Very pleasant quiet hotel.
We stayed there for 4 days and can only recommend it. It is clean and all are very friendly. The location is exactly central so that you can reach everything quickly by car or train.
Really good for the price-performance ratio.

We were only there one night and therefore little seen. The room was quiet and cozy. There were enough parking spaces outside the hotel so no one had to be booked. The gentlemen at the reception were friendly. Unfortunately, there was no food in the area at midnight, this is of course not attributable to the hotel. The hotel is located on the eastern outskirts of the city.

The service at the reception was great. Unfortunately, the room for a 4 star hotel left much to be desired. There was neither air conditioning, which is an imposition at current temperatures, nor a refrigerator. The bathroom did not even have a mixing battery in the shower. And to top it all off, the room was also in the basement. Nothing to remember from 4 stars.

Most of the lights were not working, they constantly asked around 11am to leave (they called us 4 times) and we were packing! No air conditioner it was very hot so we didn't had a good sleep.

Hotel near the airport, has what it takes to spend the night, you can find amenities in your room like tea and coffee. Breakfast is not included which has a cost of 13 euros, which definitely is not expensive but if you go out to a local place, you will find something better.

And not clean. Floor was not cleaned before my arrival and during it (4 days stay), everywhere lay strange hair, even in bed. The lighting was also defective. There was no air conditioning, meaning the window had to be open all the time so as not to suffocate, unfortunately there was a smoking place right under the window, so I had to decide either suffocate in the smoke or sweat in the room.
I can't recommend this hotel!

The location is optimally connected to the city highway. Short ways out and in. The rooms are very suitable for short stays and the staff is helpful and open-minded friendly.
The only shortcoming is the parking situation. There are parking spaces on the premises, but not enough.
This favours idiots who drive white vans, which cannot park and then park crosswise and thus occupy 2 parking spaces … Or they leave a gap, so that the actually free parking space becomes unusable.
It would make sense to apply lines or colour-marked surfaces here. Custom only paint, brush and a mass band.
Annoying for hotel guests despite free parking around the area. These are then allowed to play again at night and find …

Very nice reception. Spacious bathroom with bathtub and two sinks. Good location on the outskirts of the city. Unfortunately, the lying comfort on the mattresses, which are much too soft for my taste, is not so great. Nevertheless, recommend.

Friendly staff, very good service. Room impeccable, bathroom very well maintained. 24 h reception staffed. Happy again. Unfortunately, just outside the city. Recommended for business travel. Nice beer garden nearby.

Very clean and nice room. However, the hotel seems to be leaving. Only breakfast and nothing going on in the foyer.

Don't be fooled by the photos, the hotel is a bit like visiting faulty towers! Booked twin room and ended up with a double bed for myself and colleague, it gets two stars as staff on desk was very helpful even if we had to visit another two rooms before finding one with two beds. Beds were uncomfortable and room was very tired looking with threadbare carpets and scuffed furniture. Bathroom was actually surprisingly ok! In summary it's more of a two star hotel than four stars.

Attractive hotel, sufficiently large room. The bed creaked a bit and the bathroom is visually a bit old (beige-brown), but a matter of taste. Breakfast varied and of high quality. The hotel's own parking spaces are rare, so you have to park at the side of the road (especially at a later hour).

Rooms are and the years come, bath towels stink of smoke bathroom door does not go, the foam from the shower comes out of the hole in the bathroom again and the rooms stink.
Otherwise nice reception but room sucks not recommended. :/

First impression is not so exhilarating. The staff is accommodating, but the hotel has come in the years and not clean enough for a 4 star hotel when cobwebs hang on the ceiling. I also had problems with the water pressure at the sink on the 3rd floor. Hellishly noisy and the water came in a bump. When the shower was first turned on, some black remnants came from the nozzles. I didn't try the breakfast as I find it too expensive at 12, 90.

Unfortunately not really hygienically clean; (Bedding showed stains: (everywhere in the bathroom, really everywhere, lay hair. Short, long hair.
On the floor, in the shower, on the walls, even in the towels.
Very great pity for a 4 star hotel, we find, might not be!

Nice looking Hotel, very nice staff, the rooms are small with cheaper furnishings then expected… very small single beds pushed together and one squeeked all nght with every move you made. Shower dripped.

Novem is a nice hotel not to far from the tram line. The rooms are comfortable an well equiped.

Terrible experience. I had to beg for an invoice. Still didn't got it and had the answer : "we are not allowed to give you an invoice" if the booking was made through another party. Noises during the night. Doors banged. Elevator noise. Unprofessional receptionist.

Very nice hotel with very friendly staff. The man at the front desk ordered me to have a pizza at 11pm. Great alternative to the sometimes outrageous prices in Cologne. Always happy to get me back to Cologne.

Hotel correct maid lack of service.

Nothing particularly stands out. Everything was, well, pretty average. By the way, the name is actually program: Even with the window open it is actually pleasantly quiet.
Personally, I would have liked other coffee for the €14 expensive breakfast. Filter coffee certainly tastes to some guests, but for me it is not the yellow of the egg…
Eyes on is provided by the bottle of water which is waiting in the room. This 0, 7 litres strike with €4 quite nicely.

Betten sind bequem und große. Zimmer sind sauber und ebenfalls groß genug zum Übernachten. Parkplatz gibt es direkt am Haus allerdings sind diese Recht schnell voll. WLAN kostenlos und gut. Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück mit über 14 Euro etwas drüber.

Hotel is a little far from all tourist destinations in Cologne. Probably a good choice if you are driving,. Positives — very calm and quiet place, friendly staff. Negatives — Location is far from the Cologne centre. Also, during our stay the Wi-Fi never worked (probably was a one off issue).

The hotel is located in a residential suburb near a freeway so not quiet at all when you open the window. Otherwise nothing to complain about the room, aside from the water bottle charged €4!

Shameful, dirty and expensive hotel. The staff are not friendly.
We found the room disturbed when we arrived.
We will be back more.

Good hotel for professional travel even if eccentric from Cologne.

Excellent location A few hundred meters away is the subway that takes you to the center of Cologne.

Service was very nice and the rooms were tidy and silent.

The hotel is pretty, the staff is very kind, the rooms are clean and the breakfast was delicious. The room equipment could be a little better, however it is sufficient. There is a good infrastructure, e. G. You can reach the tram within 5 minutes by foot. All in all it was quite good.

A very nice place, where you can find everything you need. Comfortable bed, good Internet, near the hotel you can find many stores and places to eat, and its a quiet place.

Very good price for a hotel on the very edge of Cologne. By car, you will need about 20 minutes to the city centre of Cologne. Approximately 10 minutes drive to the Schloss Bensberg. The rooms are clean but visually they remember at the beginning of the 90s. The bathroom walls are paper thin and you can listen to the sound of the water. Unfortunately, there is also no mini bar in the rooms — but free Wi-Fi in an area where UMTS is not self-evident.

This hotel is the last book and subsequently €75 of credit card 3 people though they as family have checked in and they have seen it travel us comes after few hours must pay it here hotel is outrageously busy only to one person is miserable disaster personnel and the night service anyway beds are not made and the manager never is on site to talk incredibly not to recommend.

Small room but nicely set up. Cool on the hot days, and actually peacefully located. Good free Wi-Fi. Limited free onsite parking. Downfall is horrible shower seal which makes it almost impossible not to soak the floor. Located well for autobahn access. Recommended.

Once and never again. In advance of the gift it really Stress with the booking, although already in June was posted. Almost outrageous behavior of the employees. Rooms are for alleged Queen Size rooms too small and very simply decorated. Very loud and noisy. Can't and won only once here to stay and this Hotel definitely not recommend.

The rooms are simply equipped. No Minibar; i. E. No fridge, and also very noisy. I could the conversations of my Asian neighbors can hear (if not understand). If a door slams, or the flushing of the toilet, this is also to hear.

Top, super to reach, despite near highway no sound of them in the room. Price-performance true. The Hotel and the 2 to Retract, are from the street, a bit difficult to see. If the Parking lot is full, you can get his car on the opposite side of the road to Park.
