How picturesque, romantic an adorable patch of earth, the hotel is enchanting, the staff very friendly and fast, built a terrace in the mill pond, there we enjoyed a great breakfast. Super parking, we were there as day guests, had reserved, what is always recommended, and got a very great breakfast buffet, which left no wishes to be desired (roast beef with homemade remoulade, various fish, sausage and cheese specialties, also for vegans and vegetarians is well taken care of, only the selection of bread and rolls, the jams and teas, just huge, fruit, salads everything there and delicious, I booked the next breakfast right away.

Three stars is called "All okay". The water mill has a wonderful ambience, also for family celebrations and larger groups. The food is good, but in my opinion consists of too many convenience components, i. E. Finished and semi-finished products. On my last visit, the crew left a distinctly overwhelmed impression, which was not hidden from the guests. I do not want to mention certain 'practices' here. Overall, the water mill has seen better days.

Nice location. Were there for the funeral service. Friendly and attentive staff. Very appealing ambience. Beautifully crafted appetizers and delicious, fresh butter cake. Recommended!

Unfortunately no longer recommended. Fallen in for the third time in a row, now enough is enough. The service was beside it today. We arrived, wanted a place for 2 people. Outside, there was still a table free with a chair. I approached the service, I could ask at the other tables if there was still a chair to be handed over here. Not quite professional, but ok. Then came the card. The older operation did not have a word of the hallos left, cards laid (which were dirty in front) and did not even manage to wipe the table. Mhh. Ordering then took about 10 minutes, as no one felt approached to take our order. I then addressed the service, a young woman with tattoo on her forearm, and over the shoulder "someone comes right away" as I drew attention to us. Then actually someone came along as well, and that was the only one in the service that halfway tried to be attentive, I suppose that was the Azubine. The drinks then got waiting, the soup went brisk. We waited 1 hour until the main course. Yes, you can do. Was certainly a lot to do, but ignorance that we still wanted to order something to drink. Ultimately I went in and got my drinking. When the food came, unfortunately my food had probably already been at the pass for a few minutes. The sauce was dried and with sauce hollandaise you can unfortunately see that. My husband had to wait about 5 minutes for his side dishes and as long as he looked at his network.

Were invited to a wedding that was celebrated here. The hotel is very nice and the staff very nice! Unfortunately, so much has gone wrong that I don't want to go there again. From the double occupancy of the banquet halls to a buffet, which was very quickly vacant and at the crowning point of all, the newlyweds would almost have been charged a room, which was not occupied at all. That's at prices. Incredibly!

It tastes great from the fish plate to the chips on the point out has a quaint cozy atmosphere with very nice views of the lake in front of the door.

Great breakfast buffet. With all the trimmings. The egg we prepared individually. The bun selection is the bomb. Coffee is included in the price. A great selection of jams, sausages and cheese. The Cerealbar is great. Also fresh fruit is not missing as well as some pastries. A dream for the price.

Here you will find well-equipped rooms in idyllic surroundings. I especially liked the rich breakfast and the restaurant offers with high quality regional food and drinks. I like to be here again and again.

The rooms in the main house are very nicely furnished, large and cosy. Beds are good and the bathroom is also very nice. Everything clean and well maintained. Breakfast good but not spectacular. However, I advise from a dinner. We have been to the restaurant several times since my in-laws like this location. I've never had a meal that was good. Vegetables are completely overcooked and salted every time. Meat. Overall inferior. What a pity.

Great room with modern bathroom I was staying there for 2 nights on business. My room was modern renovated with a great bathroom. The breakfast was plentiful and similarly. The staff was always friendly and also multilingual. The location is just outside of Lüneburg, but it is easy to find by Navi.

The hotel consists of 3 different buildings. Therefore, all employees would be distributed to these houses, which was rather unfavorable. The dinner (fondue) was rather average. The service (beer = 10 minutes) was quite slow but friendly. The breakfast was really good.

Modern rooms in common standard. Clean and all well organized. Nice location. When we were here there were 3 weddings in 2Tagen. This was a bit noisy but the rooms are so good that there was hardly anything to hear when the window was closed. Beautiful sights nearby.

We enjoyed on the stay in the restaurant, but seemingly too early.
The service was not up to our expectations. We had to wait forever until times someone got the order for the drinks to take on. For a small cup of coffee 2, charge 20 euro is real steep, there were not even two SIPs in there.
Bottom line: Service bad and the prices are too high!

I was a guest at a wedding in the water mill Heiligenthal. The location was beautiful and romantic. The food very tasty and the service good. If I should marry, this location in selecting a closer would be.

The Breakfast is world class.

We were in April 2014 a few days as a guest. For us everything is all right. Location water mill is great. The style is slightly rustic, but this is just a question of taste. I really like two aspects to mention: 1. Really special is the nice and very personal contact with the people who work there. 2. We have eaten there every night, and it was good. For people with weird stomach (like I do), there is on the menu of half portions. Small downside, the Hotel is on a road and we had to be early in the morning is always the window.

Super Restaurant operation and the kitchen is excellent — I'll definitely be back.

Great room, hard mattress, W-Lan, everything here is really true. The Breakfast is excellent and the Restaurant is top class.
