No elevator, rooms are spartan and are occupied. Rusty and broken plumbing. Room does not correspond to the presentation on the web page.

Slept here 2 or 3 times. Good service, good breakfast. It is a pity that the administration does not meet on the issue of cancellation of fines for the transfer of the reservation, even if the new account is more than originally.

Very nice staff that gives you the feeling that you are welcome.
Parking lots for the car unfortunately quite expensive but you can find in the side streets a parking lot so this does not go too much into the rating.
Breakfast was really good, time well located.
With bus and subway you are quite close to the city centre but also in the near vicinity there are many parks for walks.
For short stays if you visit a concert/fair/festival or the like, the hotel is a good choice.

Creepy ambiance, room at best average. I will go back to the NH next time…

Staff is Very friendly rooms were clean I had no problems checking in and out price is just right.

Reception nice reception, rooms clean, bathroom with a shower is also OK, Breakfast also OK. Recommended, it also links to Bus and rail in the vicinity.

Assessment by June 2016: After a long search, we opted for the Hotel Marienthal and were not disappointed. Everything has to fit: a warm welcome and a nice, very clean rooms with a balcony and a large bathroom to get at the tasty buffet Breakfast always filled me up. In a very quiet and green surroundings, the chirping of the birds in the Park when you Wake up enjoyed. We would like to thank the entire Team and look forward to our next visit, at the latest, in 2017 we will be back… :)

Excellent hotel, is located in a quiet area of Hamburg, the Metro to go 15 minutes. Everything is clean, the staff very friendly.

The cleanliness and Hygiene press the overall impression extremely. Mold and lime in the shower, stained towels, Sand in the corner.
