine.
However, we were three (with child) and in the room there was no bed, as previously posted. So, my husband is down again, so that we get a bed. Stupid sayings of the service included "you would have never a bed in a room on the 4th floor to set". My husband said then that he Yes not the 4th floor has posted, but a room with a bed and views on the Rhine. * Augenroll *.
So that room reminded immediately of the 70s and 80s, everything from carpet. I even have a dust allergy and felt uncomfortable.
The beds ok, that occasional bed for a child is uncomfortable and not really nice. Luckily it was only an overnight stay!
There was an empty mini bar, which also has not been filled up. Kinda weird, but now Yes.
In addition there was a kettle and an extremely stuffy tray with compartments, where (soluble) coffee and tea bags, sugar and milk were filed. Without dust a great idea.

The Hilton Bonn is ideally situated right on the Rhine, about a 10 minute walk to the cit center. The staff was very useful. Our room was fine quiet and well equipped, could have done with a little more wardrobe space but otherwise no complaints. The restaurant was good, breakfast was excellent and it was great to be greeted by your name upon arrival each morning. Over all, it was a good stay. If we happen to be in Bonn again, we would come back.

This hotel has one of the best hotel gyms I've ever seen! Me and a couple of friends of mine stayed here on our visit to Bonn. Our room overlooked a courtyard which was a little noisy during their coffee/ cigarette breaks but not too much a problem, because the beds were comfortable and generous. I recommend you to eat at the restaurant and try the nice cocktails at the bar. Overall great place to stay.

I recently stayed at the Hilton Bonn with my wife and we were quite impressed. The location is just blocks to the old town area where you can find great restaurants and fun shops. Our king deluxe room was very spacious, comfortable and nicely decorated. Breakfast provided decent options. Overall the hotel was more than satisfactory. We will come back to stay here again and we have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to friends and relatives.

The hotel is very conveniently located and has an excellent price/performance ratio. We would go back there.
