Fantastically situated hotel, with fair rooms for a small building, however the nearby fountain functioning overnight and no vegan options for breakfast diminish the maximal note.

Location is optimal. Some rooms are not perfectly clean. Due to the central location, it is very noisy, which makes it difficult to open the window at night. There is no air conditioning in the rooms, which makes sleeping difficult when in summer the rooms are as heated as it was in my case. The breakfast was fine, but not special. Staff is friendly.

Attention: No air conditioning! Instead of a double bed, there were 2 single beds pushed together. Pillows were gnarly and uncomfortable to sleep with. Breakfast very plentiful; unfortunately only coffee from the jug, no other coffee drinks. Staff was okay; a little more kindness wouldn't be bad.

BUT… Very Unfriendly Check In, In The Game, Unbelievable. In room 301, NO air conditioning. Check-Out Is Until 12 O'clock To 11 O'clock A Lady In Our Room And Wanted, What You Wanted To? The Breakfast Situation Is Incredibly Bad, Bacon Is Bad, Bread Is Soft And Not Crispy, Eggs Only On Demand. Absolutely Not To Recommend The Suitable.

Booking on the internet, great hotel in the city centre. Room very quiet and very large. Free and closed parking for the bike. European-a-way breakfast. Service to the height. In short, a very good hotel 50m from the cathedral. I recommend it without restraint.

The hotel is very centrally located. It offers a place in the underground car park for €142. With me, however, they didn't figure out the €14. Probably some still have one or the other deficit in the organization. If you arrive in the late evening, you should pay attention to the 1, 90m high underground car park, as the hotel guests sometimes park catastrophically and you could get trouble classifying.
The lobby looks very luxurious and classy. The staff look very well groomed. The lady at the front desk, however, was not the kindest.
My room was more standard. Not great but not bad either. However, I was very dissatisfied with the room due to the lack of a minibar and bathrobe. There should be something like this in a 4-star hotel. The next morning, I also noticed that there was no toothpaste in the bathroom. After a call to the front desk, that was brought to me.
Breakfast was nothing special either. Too bad I thought no cocoa was served.
Wellness offers do not exist. No pool, sauna, gym or in that direction.
4-stars are one star too much for the hotel. The hotel is only suitable for people who arrive at 11pm, sleep and go out again the next morning.

Don't be misled by the facade: the hotel is fine. The lobby is relatively modern. The rooms are of a good size and functional. Nothing extraordinary. Just a good hotel.

Breakfast was rich and with a wide selection. 5 stars for that. When making a reservation with a three-bed room, I also expect three beds and not 2 beds and a folding lounger. It could have been cleaner here and there.
The location is very good and the hotel has an underground car park.

Perfectly located in the heart of Aachen, this hotel does not pay any mine seen from outside. A 1980-year-old building that detons a bit. On the other hand, the interior is tastefully decorated recently and the business room is spacious.
The hotel is easily reachable by car as a APAG air car park at €15 The 24h package is located at 50 m after the entrance of the hotel which offers an underground square at €20.
Free drinks are made available in direct reservation to the hotel. The bedding is a little firm but everything breathes the clean and the new because it feels like being the first in the room.
Breakfast is included and it is plentiful and varied. Scrambled eggs, salmon, cheese…, pastries, cereals, drinks of all kinds, there are for everyone.

Home to improve.
The quality and the decoration of the rooms are excellent. Guaranteed modernity.
The location in the city center makes it a strong point, but watch out for noise nuisance during the night (Saturday night) The Germans know how to party. Scream until 5:00 in the morning.
Breakfast is ok without more.
The price value for money seems to me slightly excessive.

Staying there every year to visit the Christmas market. Fantastic breakfast. Rooms have no coffee making faculty and no mini bar, which is a shame.

The hotel is lovely, perfect location, nice, big and comfortable room. The breakfast was amazing, great selection of food. The problem was the noise from outside, both night we wake up middle of the night, that drunk people shouting on the street and talking loudly. If we closed the windows didn't came through the noise, but the room was very hot quickly and because of the lack of air-conditioning it was very hard to sleep and relax. I missed a small fridge, where we could keep some cold drink, because the weather was really hot.

Spectacular hotel within walking distance to cathedral where Charles the Great was buried. Hotel staff very friendly and efficient. Breakfast buffet has huge selection and delicious.

The Hotel is very nice and clean Good breakfast, free Wi-Fi. There is a public parking lot close to the hotel.

There is no better location: in the centre, view of the cathedral, good facilities, modern styling, super friendly service, I have been a regular guest for over 20 years.

The hotel is located a few steps from the cathedral. The breakfast buffet is very well furnished. On the other hand, the rooms are a bit impersonal and, for the category, we would have expected to have a bathtub rather than a simple shower.

Very very friendly reception staff and hotel staff great room very comfortable bed great view top location right in the centre great parking and last but not least very fast Wi-Fi connection in the room. We will be back thanks for a wonderful stay.

I was very disappointed in the hotel and rooms for the price and the star category. Quite different from presented on the pictures on the Internet. Disappointing.

Excellent location however the rooms aren't all that great and it gets really really noisy at night. I would recommend earplugs (specially on weekend nights)

So as a 4-star hotel I would want to call it. The room Interior was maybe in the 90's to the current state, these days but not more. The metal door of the staircase to the rooms exudes the charm of the 70s. It is not very inviting.

I was very annoyed me had I booked the hotel and paid. So it was paid for by someone else, but that makes it not really better.

Zimmer ist gut, Bad könnte besser sein (kein gutes Licht Konzept, Duschkopf defekt) Frühstück ist super.

Positive: Nice Hotel with very good location. Excellent Breakfast with really everything you could wish for. Very spacious room, with a chair and two armchairs. The mattresses on the beds were also very good. Negative: Unfortunately the Wi-Fi for a fee, which is now very unusual and the rooms have no air conditioning, which is why it is quite warm. In addition, we were washing or Trockenmaschinen (? ) awakened, the unfortunately already in the morning switched on and then continuously ran. These, unfortunately, were very clear in our room to hear.

I was in a training for 3 days in the Aquis Grana city hotel Aachen is located. The entrance is a bit in the years to come, as well as the Elevator. The Breakfast was super, if equal to the background noise, especially for "older" audience little rest for Breakfast. A pity also that there is no terrace. The staff is super attentive and friendly. Wi-Fi is free of charge for the is not up to date. Annoying I found the fountain in front of my window, which day and night rippled and the delivery vehicles from 05:00 PM in front of my window parked. Just as well that it was not hot and I closed the window to sleep. There is no air conditioning and no ventilation in the room.
