A very nice Hotel. It's all top was clean, the Breakfast was varied, staff very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is very much! The staff is friendly, try to help on any issue. The rooms are clean and cozy. The metro just five minutes away from the hotel. In walking distance to cheap Parking.

Friendly staff and tasty breakfast. Only 4 stars because there was a disco right outside. They stop at midnight sharp but still annoying.

I found this place thanks to Booking and I chose that due to good evaluation I could find in the Booking system. First impression was a little bit confusing, the building did not look like a typical hotel, it was more like a block of flats. Small reception looked like in a hostel but do not be afraid ;-) The staff was very helpful, the accomodation was very good and so was the breakfast. I have been there 3 times since my first visit and I have been allways satisfied!

Nice clean room with big wardrobe and lots of small and big lamps, the bathroom was also super clean, the staff was very nice and friendly, the breakfast for €6 was adequate with fresh scrambled eggs, cold cuts, cheese cereals, Nutella, jam, yogurt and fruit, there was tea, coffee and cocoa, O-juice. There is also a parking garage opposite, where you can park for €4/24h. The only small minus point is the nightclub opposite, where loudly celebrated at 2 o'clock at night, but the windows are so well insulated that you can hear nothing more with closed windows. We would definitely stay there again.

Well located, clean, good rooms and a reasonable Breakfast, the Park house for 4Eur per day is next door. Way to the Offis is also very short. Recommended.

Clean, no extras like fridge, drinks offer etc. But Wi-Fi and breakfast and again clean and nice.

Nice little middle class hotel. 5 minutes on foot from the S-Bahn station. The S-Bahn is very fast in the centre.
Breakfast is plentiful and good for the extra charge.

Worst place! I don't recommend unless there are no other options. The heater did not work in my room. On informing the reception staff, the guy spoke in German pretending not to understand. So I had to wear an extra layer of clothes just to keep warm. Then the shower room keeps leaking water so it piles up on the floor as there is no drain. So the reception guy comes and complains the next day that there is water on the floor. I tell him that the shower room is leaking. He says I am supposed to take shower slowly and not allow the water to hit the glass compartment. He was super rude and made me feel very uncomfortable.

The rooms are clean and nicely decorated. The staff is very friendly. I'll book the next visit in Hamburg again.

A very nice, quite new hotel with spacious and very clean rooms located in Hamburg Harburg in a quite quiet area. The bathroom large enough and with a very large shower tray. The beds are very comfortable. Very, very friendly, courteous and competent staff. We, a group of 11 people, were asked asked when we would like to have breakfast? For this time, tables were put together so that we could all sit at one table. There were also all kinds of tips on transport links, restaurants and pubs. The breakfast was very good for the price and more than adequate. The road to the S-Bahn is quite short and the drive to the centre in Hamburg takes about 15-20 minutes. We'll come back.

A nice friendly staff, fresh clean hotel I would definitely come here again. For this great price. Little thing you have to be at that level is next to the train track. Sometimes you can hear a train.

It was a very nice, clean Hotel. In addition, it was still very new, not even a year open. We arrived very late and we were easily able to take our key from a Safe. You could have Breakfast, which looked by the way very good book.

A very nice little Hotel in the centre of Harburg. Modern, spacious rooms and extremely friendly staff. My family and I have us felt very comfortable and gladly come again!

We were greeted by the Chef with an honest Smile, warm hearted and very friendly treated. Rooms are spacious, modern and clean. Beds are very good. The bathroom with shower is absolutely without objection. Wi-Fi is free and fast. Breakfast is cheap and good. Pleased we are by the very friendly and helpful staff. The area is relatively quiet for a city. In the City there are approx. 20 min by subway. There are shopping possibilities in the immediate vicinity. Conveniently you can Park exactly 2.50 for the day. Thank you, we will come back.

The best hotel I have ever been in Hamburg. I recommend to other people.
