A very nice and family run hotel. A quiet atmosphere, centrally located and the breakfast is just great We go there regularly and are always thrilled. All the staff are super friendly.

It has become a piece of home. The people there are just great. The rooms great. The proximity of the es hotel to the Kiez, Schanze and Karolinen quarter within reach😉

We have been a guest at The Internorga in St. Annen for years in March. The rooms are usually rather smaller, but clean and modern furnished. The breakfast buffet is great (almost a miracle, what you can accommodate on the small area) and the service is very friendly and attentive. Also at the reception are always very friendly. I should mention the night porter in particular. Almost a good friend!

Very friendly staff at the reception, room was clean and neatly equipped with everything you need. The breakfast was also varied and delicious. Very good location to the Reeperbahn, about 5 minutes walk. So for a short trip/weekend only recommended.

We were there for the first time and certainly not for the last time! We were received super friendly and felt comfortable from the very first moment.
We had a small double room with a small bathroom, which was sufficient for the weekend. It was all great and the bed very comfortable.
The hotel is super central and despite the location it is very quiet. The breakfast was very good and there was nothing missing. Even for allergy sufferers and vegans, everything the heart desires was there.
If you don't like it here, it's your own fault :)

Very nice service. Courtesy and polite. The breakfast was great. Cozy atmosphere and delicious food. Everyone finds something. The room and bathroom were quite small, but for an extended weekend it was perfectly fine. Would we book again.

Hotel with charm and warmth. Underground parking can be booked. Very guest oriented, desire for separate beds was immediately fulfilled cared for and very pure. Small but fine breakfast with love for details and delicious extras, everything you need and if you also ask cappuccino.

Garage available for parking, a bit tight but you get through.

We were allowed to stay there for the second time. As always everything top. Zimmer was sufficient, you don't need more after exploring Hamburg. We are there to explore Hamburg and not spend hours in the room.
Breakfast, as always, is a dream. And the staff is very friendly and helpful. How to see us again!

Super small chic hotel in the middle of St. Pauli. Short distances to the hotspots of the city of:) 5 stars are absolutely appropriate. Staff also very polite and friendly.

First-rate breakfast and location. For dinner the restaurant Nil nearby is superb. Overall this hotel offers very good value in a hip neighbourhood.

The Hotel St. Annen is really a little gem! The room was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. There is nothing to complain about.

The place is a hip area with many small individual shops therefore also life, super start position to explore Hamburg. Unfortunately the hotel has lost its individual charm of a family hotel, the room size and the associated quality leaves a lot to be desired at least in the standard rooms unless they are not larger than 160 and can still climb across the beds the Management has granted us a discount despite all this, the standard rooms remain far too small and do not meet the requirements of the designated stars. For ground Turner or snake people but no problem.

Modern fresh hotel. The staff at breakfast was very attentive and friendly. Breakfast is really good, besides salmon and trout there was a selection of sausage, cheese, jam, cereal etc… and especially… soft eggs, not the usual golf ball hard hotel eggs.
We would particularly like to highlight the "Night Shift" from 01.04.2018 on the 02.04.2018. Since we wanted to leave early, he offered us coffee and fresh buns long before the official breakfast time. Once again a huge thank you (the coffee has kept us awake until Osnabrück! ) :-) ) ) If you want to be on the road in the trendy quarter of St. — Pauli/Hills, the hotel is recommended.
But now the only point of criticism: we booked a comfort room and received the following: 1. The room is really small 2. The bed is only 1, 60 mtr. Wide, as aufpreispflichtiges extra this does not go!
Otherwise everything was clean and stylish.
If you want to use the underground parking, you should not arrive with the chauffeur limousine;-) ) )

I was on business for some nights in the hotel and found it quite fantastic! It is clean, well located, the service is very friendly and was always very anxious to help me. I liked the lovely breakfast. I ate less well in hotels with more stars. Great praise to the team of St. Annen.

The hotel is very well kept and the staff is extremely friendly. My wife and I enjoyed the wine tasting and even bought a few bottles to take home. The rooms are clean and the breakfast every morning is nice touch; it is freshly made and tasted delicious. Marcus booked a couple tours for us and reserved us a table at a very nice restaurant. He went out of his way to make us feel welcomed and appreciated as guests of his hotel. Thank you for making our stay in Hamburg so pleasant. My wife and I will definitely stay in this quaint hotel on our next visit to Hamburg. Kevin and Laura.

Very comfortable and clean "off the beaten path" hotel for the self-sufficient traveler. Delicious homemade breakfast served in the morning.

The location of the hotel is very good. The booking directly through the hotel's website was possible and even €10 cheaper than in HRS. The reception is staffed 24/7, very friendly and helpful. A very well functioning Wi-Fi and Sky Channel round off your stay. The rooms are functional and clean. The breakfast buffet is manageable but very tasty. This hotel definitely is recommended for a short trip.

Quiet location in a middle-class residential area with numerous Bars, Restaurants and small shops in the near surroundings. About 1, 5 km from the piers removed. Small but modern and functionally furnished rooms, all very clean and tidy. The Breakfast buffet is adequate, with different bread rolls, cereals, fruits, fresh eggs, some sausage and cheese. Very nice, attentive and helpful staff. The Hotel you can highly recommend.

A very good Hotel in a Prime location for a city break! We have felt very comfortable! The staff is super friendly and always in a good mood. The Breakfast was lovingly prepared. Fortunately, we were in the first night, even on a comfort room is rebooked. It is true that the Standard rooms are slightly smaller, but that didn't bother us. Happy again.

Very quiet and cosy. Wi-Fi works in the room and sky TV is also in the price. Breakfast buffet is large and rich. Service is very helpful and friendly. Location is ideal for reeperbahn stroll but also for other trips in the city suitable. In short, you can feel very Comfortable.

Das Hotel wirbt mit schönen, toll präsentierten Farbfotos: wer würde das nicht machen, um sich in besserem Licht zu präsentieren. Die Wahrheit sieht leider anders aus: kleine Zimmer, Sanitäranlagen auf engstem Raum zusammengepfercht, dazu keine Entlüftungsmöglichkeit derselben — hierzu muss die Türe zum Gästezimmer geöffnet und das dortige Fenster bemüht werden. : — ( Weiterhin ungünstig: Geräusche aus den Nebenzimmern oder über/unter dem jeweiligen eigenen Zimmer dringen doch deutlich hörbar an empfindliche Ohren: Dusch-, Wasch-, WC-Spülvorgänge, Stimmen anderer Gäste, TV-Geräte — am Besten man hat einen gesegneten Schlaf und lässt sich dadurch nicht aus der Ruhe bringen ;-) Punkten kann das Hotel dennoch: mit naher Lage zu Elbe/Landungsbrücken und Innenstadt kann das Auto in der günstigen, hoteleigenen Tiefgarage stehenbleiben. Highlights sind jedoch die sehr netten und freundlichen Angestellten und das umfangreiche, abwechslungsreiche Frühstücks-Buffet — echt Klasse und eine dicke Empfehlung.
