I'm a negative rating for the first time, because I think the Aspria absolutely incompetent. But are we even constructive criticism.
Check in check out at 11Uhr was only at 3: 00. I think this time for concern, but this also is not the crucial point of criticism.
We were woken up on a Sunday by a rumbling washing machine, after a phone call in the repetition, you expect a timely problem resolution. However, that was not the case, the washing machine was safely continue another half hour. As an independent, you feel calm as a precious commodity, especially if you can find the appropriate time to do something with his loved ones. We were barely awake including headaches, we received a call from the front desk with the question, when we would the check-out! Very rude! Appending to the call at night, staff unable had seen himself to apologize for the error. Well now, we hurried and wanted home gradually. At the front desk was the standardized question asked how the stay was? Of course prompt came the reply, but knew the good Lady of nothing, because found it a shift. Competent and trained staff acted otherwise here.
I am the competence of management and that the employees in question. As claims would have you can drop the €15 parking fee or invite us for breakfast. It is first with regard to the service we expected in the House.
