Beautiful Rooms with different Styles.
The cheaper Rooms are to be reached via a small, steep Staircase, the other Categories wheelchair accessible.

Booking was not available on arrival. Strange Hotel concept. Four different hotels in a house with Central night Porter on it cash payment consisted. DZ small and old-fashioned. WLAN is not enough to stream. Never again…

Small and old fashioned but clean rooms.

Somewhat spartan, but with own charm, friendly staff, breakfast satisfactory.

Room for this high price absolutely horrible. The bathroom cannot be expected. Showers and bathing impossible and not clean. The staff was not really friendly, rather of type "Selbsbedienung"! The proximity to the city could not make this bad impression "good" again. Breakfast was OK, but actually cost extra! Never again hotel Amsterdam in Hamburg!

The building and the old rooms have a lot of charm, the staff is friendly and the breakfast tastes simple though. But the hotel is already far beyond its zenith, the cleanliness leaves something to be desired and the equipment is spartan and the drinks menu is outdated, respectively. The drinks do not exist. Rinse does not stop properly, shower gets hot as soon as the tap or flush is used. All in all, I will book another hotel next time.

Old building with charm. No high tech stay.

The hotel is located in a beautiful old building.
Has a very good location to the city centre.
The rooms are large and clean, the bathroom is small but quite adequate.
The only flaw in the rooms or hotel is that you hear everything that happens in the hallway and unfortunately the deduction in the bathroom is also very noisy.
But generally I can only recommend the hotel!

Very clean rooms. Unkomplitzierter servive. Room looked exactly the same as in the 360 ° video.

Clogged shower drain, no iron, no plug near the bed, can here everybody on the floor coming and going. Otherwise, good location, comfortable bed, nice window even if it's right onto the street (picture attached). Could be better. UPDATE: Found a power strip behind the bedside table. The cleaning lady was nice enough to check my shower, but refused to accept that it didn't drain (picture attached).

No Bar, only Breakfast. Nice old building, nice clean rooms.

Good price, great location. Quite calm area close to central Hamburg.

Die persönliche Buchung am Telefon war super freundlich und unkompliziert. Das Zimmer ist optisch super. Auch die Sauberkeit ist Top. Leider sind die Zimmer extrem hellhörig. Bin deshalb mehrmals nachts aufgewacht. Das Frühstück war dafür perfekt. Vielen Dank.

Buen hotel, habitación triple espaciosa y cómoda, buena zona.

Solid old building in the middle of the city, CCH, Dammtor outside the door, parking free of charge. Some patience required, super friendly staff, breakfast ok, room 21 bath krabbelig, economical lighting, Wi-Fi ok, no fridge, but window to the open. Acceptable for the price.

Reception staff could not be anymore helpful. Fantastic large room, Very clean great all round. Will stay here again.

Very unflexible, if you cancel less then a week prior they will charge you the full amount. The staff was professional but passive aggressive. I think it is waaay to overpriced for not haven ensuite bathrooms. Coming in the athmosphere scared me, the lift gave me shivers, everthing seemed very worn down. Tte entrance wasn't lit properly and the whole situation is very confusing.

Read cancellation policy in fine print. This hotel is very unflexible and unaccomodating. Was supposed to stay at the hotel this weekend — but all trains from Denmark was cancelled because of the refugee situation — a very special circumstance in my opinion. Eventhough we had no possibility of showing up — the hotel charged the full amount. There was nothing to be done … What a Way to benefit…

The Hotel has us very good liked. We have a extra large room and we felt really at home. We will definitely come once again. The location is also quite enjoyable. Very close to the Center CCH Hamburg, where we had the Christmas concert of Truck Stop have visited.
