Clean and friendly hotel with elegant spacious rooms and a great location in the city. Breakfast is a bit expensive but this is linked with the location and the exclusivity of the place.

Very nice, modern and air-conditioned hotel. Large rooms with large bathrooms. The breakfast buffet is very extensive and delicious, everyone should find something. We were also allowed to bring our little dog. This hotel is highly recommended. As a small tip, at the next corner about 50 m away you can eat well in the restaurant "September" and enjoy the evening.

Nice place to stay! Clean and wide rooms for a very good price! So close to the train station that you don't even need to call a taxi or take a bus!

The hotel it self is fantastic with a nice room and beds. The area is close to the main train station which makes it perfect for tourists. On the down side it is in one of the bad neighbourhoods of Hamburg. You need to be into the adrenaline and willing to explore the filthy part of the city especially at nights.

The Staff were welcoming and accommodating with our very rusty German. Pleasant room with all we needed provided. Breakfast/ Evening meal was a wonderful experience and the staff were friendly and helpful. Once you get the lay out of the area everything is easily accessible by Bus or S-Bahn. Very happy with our stay.

We had a room in connection with our holiday: Sleep, park and fly. Uncomplicated booking. Very friendly staff and nice rooms. Fair price. Easy parking. Our daughter got sick while we were there, and staff were VERY frienly and helpfull, and flexible by check out. We will come back again, and we can FULLY recommend this hotel.

Well located (10 minutes from the first canals leading to the heart of Hamburg), perfectly soundproofed and rather neat in terms of décor, this hotel is to be preferred. It also offers apartments with a kitchen. Serious and rather attentive welcome.

Clean and big room. Good facilities for cooking. 10 mins walk to metro and St. Pauli. Convenient location.

For the 1st, time in this hotel and 100% not for the last time. Nice Cozy rooms a very good breakfast buffet and super nice Friendly staff. The only negative is the parking situation where very few of are available and the parking spaces in the hotel's own underground garage are quite expensive. All the others are wonderful, bus stops and S Bahn station less than 5min from the hotel. Up to the Landungsbrücken Elbphilharmonie, Speicherstadt, city center all within walking distance in 10 to 20min.

The rooms look great, they are spacious and clean and have a nice view. What I loved most was the so-called living room at the 8th floor where you could have drinks are eat breakfast. It was like a large and cozy kitchen with a delicious breakfast. Unfortunately the staff at the reception was a bit disorganized and they also couldn't provide the promised free shuttle from the airport. But otherwise the experience was nice.

Beautiful spacious rooms with good interiors. Nice friendly staff. No toiletries provided in the rooms though. Good breakfast served with variety of options available (£10-12£ per person). There are quite a few good food options outside the hotel as well. The hotel is situated close to the city center (walkable) which include the Europa Passage, the Twin lakes, St. Peter’s Church, the Town Hall and all the shopping area around. This is a plus staying in this hotel.

Spartan and utilitarian but a brilliant location.

Value for money. Pleasant welcome. Normal clean room. Mine had a bathtub. Breakfast from 05:30 — 10:30. So good for early morning risers and late lie-iners. Only two lifts so sometimes delays. Parking offered. About 400m to the Subway / Underground. Very good shopping mall 5 minute walking distance.

The hotel is, by and large, really fine. It is very clean, the breakfast is good and the staff at the reception are friendly and helpful. The only thing impractical is that the hotel is right on the street. The windows dampen the sound relatively well, but if you want to open the window in the summer, then this very road traffic is disturbed at night when sleeping. Maybe it's better in the other rooms. Therefore, there is a star deduction.

Very nice hotel. They have probably one of the best and most professional team employs I have ever experienced in a Hotel (and I stay at least 100 nights per year in international hotels) They are all friendly, never stressed and only focussed on "satisfy the customer". Lobby, rooms, spa, breakfast, dinner, bar… everywhere where only people who LOVED THEIR WORK! Awesome and thanks for the good time we had in your hotel!

One of the best hotels that I have stayed. Very well maintained rooms and the staff at the reception are very friendly. Food in the restaurants is delicious. However they are a tad expensive.

Value value ratio fits, very clean rooms and everything very nicely furnished. However, a star deduction as there is no own shower/toilet on the numbers.

My best friend and I spent a great weekend in Hamburg. The hotel is very centrally located. Train station is nearby.
Subway station as well. The rooms are completely ok, considering that as a tourist you are only on site for sleeping and showering.
We would come back at any time.

A budget hotel but quite nice. The rooms are large but basic and clean. The location is fanatic. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast good. Wi-Fi is a little slow but free.

You don't need a car you can do everything on foot or with public inquire is centrally located.

Hotel so looks very nice. Hotel has a large underground car park. And the first of the month is women's flea market. Always nice and great. But beware, men are not allowed in!
