Nice, not really central, nice rooms.

Very nice staff and a good location! Rooms were very clean!

After we found bed bugs in our bed on the first night, we were kindly moved to another room. Until then, we have not been able to make a "reproach" to the hotel as we still thought that they might have entered the room through previous guests.
However, we were shocked that the room was simply rented out the next day.
When asked only the answer came: "The room was thoroughly cleaned and I looked at it (we had a bug — of many — caught in a glass as proof) but honestly I don't look like bed bugs. "
WE don't know before but thank God there is the Internet!

Very good connection to the subway. This is right outside the door. The staff is friendly. Breakfast unfortunately with 12€ p. P very expensive. The room was very clean and nicely furnished. Unfortunately too little socket (We were 4. ) And the light switches on. Bed didn't work. Despite its 4 stars. Would book there again.

Hotel booked for 6 people and looking forward to a nice weekend in Hamburg. Just before the trip we were transferred to the much worse rated Hotel Panorama… According to the hotel, we would have done the same with the "equivalent".

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are small but very clean. The breakfast is excellent (freshly squeezed orange juice, pancakes, eggs, scrambled eggs, bratwurst, meatballs, cold cuts, cheese, Cerialien, yogurt, red grits, pudding, tomatoes, cucumbers, bread, buns, various fruit juices, what more could you want).
Gladly again.
The hotel is located directly on the subway station Wandsbek market. From there it is only a few minutes to the central station. Next door is a Jim Block branch, directly opposite a bar Celona branch. The hotel makes a good, well-kept impression. My room was in the backyard, at least with closed Fenmster (it was cold outside) there was no noise.

Very well located to discover Hamburg. Directly in front of the front door subway station (U1) to drive directly to the city centre or to the central station without any change of course.
Very nice room (had family room backwards). Right underneath a MC. Donalds. Relatively quiet, occasionally some teenagers are listening. Completely silent at night.
Car park behind the house, signposted via a side street detour.
Very nice breakfast room. Very nice, helpful staff.

Very centrally located, simple but cozy and clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff and for the start of a new day there is a good breakfast with a smile!
I can definitely recommend the hotel Tiefenthal!

Great location, but a bit older. Clean rooms. Despite the direct location on the street surprisingly quiet. Good breakfast. Recommended for a few nights.

This place really deserves the points. Subway just outside the door, very welcoming, clean, staff consistently friendly and helpful. Everything you need. When a room is booked to the courtyard, one sleeps like a groundhog. Very nice also the little surprise on the occasion of a birthday. Really recommended!

Wandsbeker market Street, directly in front of the bus station and next to a shopping centre. Central location and good service.

The hotel's class, I spent six weeks there.
The staff is very friendly, and the gals from the breakfast room also is always nice.
The rooms are very neat clean, well maintained and the hotel is very nice.

Clean, friendly staff, good and tastefully furnished, centrally and conveniently located public transport.
