Very efficient service. Arrived late evening but still given an evening meal.

The hotel is outdated but still sufficient. Catastrophic are moon prices for beers you haven't drunk! Rip-off pure. The invoice could not be explained or logically described. We will definitely not come back a second time.

Only stayed overnight. Beds were very low & creaky. Shower head was not fixed onto wall, so had to hold it. Rooms could do with a little updating. Room had its own balcony which was quite large. Food was ok.

Something is fundamentally wrong with this store. Were thrown out by the choleric owner after I allowed myself to make phone calls in the almost empty (another table was occupied) hotel restaurant. At the beginning of the phone call, I went outside to make a phone call. But that was already too late. In a disrespectful way, we were all expelled from the restaurant.

Breakfast vegetables were not fresh at all. Rooms dated.

I was now 3 weeks guest at this hotel. I felt comfortable all around. The reception was always on the way with a friendly tone on her lips and her husband was always very accommodating. The breakfast was delicious and always sufficient. The room is rough and clean. Great location, with the bus stop in front of the door. Was a good stay.

The beds pushed together are not for couples or couples in love. The décor is ok. Breakfast wasn't that exciting.

We were in this house for a bowling. Unfortunately, we also decided to eat there (although the card is very clear). The schnitzel was edible even if it had only a pommes-book level in terms of quality. The burger was not edible, the burger bun troff with fat and the whole burger tasted off. The salads were under all cannon. The Aldi ready salads are a feast for this! The system makes a dilapidated impression. In the room there was all sorts of stuff around, on the outside (mini golf facility) there were small piles of rubble around (and you could see that they had been lying there for a long time. The service also left something to be desired. I know it so that someone always comes asking if you want to order something else or that a phone or a bell is installed in the room. We had probably forgotten and we always had to walk through the half house if we wanted to order drinks. If you just want to confine and don't value a proper facility and good service, you can go there quietly, but I can only advise against the food there as a matter of urgency!

The staff are very friendly, the breakfast is very good. We were a big company and stayed there for 3 days. The rooms are functional, clean and, if you don't live on the street, also quiet. Generally a good impression and as described also * * * STAR value.

Good breakfast and nice staff. Unfortunately the rooms (at least on the 4th floor) are very noisy and the equipment has also seen better days.

Large rooms, toilet is suitable for people with disabilities, rich breakfast. A few parking spaces at the hotel.

I have spent at this "hotel" one of the most horrible nights ever!
The heating was not working (in February) and the windows were so leaky that they could be built just as well. I have frozen in spite of sweaters, 2 T-shirts and jogging trousers and am woken up by the cold several times during the night! My room was tiny and the décor made the impression that it was gathered together on the bulky waste. The sockets did not work and the cables hung loosely from the wall. If you had a shower and then opened the bathroom door, the smoke detector went off. (Not just me). This hole has earned if ever the name hostel, hotel is really exaggerated and the 3 star superior sign (which by the way since 2016 is no longer valid) could have saved you really, this is the biggest audacity! To conclude at least something positive: The breakfast was not so bad. Nevertheless, I would not recommend it to anyone for this accommodation to spend money! (1 star I have only forgiven because you have to give it otherwise there would have been none)

We were always happy to come for years, good Belgian food we do not miss. We'll be back, certainly.

We have been a guest in this House several times and have always been very satisfied. It is still the good hospitality that one unfortunately often misses nowadays. The food in the restaurant is also very good. The service is friendly and competent. We are looking forward to our next visit today.

In transit. Had an as yet unrenovated room at the top price. I wouldn't have wanted that for more than one night either.
Not far to the centre of Aachen.
Breakfast in the price including parking in front of the door is no problem.

Had the most terrible service ever. Previous people smoked in our room and I couldn't stay in there for more than 2 minutes because of asthma. The women from the restaurant said crankely: all the rooms were booked and she couldn't do anything, after saying I couldn't sleep in there, she became mad and said it was my own problem and that I could complain the next morning after the reception was open again… and when I said I wanted a phone number of someone from the reception/owner, she just walked away and ignored me completely.

The location is very central. The parking facilities are rather limited. The staff in particular the reception is very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are very spacious from the 70s style. Only the bathroom had no shower otherwise more stars would have been possible.

I don't know where some people were, but I don't believe in this hotel. The staff were very friendly and breakfast. Always happy again!

Value for money is not to be topped.

Dirty rooms. Old Sex Magazine on the closet. Clean. Breakfast too lukewarm for the price. The sign "Please do not Disturb/clean rooms" at the door was ignored. Siffiger smell.

Clean, reasonably priced, with friendly staff, easily accessible from highway.

Good hospitality. Great "home cooked" German style food. A few repairs required here and there in the room that I stayed in but generally a decent hotel. Shame about the cost of a coke from the bar €5 (poured from a 2 litre plastic bottle) but yet a draft Pilsner was €3.60.

Nettes Personal. Aber insgesamt schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Lovely staff great hotel food great.

Stayed overnight en route to Austria. We refused to sleep in the room we were given as it was disgusting and dangerous. It was more like a prison cell with no bedside lamps and one wall light that Noah had thrown out of the ark. Bathroom had 3 steepish tiled steps immediately behind the door and was an accident waiting to happen, should be condemned. We then had to have 2 single rooms which were in a poor condition. We complained strongly and on return journey we had a lovely newly refurbished room.

It's like a haunted house and the owners very racist and mean. They did not let me get in at 4 am saying that the doors were locked and that it was not the time to go to sleep. But come on. It's a hotel and you are paying for a service. The old fat woman didn't let me get in and I had to spend the night inside the car. Wasted money for the room I rented because she did not let me occupy it.

Spiral stairs not good. Evening food staff slow. Staff very helpful and friendly. Nice rooms.

Hotel come in the. The room spacious and clean. Dinner and breakfast were very good. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We have looked after very well and good us weekend felt. Definitely recommended for a short holiday. The bus to the city centre stops right at the hotel, and is therefore for the visit of the city rather than the car.

It's worth a visit to the sauna in the swimming pool and we have very much fun had at the bowl.

Right on the main road… durchgelene, old, soft mattresses with back pain guarantee! The bed squeaks with every little movement. No blinds on the window, but directly the neon sign before that.
The bathroom has no shower curtain and the cleanliness is greatly to be desired. Disgusting! This 3-star superior? VLL 20 years ago. I'm not interested in CRT TVs. But also out of date… the price is anything other than justified! Never again.

This hotel is an itinerant scam. Arrived to take our keys for the 5 rooms we booked, first surprise despite the reservation we were told that eventually they don't we strides not. We were sent another hotel supposedly of the same chain located 5 km from the city. We ended up in a hotel of road. That was supposed to be a 3 star as according to them. But personnellmeent I have given him a half even no, hotel dismal, crucifixes on the walls. Bibles in the rooms. And beds that look like tombs, a hotel worthy of dracula. Suspected so the hotel top hotel of not being actually only way diverted to complete their second hotel located rotten a 5km of the, led us to believe that the booking is taken to mean us has the happened we have to go to another hotel really rotten. This practice is widespread has aachen so be careful. Try to stay in the hotels of the accor, best western type.
