No chance am I going back. Room tiny, no air con, next a railway line, and the food was canteen like. Gym was seriously lacking essential equipment. Was clean though.

I was at a fair at the commundo conference hotel. What I have seen, the reception appealed to me has been very modern and friendly and very clean, even the toilets. The staff has been friendly and helpful. The fair itself took place in small rooms connected to a hallway. The fair was worth a visit. That is why I cannot say 3 points.

Close to train rail way. Too loud. Too small size room. Uncomfortable.

If you don't sleep overnight its pretty ok.

I've never seen such a bad hotel before. The room is too small, you can hardly move. TV didn't work. Staff not really friendly. Price is far too high, €150 per night, value for money does not fit. A star is still too much.

Hotel so looks very nice. Hotel has a large underground car park. And the first of the month is women's flea market. Always nice and great. But beware, men are not allowed in!

The room was very small and the sanitary area was only separated by a glass door. (It was a double room). The room itself was clean. The bathing area is mostly also (except for a corner in the shower. Mold was formed there. The breakfast was fine. Good selection and it tasted quite good. The hotel has met the minimum requirements for me. But you can't expect much at such a low price.

Friendly and helpful staff, but rooms are unbelievably small and too expensive.

Very small rooms, the restaurant is not really competitive with other Commundo hotels. To make matters worse, it is very noisy at night due to the nearby railway line. The conference rooms are good, however I would have to avoid other options for lodging and catering.

It is one of the better Commundo hotels. The rooms are clean and have a pleasant size. The price-performance ratio is right.
The location is just outside the centre but easy to reach by tram.
Parking spaces are also available, unfortunately not sufficient!

Unfortunately, no minus stars can be awarded. The hotel is underground. The room was so small that I had to put the Chair on the desk to be able to walk in front of the bed to the bathroom. The bathroom not only so tiny that you can not turn with shoe size 44 in it. Shower: A hole in the floor with curtain around it. Strong mould infestation in the joints and on the shower curtain.
At night, the TV turned on by itself every 20 minutes until I pulled the plug. The walls thin as paper; Every conversation in the hallway rips you out of your sleep.

It was the smallest room I stayed in. Nevertheless, everything was necessary, even outlets in sufficient numbers. Breakfast and dinner were decent.

They dont have much options for muslims breakfast you will be bored after two days plus their coffee is ok! Not even considered good.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Technically not so completely up-to-date. In December, only one elevator was available for a longer period. On 7 floors. During our stay there was a fire alarm (false positive) in the morning at 6.

The hotel is outside of Hamburg (about 30 minute train ride to the city) just at a s-bahn station. They have a free parking garage and free billard and playstation. The staff at the desk is friendly. Although the rooms and the bathroom are really tiny. There is no real door between the room and the bath. The quality of the breakfast is ok but not great. They charge for every special coffee drink at breakfast (e. G. Latte macchiato or espresso) which is a no go.

Cheap hotel with good breakfast. Very small rooms, but everything you need. 3 min to the S-Bahn, with which one is in 20 min in the city. Recommended for a short trip to Hamburg.

Tiny rooms and a bathroom dwarf. If you shower the room is flooded. There is free Wi-Fi. The beds have no sheets, only a duvet folded. The restoration is of a quality that leaves much to be desired. Nice hotel with great breakfast buffet! The rooms are quite small, most of all the bathroom is tiny. But are here for the second time and will certainly come back! Price and performance are right!

Room was okay. Breakfast was very good. I had a waterbed, which was a bit unusual for my back… But overall Id say it was good. The only really bad thing was, That I was not able to use Wi-Fi in my room (7th Floor), even tough I bought a Wifi Card at the reception gor 5Eur, I was not able to connect to the Wofo with any of my devices. It was not possible to get my money back for the Card. Check Out was until 10a. M. Which was a little too early for my purpose (my appointments were in the afternoon)

Room very small for that the breakfast was so much bigger. Sauna, PlayStation and massage chairs for relaxing use free of charge. Underground parking free of charge. The Commundo in Hamburg is always a recommendation.

Have never slept so badly, rooms are really tiny and the bed very hard. Since the door is directly on the bed and not very geräuschedämmend, one can unfortunately hear every single word and every unpleasant noise from the rooms of the neighbors. Our TV did not work, with which it would have been possible to drown out these sounds. A call to this at the reception was very unprofessional fobbed! I work in a hotel myself, so I know that guests ' complaints can be handled differently. The breakfast is reasonably ok, lots of choice and fresh egg dishes.

The room is very small, really small, go back to spread out the suitcase basically have no place to stay, but breakfast is good! Hotel 20km from the centre of Hamburg. Tiny room and lousy internet connection. Apart from German TV channels, nothing else. Breakfast very good and evening meal of a good value for money.

I was very happy, the parking in the underground garage is free and the service impeccable. Also the room was very tidy and nicely kept. Otherwise the buffet for breakfast was very varied. I would go back. I can only recommend it.

Can't say anything about the hotel room, but the conference room was OK. Bit small, nothing fancy, staff was a bit late with supplies.

The rooms are tiny and the bathroom is even smaller. I don't know how this hotel has become a 3 star hotel.

Nice location. Good food. Small rooms.

The hotel itself is in the public domain in the meantime very nicely designed.
The rooms however are a nerve and that these were not cleaned during my last stay. Upon arrival, the rooms were clean but.
The staff is also very friendly and helpful.

Up on breakfast, nothing was really good.
Rooms same a walk-in toilet and are comfortable.
Dinner was very poor. The staff was inattentive and unfriendly.
There was free Wi-Fi in the lobby and the location of the hotel is not good.

Rooms absolutely tiny. The bathroom is a shower with integrated toilet and a small sink in the end. Room unfortunately extremely warm, reasonably to endure only with Windows Open (but then roads — and S-Bahn noise).
Biggest drawback for me: from the HotSpot as well as nothing more is on the 7th floor. Internet stops every few minutes, extremely weak connection. Very poor for a Telecom Hotel performance.

The hotel is close to the train station from where you can get to central Hamburg, whole journey less than 30 min. I stayed in a single room which was much smaller than expected but very clean and warm (I was there mid-March). I personally felt that breakfast had something for everyone. The only reason I gave 3 starts is because I didn't have much options for lunch and dinner and I've found communicating with all staff members a bit challenging. I don't speak German and they don't speak my language, it would be good if everyone would have some basic English training, I am sure we are not the first nor the last international guests. Otherwise I thought they were lovely and accommodating. If you have time, want to stretch your legs and visit the surroundings I would recommend going to Bergedorf. It's walking distance from the hotel (15-20 min), small but really pretty place, with loads of nice cafes and other places to eat. There is a castle here, apparently the only one in Hamburg. I didn't get a chance to go inside but the outside is really nice. It's worth visiting.

So many here complain about the room size. It's very small rooms but for short stays, I think it's totally ok. Internet via Telecom hotspot sometimes a bit slow, but 1 hour free of charge. Fitness room and sauna available. Good breakfast buffet.

I was very satisfied! The rooms are small, that's true, but have everything you need for a city trip. Modern and nicely furnished and clean. The TV even has a recording function and top movies are free of charge! Even the neighbors are not to hear and the breakfast is top! I can only say: super value for money! We like to come back!

The room is clean, but unfortunately (extremely) too small. You can hardly move in the double room. But for a short stay you can with Leben. Das breakfast buffet is very rich — so recommendable. The staff is very nice. Would come again, but at any time.

We were before Christmas 2012 in this Hotel and were super satisfied. The rooms are small, that's true, but top. The Breakfast buffet was a big hit. The hotel's staff is super nice. I can only recommend it. We go in September again to Hamburg and also again in this Hotel.

The Breakfast buffet is very good and exceeds expectations at the total price of 70 € for a double room. The Parking in the Garage was free of charge. The Breakfast buffet on Sundays is the largest nerve that I've ever experienced. Minimum bid: Aufgebackene and Dry bread rolls, cold meats from the prepackage (like Aldi), without love done. The warm Buffet is totally overcooked and würzlos. The Dessert is far sugared and not from scratch homemade (Fertigpulver). The Service is arrogant and disinterested! Every year, we are 2x the Commundo Hotel and Seminarraumbuchung. In the run-up to the booked room type was not available. Ok, can happen. The Hotel is very clean and the Breakfast Buffet is incredible. Fish in most diverse variations and fresh Metwurst we are particularly impressed. The staff is extremely willing and friendly. The only downside: The rooms are really tiny. But for a Short vacation big enough.

Minus the location close to the railway track. Night constantly trains. Cheap rooms tiny. Otherwise, normal. Even free underground Parking. Sputnik good.
