Nice and clean Place to Stay. Kittel kitchen includet. Bar is ok. Some Meals for Dinner. Parking Space sucks.

The Exterior is terrifying, the Rooms are good and clean.
Unfortunately, there is no Air Conditioning and the Area is noisy (Forwarding, etc. ), so you can't leave the Windows open at Night. The Underground Car park costs 8, 50/Day.
Bus Number 112 runs right past the Hotel, which also goes to the Main Train Station.

Location is very remote and from the outside the hotel already looks a bit "shabby. "
From the inside, however, it is again well furnished. Room amenities are good. Breakfast is rich.
The shower cubicle might postpone a slightly better cleaning, but also not dramatically if you're not too fussy. I was satisfied and would visit the hotel again!

It was just ok. Far from city center but bartender was amazeballs.

Although something has come in from the Outside. Great clean Rooms, friendly Staff everything great.
Above all, the Breakfast Buffet has left nothing to Be desired for us!
Parking is available for a fee.
Bus Stop right outside the Door. So you can get to the City and the Sights in No Time.

The hotel is very comfortable, we had a small kitchen on our room and It looks like it was newly renovated. Service was very friendly. The hotel is 15 — 20 minutes away from the central station but there is a bus line that goes directly from there (line 112). All in all, lovely hotel.

One must really not be frightened of the situation and the external impression. The hotel is really very nice, well appointed and very clean and tidy. All the staff are extremely friendly. The breakfast (if required) is fresh and versatile.
By bus (just around the corner) you are relatively fast in the city centre.

I am in this hotel 5 days a week and cannot find anything to complain about. And now you're about 8 years old. It's almost like coming home. Keep it up!

We have visited this hotel several times and we have always received very nice and spacious rooms. This visit is disappointing for us as we are sitting in a cramped room. The disappointment is very great. This room is simply interchangeable and not comparable to the previous rooms. What a pity!

Very clean, excellent location and fantastic breakfast buffet. The In-house bistro is of acceptable quality, but to avoid in strong operation, as 1 employee is responsible for everything — serve, cook and drink.

Very good service, friendly and attentive staff. Rich Breakfast. Good prices at the bar. Staff in the bar very nice and attentive except for a Mirarbeiter which is completely unqualified. He didn't have a lot of business. We waited for 25 minutes on 04.03.18 For example, until the gentleman was at our table to take the order.

Very cozy Hotel, with well-equipped heating with all the comforts and services, good bar service and customer support, has Wi-Fi with single key per apartment. Overall optimal for families.

Good price, good breakfast, good room. The room furnishings are not modern, but they are completely clear. Free Internet is available, there is also an underground car park.

I spent a weekend here. Very well maintained large rooms with kitchenette and balcony. Great service, good facilities, very clean.

Interesting hotel, with the kitchen in the room, you can cook yourself, that's just a cupboard with dishes under lock, probably for an extra fee, so come with your own. ;) And so in general not bad, good view from a huge balcony, unreal smell of coffee on the street (near the factory Chibo. ).

We have a room for three. There are attractions for the kitchen. Plates, appliances, pressure cookers, pots. There are not enough bowls for cereal. Cleaning the room only involves washing the bath. They don't wash dishes. Good prices.

Nice view. We had a room in the direction of the storage city. A great view, especially at sunset, the view is worthwhile, if you do not enjoy Hamburg. The location is OK, who wants to move with the subway (advisable in Hamburg) should plan 20min on foot. The subway takes you directly to the city, the inner Alster. Evening (23:00/00:00) still very good connection through the night traffic. Area around the hotel is safe. Will come back.

We (my husband and I) are cordially and very nicely received. It is a very nice apartment and very quiet. The staff is very friendly and I can recommend the hotel to anyone. We'll be back here next time.

Good price/quality ratio. The rooms were clean and big. The bed linnens were cheap and not very comfortable as wasn't the bed. The rooms could be quiter, it was very easy to hear your neighbors.

First of all, a 0.05mb internet connection speed is not 'internet'. During the evening I couldn't even connect! During the early morning (2am) I got to 3.3mb, but not until then. I complained and went to another hotel the following day. Overall, the hotel was sort of a sad disappointment. It seems that the hotel has faded a bit from the online pictures. The lobby was still nice, and the room was adequate and clean, but the outside of the hotel seemed sort of dirty and unkept. No views or anything to do nearby either. Honestly… for the price, sharing a slow internet connection across the whole hotel seems cheap! No plans to go back.

Great hotel, excellent staff, spotless rooms, only issue the Wi-Fi, which is just terrible — barely could connect at all!

Unfortunately, the friendliness leaves nothing to be desired here. We are that of other hotels, definitely better used. Some of them would be geduzt by the staff at breakfast. I know I look younger than I am, but a minimum of respect is due without any, absolutely independent of age.
The rooms are not really nice or modern, adequate standard.
The transport connection is good in itself, bus stop right outside the door, in 15 minutes you are at the Central station. The price for a week was also fine.

The grey façade is deceptive. Nice large rooms with good facilities. Very good breakfast. Central location. Good value for money. I absolutely recommend it.

Von Außen eher naja, aber von Innen ein sehr schönes und sauberes Hotel. Das Personal war freundlich und steht einem bei vielen Dingen gerne zur Hilfe bereit. Frühstück könnte ohne Probleme hinzugebucht werden. Das Frühstück bietet eine große Auswahl und sollte keine Wünsche offen lassen. Die Zimmer sind schön eingerichtet und auch sehr sauber. Die Betten waren ebenfalls sehr bequem. Insgesamt kann ich das Hotel weiterempfehlen.

Hotel is not far from central city. There is a bus stop at the back of the hotel or walk around 10 minutes to s-bahn (train station). Free Wi-Fi. Nice bar and restaurant. Few things to note : there is no air condition in the room, the shower box is quite small Not that much room to move around. No tea or coffee available in the room. Byo your own soap and shampoo.

Good service, newly renovated in german fashion, friendly staff. Our room floor was dirty upon arrival, we asked to get it cleaned and after they supposedly cleaned it it was still dirty. No airconditioning in the rooms. Only in the bar.

Good location, close to the center of Hanburg. Very comfortable room with kitchen facilities. Perfectional service. Rich breakfast.

The room is nice and includes a fridge and a microwave. The hotel is located far from the city centre, at a residential neighbourhood, there are no cafés or restaurants in the area. You are always dependent on transportation. It has a rather infrequent bus stopping next to it and an S Bahn station 10 minutes walk away. If you have a rental car and don't need to go to the city centre, this hotel is a good choice.

We had a long weekend there. As noted by previous visitors, you must not go to the facade. The hotel is super clean, the staff very friendly and the prices for such as food or drinks still very human. The bus stop is just around the corner. With 112 coming in about 20 minutes. Up to the pier. There is underground parking available for vehicles. We like to come back.

The hotel is located just outside and is very easy to reach with the line 112 from Hbf HH but by bus.

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast is rich. There is free SKY. The hotel is centrally located, everything is within easy reach.
