Horrible Horrible customer service. The gentleman was so rude on the phone when I wanted to confirm my pets and he just kept on saying "i don't understand why you are calling me?! ". I have paid and not received a refund but never went there obviously since he could not confirm it was ok to bring my cats (I was moving house). I would stay away from this place!
The hostel itself is really well kept and clean, and the host is very kind and helpful. Kind of bad it is in quite a weird area of the city!
