I have been there several times and am very satisfied with the rooms. The rooms are very quiet due to an anteroom. With one exception at the reception, the staff are very friendly and helpful (some people should reconsider their career choices). The restaurant is ok, the prices are up. Breakfast is slightly above the usual and sufficient. The staff very attentive.

Quiet location in a side street. Few free parking spaces. Parking garage 10€.

Very large suite with hallway, small kitchen and separate bedroom with second TV, comfortable beds. Large bathroom with shower.

Small terrace in front of the room. This reduces privacy and severe impairment by smoking guests next door. In spite of the high temperatures, it was therefore hardly possible to open the windows. The saying on a stand "Clean air — for everyone" sounds like a mockery!

No air conditioning, no insect repellent.

Wi-Fi is fast and reliable enough.

A star deduction for the outrageous price of breakfast: 19 € is completely overdone.

My parents stayed there for 3 nights. The best hotel experience in their whole trip around Europe.

Great hotel in a quiet location yet central. Rooms were clean and well equipped. Breakfast selection absolutely sufficient. Overall very friendly staff.

Hotel staff stole jewleries worth 13000€ from the safe. My only advice is to stay away! 
 It was reported to the police back in Norway. Never, ever, ever trust the staff. This was a horrible experience! …

A very nice hotel that is highly recommended — no carpet — and allergy-friendly!
Location: Quiet location in a few minutes you are in the center parking lot: There can be a parking space booked in the underground parking lot (10€ per night) Alternatively, in the nearby area there are many free parking spaces you are also advised to serve: Uncomplicated, Intesive and friendly rooms: Very nice and spacious rooms with beautiful bathroom — no carpeted! Allergy friendly!
Hygiene: Clean as it should be breakfast: Not quite cheap but quality comes at a price — great variety and high quality restaurant and spa were not used by me but looked very well maintained.

Overnight several times. We've almost always had a quiet room so far. The beds are comfortable. It's clean. The size of the room is good. Congestion facilities are plentiful. Breakfast is too expensive at 19 euros.

Super Hotel always happy to stay again. And the breakfast until 1pm at Easter just great, so you could sleep once.

A very clean hotel with very friendly staff. The hotel has a lot of charm and a great ambiance. The Beautiful Wellness Oasis invites you to relax and the big rooms leave nothing to be desired.
The In-house cosmetics and massage area "The spa" is top. You can be pampered from top to bottom.
The breakfast as well as the restaurant are top. Price-performance agrees with both absolutely.
I will be very happy to come back!

This is a lovely hotel in a beautiful city. An unexpected favorite on our trip. I will be looking at our trips to art hotels.

Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Komfortable Zimmer, aber fragen Sie nach einem Nichtraucherzimmer. Sogar noch war Zigarettenrauch in der Halle. Mein Zimmer im hinteren Teil war ruhig und hatte eine Küchenzeile. Lage zentrumsnah, mit dem Auto gut erreichbar, das Zimmer war recht groß für 2 Personen, für längere Aufenthalte ist eine Küche möglich. Alles war sehr sauber und die Angestellten nett und lächelnd. Es gibt ein kleines Spa innen mit einem kleinen Swimmingpool.

Apartments are very big, clean and confortable. Breakfast and parking are extremely expensive.

The rooms are very large and kept very friendly.

Good Hotel Clean Big rooms (badrooms, saloon, etc. ) 2 psc. Televisions. (One is in saloon other is in badrooms) Good placing (not so far to city center) Staffs have to be more friendly Expensive minibar (water 2.5 eur. )

I can just something about the Restaurant. It was good but I didnt like the other persons I was with. The food was good but a bit pricy.

Large and comfortable rooms, swimming pool at the top (need to iron hydromassage), hammam, and canon prices.

— A nursing home that has been converted to the hotel has not been completely rebuilt, so the rooms still have baths like in the hospital and even slightly so, the underground garage has to be paid at €10 per day, although the hotel is located in the residential area and no Parking is lacking + the staff was friendly overall: no recommendation.

A good hotel, but unfortunately a bit off the shot. It is difficult to reach by public transport. That is why a point deduction. Irritating was the kitchenette in the rooms, but they were very clean overall. Breakfast is the highlight in the hotel, nothing was missing here, everything was fresh, the service excellent!

Large room with terrace and nice bathroom. Modern sauna facilities. Breakfast not tested due to vegan diet.

Good price-value ratio. Comfortable room, but make sure you ask for a non-smoking room. Even still there was cigarette smoke in the hall. My room in the far back was quiet and had a kitchenette.

Nice rooms and good accommodations. But we had a VERY small 2 person bed/bench.

Location close to center, easy to reach by car, the room was quite big for 2 people, i5s possible to use a kitchen for a long stay. All was very clean and the staff nice and smiling. There is a small spa inside with a small swimming pool.

This is such a beautiful hotel, in a beautiful city. An unexpected favorite on our trip. I will look for Art Hotels elsewhere on our travels.

Each laying hen has more space than the guests in these rooms. It commits the bathroom best backwards, because you can hardly turn. The clean leaves a lot to be desired. And the rooms facing the street are quiet located also. The hammer is the deposit which has to be deposited before the room. I have never experienced something like that on my business trips. The fact that you provided is not arrive before 18:00, phoned the hotel and pointed out, that I then had to reserve other I-oriented non-customers, but no matter. OBJECTIVE achieved, my colleagues and I will avoid this House in the future.

Good hotel, good staff but exorbitant breakfast price according to me (18 euros! ) Otherwise I would recommend it yes.

Good price — performance ratio, partly rather small room under the roof, which are somewhat cramped for large people. Good breakfast and possibility to sit outside.

Room facilities, service and location in us justify the almost absurd price. Size absolutely not okay is €80 for a room with a nearly cell-phones with Wi-Fi and breakfast again each extra cost. I will book there again if my alternative a grey tent is! After all, the room was clean, bathroom okay and enough parking available. Think about it! courtesy.

Rooms ok, breakfast spoils one of the appetite. The coffee was as thin as water, even after complaints the second jug was no better.
After that, I got a Känchen from the Maschine. Dieser tastes like coffee then by the friendly staff.
The Apple juice was so old that it tasted after wine. He had formed even carbon dioxide.
After my complaint, I then got a fresh glass and I tasted the difference to the fermented Apple Juice significantly.
I hope the report will help the service to improve and to spare you the inconvenience.
In addition the photo of the pool does not match with the four people the reality.
In reality, the swimming pool is much smaller and there's not such beautiful paintings on the walls.
