Reception was very friendly.

If you want single rooms with balcony you should have this confirmed! assumed all rooms would have balcony! that was a mistake! also parking the bike in the underground car park is a risk I was stolen my fixed radio! Ground floor room poor views and only a large tilting window! Breakfast and location great!

Zimmer sind modern und schön. Bad modern, alles sauber. Das Frühstück ist wunderbar. Alles so gemütlich und nett. Der Standort ist gut, sehr zentral, trotzdem nicht laut. Alles super!

Junior Suite had no Wi-Fi. Construction site vs. The shower doors were open at the bottom, as the doors were not on rails. Not feeling well.

Holiday in March 2018, Nice Cozy hotel, centrally located, the breakfast was OK, our room was adequate from the size, only the shower cubicle was XS, WLAN not available in the room only in the dining room, for me a no-go, otherwise gladly again.

I've been there 2 times and can only give the Grade 1

I was very pleased. Room was clean and tidy. Hotel is centrally located. Breakfast was absolutely fine for me. Was very happy to be here and definitely come back.

Was a bit disappointed with the hotel.
Although the hotel was hardly occupied, no solution could be found at the time of booking that I could stay longer than 5.
Although the heating was fully turned up, it didn't get warm.
The breakfast rolls were not what you expected to start the day well, around the corner there were bakers there you could have bought better ones.
It would also have been nice to give a hint at the time of booking that there are construction works around the hotel. Apparently, the reason that no one asked if the stay was liked. What a pity.

I missed the friendliness in this hotel and the location of the room (102) was not exactly nice. Had booked room with balcony assuming it was high. Unfortunately, this was not the case on the ground floor and you could have entered without further ado. Therefore, we could not leave a balcony door open at night, which was very uncomfortable for us. The view from the balcony was the parking and it was very noisy to get out to this side. Also there was the description at quiet side street! Room otherwise was fine. And at breakfast we also had a relevant experience with the waitress, which we did without breakfast the last few days afterwards. We have been to many hotels, but we have never experienced anything like this and has nothing to do with Corona. The sound makes the music.
