We had a double room opposite the Sir Peter Ustinov Suite on the 3rd floor. The equipment is very high quality throughout and the entire interior very stylish. The ambience is fantastic. The staff works very professionally and the claim to fulfill every guest request is fulfilled all along the line. Chapeau! We were certainly not here for the last time.

Just magical, very friendly staff and absolutely great food.

Highly recommended. Great rooms, best service, friendly and the central location is important to me.
Also the evening menu is excellent… there are good wines.

We would have liked to have had a bottle of Moet Chandon on the Alster pontoon. Unfortunately, the location was closed.
However, the doorboy at the Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten did not find my pants nice enough and said I would not fit in the bar of the hotel. For this reason, one now gladly renounces around 120 € turnover. I can live with it… and will certainly not stay there. Not even with appropriate pants.

Very nice hotel, luxury all around, great service, but I don’t expect less from a Fairmont. We tried every restaurant at this hotel and have not been disappointed.

Put a hold on my credit card even though I paid cash. This was for both the charges and the room deposit. They promised to remove the hold and 1 week later there is still a hold on my card. No response on my email to them. I have reached out to Fairmont head office. Never have I experienced such poor service from a 5 star hotel and I am a very frequent traveller!

This past weekend I hosted an event that brought together some of the best Doctors in the world to Hamburg Germany. Our event DISCOVER, we hosted in this amazing hotel. This was the first time I hosted an event at this hotel, and I could not be more impressed! Although I knew from dealing with the employees at this hotel that it would work out well, they went above and beyond to make all of our Doctors from around the world feel welcome in Hamburg! Most of these Doctors had their first experience in Hamburg this weekend, and I could not imagine that experience being more of a WOW than in this great hotel. I just want to thank everyone at this amazing hotel, everyone, the entire staff, professional, friendly, helpful and welcoming. Gorgeous hotel with great staff, nice gym and fine Spa. Enjoy also the terrasse to take the sun and have a drink. Grill restaurant is fine with also a nice staff. THE place To stay in Hamburg.

Super elegant and very imposing. The Parking Garage somewhat poorly signposted but super Service. It's always worth a Visit.

Arrive and relax, friendly and attentive care from the first moment, a nice room with many small niceties, for example a thermometer for the bath water. Definitely old school, a real experience.

The bar was very good. Good selection of very well served drinks. Smoky. You meet every clientele.

The offer in the fireplace room is completely overrated. The cakes are tiny for a maximum price. I was charged a Teegedeck too much, which I unfortunately noticed only too late at the high prices. The ambiance is of course "British" tasteful and the service friendly endeavours. There are stars for that. For the gastronomic offer to the tea not.

Elegant décor and wonderful service. Everyone was smiley and helpful. Food was great and reasonable priced. Crepe suzette prepared table side was quite a show!

A luxury hotel of old school. Very tasteful and traditional. The hall and also the bars invite you to a cocktail or champagne.

The best hotel in Hamburg This was the fifth time I stayed in the Vier Jahrezeiten, but the first time after they completed their renovations. The property looks stunning. The Hotel oozes comfort, grandeur, quality and old world charm. My room this time was a double with a king size bed facing the Alster lake. The view was perfect! The room was quite large, probably around 40m2 and had several comfy chairs. There was even a walk-in closet. My stay was very short so I did not get to try all their facilities, but the gym is world class and the breakfast restaurant is great. The service was friendly and correct all over the place. Highly recommended!

The 4 Seasons Bar is rather small, but almost always well attended. I find it very pleasant because it is small.
The drinks, if Mr. Müller mixes, are very good quality.

Always worth a trip. The staff is very attentive and reads one's wishes from the face. The many small details that the hotel and the staff have on hand are particularly beautiful.

Amazing hotel; location, staff, room service, and everything else! I've stayed at many European and American hotels, but the Vier Jahrezseiten is top-notch. Such helpful and friendly staff, especially the doorman! I felt really looked after. My deluxe room was impeccable. So clinically clean and inviting. The big shower cabinet as well as a bathtub was really nice. Very impressive room lighting with like 10 switches and dimming settings/combinations for everything! Bathroom could be dimmed down really low (see photograph). In most hotels, the chandelier can be dimmed and brightened — — but having the light-dimming on two separate light sources in the bathroom wass perfect for me. Going to the bathroom in the middle of the night and not getting a surgery room hospital spotlight in your face is super nice! No squinting! Love it! Very nice area in the Jungfernstieg with walking distance to Prada and Louis Vuitton!

Something in the years, but friendly service and a top bar in the basement. The rooftop terrace is also a real highlight.
Why, however, the staff at the reception all with a button in the ear greet the guests, I do not understand. One always has the impression that it is only 2nd choice, because it is more important to hear what is whispered in the ear.

The friendly staff makes it out, never intrusive though always present and very helpful if you had a question or need an idea for the schedule. This is where hospitality is lived and the friendliness is not set up because a manager asks for a team briefing. The house itself has come a little bit in the years, but it also has a patina and a corresponding charm of some guests is probably not aware, who likes it, it is worth to use the house for a visit to Hamburg. With the parking of the car there were no problems, the car masters took care that the car was ready in front of the door at the agreed time and also have a nice word left before leaving. We would love to come back.

There are lots of front desk staff here and the Hotel is very busy… our room wasn't ready when we arrived around 2:15 (just a standard queen) and we waited for well over an hour in the lobby (Check in time of 3:00 came and went). Not impressed so far. The hotel is quite dated but clean, and the lounge and restaurant are attractive.

Looks very luxurious from the outside and foyer, but the entrance was blocked by a motorcade of black cars, which is altogether off-putting.

Pricy,. Great atmosphere, excellent location. The barman might surprise you with really nice cocktails. The Asian Restaurant not in my top favourite.

By far the best hotel I have ever stayed at. Exceptional service, very friendly and knowledgable staff, spacious room, comfortable bed, very quiet. The breakfast and restaurant are excellent too. My only critique is that you have to pay for parking. With standard room rates starting at 300+ Euros you'd except that parking is included.

To the Saudis, who do not care about human rights and are the epitome of capitalism in its most perverse and antisocial way, to rent out the whole hotel is simply shameful and shows how much dignity and honor you have.

We were supposed to have dinner at Nikkei Nine, had prior reservation, we were already there, but unfortunately, dogs are not allowed. So we have to leave and find another restaurant… Next time I will schedule again to try this Japanese resto. I had the chance to peek at the place and still dreaming to try this. So elegant and so cozy…

On an afternoon tea. Classic 5 * S ambience. Excellent service. As many employees as it only in a luxury hotel there's point absolutely appealing, high quality, upscale establishment. Always worth a visit.

The three days at the Fairmont Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten in Hamburg, were, as usual, are particularly nice. The attention of the staff was only by the exquisite politeness exceeded. We will have our next stay in Hamburg back in the Hotel Vierjahreszeiten spend.

A good, very friendly Hotel with all the qualities of a Five star hotel. Spacious, tastefully decorated room. The Breakfast was rich and had a very good quality. Only the coffee was very thin and it has 25 minutes, until the scrambled eggs were served. The employees are all very nice, attentive and always helpful.

Very classy, but also somewhat snobby feel about it. Rooms are nicely decorated, but very small. Views from the side not facing the lake are non-existing, ie onto a courtyard, looking into all the other rooms around the it.

Bar very good rooms and Service are good and not too Expensive.

First time I stayed here, and this was hands down the best hotel I have ever stayed in. We were upgraded from a junior suite to a regular suite, featuring 65 square meters of space, a Nespresso machine with 6 tabs, two 42' flat-screen TVs, a bathroom bigger than most living rooms, a huge and incredibly comfortable bed, as well as two entrances. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, the breakfast tasty, and the small Jahreszeiten Bar (smokers bar btw. ) had great cocktails. I'm not accustomed to staying at hotels of this quality, let alone price, but it was a super experience that will be with me for long. Also, while definitely not cheap, there's great offers available, so that, for a special treat, one might still want to try one of the very fine restaurants (Jahreszeiten Grill in my case).
