Great hotel, clean and cozy. The only negative is there are no slippers in the rooms.

Nice Room, Nice Breackfast. One issue when following a meeting cancellation I wanted to leave one night earlier as the reservation. No possibility to refund, nor to get a credit note for a next stay. For a room at 120 euro the night I would have expected a better customer comprehension and service.

4* hotel with a great location. It is in the centre of Aachen which makes it easy to walk everywhere! They have their own parking lot if you arrive by car. Our stay here was very pleasant. The staff were all very kind and friendly, they gave us a lot of information when checking in. The room was clean and modern. The beds were really comfy! Only thing that was too bad was that the room was at the street side which made it very noisy at night. We could hear people talking very loud at night for example and cars passing (but it’s not as bad). The breakfast was a very nice surprise as they had a lot of variety and tasted fine. They had a lot of different juices and cheeses (and meat). They even had a broad selection of premium teabags. I wish the stores were open on Pentecost so I could’ve tried to buy the same tea as it was lovely. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice and clean in the heart of the town. Very close to most attractions. Some top floor rooms with balcony and nice view. Friendly, kind service, tasty breakfast, comfy bed… what needs more.

Great location and good hotel in general. The triple rooms are large but very noisy! It has availability of the parking (for a fee) but it does not appear from their internet site.

Nice hotel, nice staff and good location. The indoor air quality is quite poor so for people who have breathing problems, be careful. Update: personal items that were left in the room in a paper bag disappeared, after reporting it, the items magically reappeared on the desk, but not the bag, without a note or any explanation. I suspect that my items spent a few hours in a trash can. Also, I was in the bathroom when the cleaning staff just entered the room around 8:30 am and started to clean up. All these are just weird and plain unpleasant. I will avoid that hotel for now on.

Perfectly positioned. Clean rooms and good breakfast.

For most of patients visiting the University Hospital the hotel is the best, it’s near the bus station and train stations and the stuff speak excellent English.

Very nice quiet hotel. Parking search is a bit difficult or Not well signposted.

If you have a room on the street side, then you have a lot of noise at night. Teenagers bawl until the morning hours.

The Mercure is right in the centre, close to the Duomo and the very nice shopping street. The rooms are rather small. The cleanliness is great. The only annoying thing about checking in (as in other hotels too) is recently (if you stay several nights) if you would not miss an intermediate cleaning. For the sake of the environment of course.

Nice 3+ stars hotel. Near to historical center and to bus station, but the service itself no more than 3+. Rooms are good, but not very big.

Nice hotel for business trips stay. The parking is not direct at the hotel, you need to cross the street and walk 2 min. near to the main church, city center a few nice bars. Few kebab restaurants near and few steps away german style restaurants.

Good Hotel Antoniusstraße Just a few minutes walk away.

Rooms are not exactly like the pictures on internet but except that really comfortable and clean with good service, and perfect placement in the center of the city.

Spacious, clean rooms and great location, within walking distance from the Rathaus and the Dom. Kettle and fridge are available in the room. Although right next to the lifts, our room was very quiet. Staff were polite but they couldn't address properly an issue we had after checking out.

Good Hotel in the centre of AAchen. A stone's throw from the cathedral and a few minutes from the Staziobe train station. Recommended for business trips or for tourism.

Great hotel, would have preferred and actual double bed and not two singles but otherwise very good. Didn't try breakfast as it wasn't included in the option we picked.

Very decent room spacious and comfortable… The small problem is the noise of Peterstrasse in the morning breakfast OK.

In the bathroom the sink was broken. For the price you would not have expected such a thing.

A good Mercure Hotel at the height of the chain. Pity the little availability of parking. There is but it is very busy and hard to find.
A little noisy in the evenings for the kids in the nightclubs, but nothing particularly annoying.

The hotel is very close to the centre of Aachen. Spacious rooms. Breakfast It does not offer glutenfree products.

Great little hotel in a fantastic location in the city center. Almost all of the best destinations are walkable from here. The rooms are clean and the service is friendly and prompt. This hotel also has air conditioning which is not to be taken for granted in this area. Have not tried the hotel restaurant or bar.

Great location for waking the city. Price was okay, but the room was very small. Staff was very friendly and all spoke English well. It was hot on the 5th floor, but the weather was nice and the windows open, so it worked for me.

Nice and friendly staff. Very central like 5 minutes walking from the Rathaus and the famous Pontstraße. The rooms are spacious and clean… Would recommend it for sure.

Rooms were well kept albeit a bit small. Breakfast was very good and served buffet style.

The hotel is very well located, very close to the Centre. Quite new and clean facilities. Just breakfast and bar service. For lunch and dinner recommend you nearby restaurants. The parking is nearby but not in the same hotel. Charming workers. A bit slow Wi-Fi.

Wifi is so bad that you cant even opet the site, and you get code that you need to enter every day, so, we are living im 21st. So we need internet, and for hotel with 4 stars is really bad! I also spoked with them, and they didnt solv the problem, and im not here for 1 day, im here for 1 mounth, so I wouldnt recomed it to amyone!

A very nice and well equipped hotel. The location is in perfect, because it is located in the heart of Aachen and occurs directly in the foot heat addition. Buffet breakfast, even if it is slightly more expensive than usual, is worth is, because here everything is available, whether it a selection of cereals, pancakes, eggs, bacon, yogurt or even Bircher Müsli cuts,.
The beds and the pillows are our only complaint. The mattresses are really very hard and the pillows do not deserve its name…

The Hotel is good. It has the same Problem as many of these Hotels in this size. In the room one bears the loud air conditioning or the noise of a city.

Great room for Breakfast with a varied menu.

Stopped there while on a cycling trip. Definitely recommended! Well located. Rooms were big, clean with extra-large bed. Breakfast was really good. Staff was friendly. Small negative point: there is no parking place for bicycles in the garage. We had to attach ours to the gutter (inside the secured garage).

Ok. Directly in the city, the Parking Situation is rather bad — you have to run a few meters. Breakfast good, staff good.
