Sehr sauber, nettes Personal. Bett sehr bequem.

Nice hotel, with friendly staff, the room was large and the breakfast was good, parking outside is only for 2 hours think is was €6, there is a secure parking garage 5 minute walk from the hotel which was €30 for the night.

Very good location, it is not far to the inland or outer Alster and to the center of Hamburg. Unfortunately there are no parking spaces, for short-term parking there are parking spaces opposite (2€/hr). The hotel is clean and tidy, the staff very friendly. The breakfast is varied and of good quality.

Good hotel in a direct central location. The staff are friendly and the equipment is basically in order. Compared to other hotels, however, I appreciate the room amenities at others where the TV is bigger, the bathroom is better cut and the room/hotel is more modern overall.
The price/performance ratio is very good, therefore there is only 1 star deduction from me, as the breakfast was incl. And also relatively larger than others.

We were received super friendly. Hotel is very central. Rooms are OK but a bit old.

Cleaners started hoovering at 8 am on a Saturday outside my room. Not acceptable!

Good location to stay for a night or two.

A really nice and perfectly located hotel. For the price a real bargain. The breakfast and the bed were to my absolute satisfaction. Unfortunately, only the cleanliness left something to be desired. In the bathroom were foreign hair from the previous guest, which did not necessarily make the morning shower pleasant.

We were warmly received. The room was very good and large. Breakfast was perfect too.

Middle class hotel with renovated rooms and classic hotel-breakfast. Five minutes from Dammtor station and almost directly on the inner Alster. Solid hotel with no frills. That's all you can expect.

The location of the Hotel Alster-Hof is great. The rooms are being refurbished so I was very pleased with mine. Know the rooms to the main street and to the back, to the main road you have to fight in the summer with the decision noise or heat. At my room back I had a day of rubbish from 6am felt right in my room. Everything was a bit frumpy but very clean. Helpful and courteous staff. Breakfast is plentiful and okay, unfortunately there is no scrambled eggs.

Good hotel, nice staff, excellent location. Unfortunately there is no parking space at the hotel. Public parking is nearby but very expensive.

The rooms are perfectly cut… the only negative point… In some places, the cleaning staff has forgotten the duster and that seems to have been for a long time…

Very nice and central hotel. One is located directly on the inner Alster and the public transport means a journey to the port and the airport. The room was normal size, clean and cozy. Can recommend this hotel absolutely. I haven't noticed anything negative. My picture shows the view to the inner Alster, 200m walk from the hotel.

A treasure of a hotel. The staff are attentive and I loved it when they asked me my name when I wanted my key. This shows they care for their customers. Breakfast is lovely, I had lovely scrambled eggs with bacon. Will certainly return.

Nice hotel with good front office staff. Very near place to tourist attractions. No dinner served here. Good bars are near by this hotel.

The rooms are clean, the morning breakfast is great, and also the entrance is quite fancy, and the best thing is that the hotel is near the old town so its a great hotel if you want to visit so yeah I definitly recommend this place.

Very nice Hotel with good links to the public transport. Staff is very friendly and Helpful. Breakfast buffet is very good and is constantly replenished. What bothered me was the cleaning staff, have made at 6 o'clock such a noise, I thought the Hotel will be demolished.

The 1 person rooms are really 1 person (1 bed 1 place). Small and clean room. Very good location in the center.

A wonderful hotel in a central location: in 3min. At the Binnenalster, in 8min. On foot at the underground station Jungfernstieg (various subways and S-bahn trains), next to the hotel u-bahn station Stephansplatz with direct connection to the main station. Within walking distance of Planten un Blomen.
Very spacious and quiet rooms with plenty of space in the bathroom. TV in reasonable size. The breakfast buffet is fantastic, very wide selection of dishes, different types of bread and attentive staff which immediately replenishes so nothing goes out. At the reception we were very friendly and competently advised. Price performance is 100% right!

The interiors are amazing.
My room is fantastic as the furnitures took me to the organic era not pedestrian that normally those days happen every where. Staffs are amazing from the front until the breakfast area and also the maids.

Close to shops and restaurants. Free breakfast but the rooms do not have air conditioning. It's very hot in the summer.

Excellent Location, great breakfast choices. Rooms are quite small and have no coffee, tea makers. Roadside rooms are less expensive and is really noisy.
