Shower in the room and very unstable. No private toilet. Only a shared toilet. Breakfast was very tasty.

Very nice hotel with authentic interior.

've never had such incompetent "hotel specialist" on the handset. According to my booking request, I was asked to call at a later time again in order to make the booking, because the girl had on the phone have no idea and the colleague was only reached later. I called not a Minute later than agreed and allowed me to had a "Since you now have well bad luck, the rooms are now all gone. Since they had to resign themselves to a half-hour in advance online log in". Just bold.

DO NOT book this hotel IF you are arriving in the evening hours. I was walking down the street when a non German speaking male tourist asked me for help to enter this Pension Fink. There was a paper hanging at the doorbell saying: `Please call this phone number´ After several phone calls, after 3 promisses that we are going to be called back (which never happened! ) and 30 minutes later (if not 45) the hotel customer received his key. And even that was just and only possible, because he was with a German speaking person. He was NOT given the code to enter the Pension itself, I really had to call again! to ask for the code. And on top of this he was given the wrong room number. I am traveling myself a lot and I have never had this complete farce.

Nice, friendly, helpful… almost family… it is regrettable that the community toilet in the hallway. However, for Hamburg and this beautiful old building … an experience. Wi-Fi is free … Thank you.
