Very tasty food. The changing game dishes are also highly recommended. You are a very welcome guest indoors as well as outdoors with dogs. Go more often after the walk with the dog in the forest there something to eat.

We had eaten there many times and were always satisfied. Very friendly staff also visiting with dogs no problem. Price performance O. K.

Very nice staff. The rooms are perfectly sufficient for a few days stay. Very clean and you have everything you need. Small minus there is for shampoo, here we had for 3 nights just a small tube for 2 people. The rooms are unfortunately a bit noisy as they are located directly on the street. The breakfast, for that it is incl. Ok. There is cheese, sausage and jam. Freshly baked bread rolls and the selection of drinks leaves nothing to be desired. With a longer stay, however, you want more variety.
Very positive, there is a refrigerator in the hallway with selected drinks that can be taken for a small donation.

The former barn, which is open on the long side right next to the beer garden, is ideal for relaxing celebrations in a rustic atmosphere! We really liked the barbecue offer!

Cleanliness is great, the traffic on the street disturbs, there are only 2 rooms to the rear and the breakfast reminded of a hospital breakfast. But the buns were super fresh and delicious.

Good food, good cappuccino. Beautiful surroundings, ideal for children's birthdays and events.

A beautiful venue for family activities. There is a playground, horse stables, pony rides, beer garden and a restaurant. Everything is well maintained. We had a summer party there with the company and it was a very nice day. Happy to return.

We were only at the parking lot, but the was very nice with ponys.

Very suitable for intergenerational family parties. The demarcated space is large and children can let their urge to move run wild in the playground. It is possible to have lunch, walk with the ponies from the neighbouring riding stable and the children through the forest before enjoying coffee and cake.

Good location on the edge of Aachen very good hospitality pony farm belongs to the hotel especially suitable for children.

Today we decided spontaneously to eat there. Unfortunately, on the menu on the internet there are no prices. We were very pleasantly surprised. Very nice service and very very delicious good bourgeois cuisine. Steaks were cooked as ordered, medium fried and the Aachner sour Roast is a force. From €30 you can also pay with a card. The prices are very reasonable and the quality is really good. Thanks again!

To book hotel rooms close to my location I've encountered in search of more randomly the Forsthaus Schöntal.
But I missed anything during my stay.
In the evening, I ordered mine, from the small but powerful card, a steak and was also there very positively surprised.
Sufficient and very very tasty. Very friendly service, even though the restaurant was very well attended (for a Thursday night).
The single room was clean and had everything that I expected and needed.
When I must again in Aachen, Germany to stay the Forester's lodge in any case is back.

We stayed here for one short night. The rooms were good; the beds a bit hard. Breakfast was little more than basic but served in a friendly atmosphere at the inn. It is an inn, in the woods but on the outskirts of Aachen. A perfect spot if you want to ride the Vennbahn, for instance, but I wouldn't recommend it for a prolonged stay.

Looking for a Hotel close to my seminar, I am more random at the Forsthaus Schöntal encountered. But I did stay at my place, nothing missing. In the evening I ordered from the Small but fine map, a Steak and was also very positively surprised. Ample and very very tasty. Extremely friendly service, though the Restaurant was very well attended (for a Thursday evening). The single room was clean and had everything I expected and needed I have. When I again in Aachen on Staying is the Forester's house in every case announced. Top Thank you.

Super value for money. Nice clean rooms, nice staff and quite cozy. We would come back at any time.

Go there like after a walk through the forest, something to drink or eat in the beer garden with views of the forest. Although there's not very much selection, but these dishes so far been very well and very user-friendly.
