Absolutely great stay, rooms big, stylish and cozy. Very nice staff and a perfect, relaxing ambience. Especially great, in addition to the many little things to discover in the Hotel, is the "kitchen" with the possibility of cooking, delicious coffee specialities and a great Breakfast buffet.

I don't know where to start and where to stop — it's just good! From the first step to the last step outside, you just immediately feel like you're in a family. Totally nice team, very nice ambience and a atmosphere — I just celebrate you! The only criticism: the height of the bed edge; the bed frame would have to be lower or the mattress higher, otherwise it happens too often that you push your legs or the knee. Nevertheless, I would come back immediately!

Very stylish though family friendly. Absolutely surprised about the lovely details they applied throughout every corner from the bicycle locker room up with the elevator the lobby the wall paintings and the top rooms.

Ok, seems to be a Hamburg thing, beds are narrow. But if you sleep in a double by your self it's ok. The bathroom in our room was spacier than in a more expansive Hotel I stayed in last year. Breakfast was great.

Great location, easy to get to from the hbf and in a vibrant neighbourhood with many restaurants and bars. Bring your own glasses as there were none in the room!

Rooms large enough, clean u on request with cot. Beds are comfortable. However, it can get quite warm here in the summer.
If you're lucky, you get one of the few free parking spaces in front of the Bude. Otherwise, note the notes on the homepage.

What a top hotel, super great designs of the rooms … From that I was really going u away, rarely seen something great with attention to detail! Breakfast is also extremely tasty, you can bake yourself fresh waffles!
And the staff are also super nice and helpful!

We had the Rockstarsuite, best accommodation ever! Where else can you party loudly all night with a music system, a beamer and a stage without any complaints? Here everything was at its finest and including drinks flat. We will certainly be back!

A really very nice Hostel, centrally located! The rustic Design runs through the whole Building and the Rooms are very stylish. Breakfast also really delicious and the Staff super nice.

Nice, fancy hostel. It is very clean and spacious. Wifi available in all rooms for free. The breakfast is really good and fresh. The interior is unique and very creative. Location is great! We had a very pleasant stay there.

Nice hip hotel. Fair prices and nice rooms. Breakfast for 8eur is a great deal. They offer recommendations for night events and have a good trust based system for drinks and food. Location is good, and only a 10min walk from the metro. Perfect for a weekend in Hamburg.

Very good and affordable hotel in Hamburg's most authentic "quartier": St Pauli. The hotel, which is a very modern place, fit in an 19th century building, is a good starting point for visiting the old center of Hamburg, but one should never forget to visit the hotel's surrounding area eather. Reeperbahn with its night-clubs and loud café's, the Hamburg Operahouse and of course for lovers of soccer/football, the FC St Pauli Millertorn stadium is at 10 minutes walking. Staff is very friendly and helpfull and the athmosphere in the hotel is really chill, maybe because of the way things are organised: in the dining room it is impossible not to meet another human being. Catering is fine, rooms are very tidy and comfortable and regarding the age of most visitors, very quiet at night. It's a must-go on a trip to Hamburg!

Conversion of an old administration building into a modern hotel. Fits perfectly and jumps quarter. Words that best describe the hotel. Large rooms, at all corners and ends alternate furnishing details. Here, any interior designer can get suggestions. Hipster Monument Care at its best. Exciting, inspiring, surprising. Very friendly staff. A treasure trove for international trends. And inexpensive.

The Superbude is just a super shack! We still got a room spontaneously — the rooms are simple but totally beautiful and ingeniously designed. Nice people, great service and funny guests. Especially the reception, lounge and breakfast room are great: there is plenty to discover, from wheelbarrows to be armchairs, from jeans to sofas etc! Make sure to book The Delicious Breakfast: The buffet has everything your heart desires, even delicious breakfast waffles. :-) we will be happy to come back!

Perfect location to stay! Super friendly staff a huge inexpensive breakfast buffet with homemade waffles. Big rooms, clean, 24/7 service, eco-friendly. Located in the famous St. Pauli district and the Schanzenviertel with a lot of options to go out at night. There is really nothing to complain about! Definitely recommend this place.

Good, sober, modern rooms in one of the nicest and most family-uncomplicated hotel tally-hostels I've been in so far.
Location on the hill is perfect, breakfast delicious and cheap, the staff always helpful and just nice.
Next time in Hamburg I'm back here.

Very nice open and helpful staff. And the rooms are always clean.
The only thing that is a shame is simply that the room rates have been raised a lot … about 80, € for a room … I just find too much.
And since breakfast with around 9, € is still extra … you quickly get to normal hotel rates … And it's a hostel … You could do that better.
If you haven't been there yet, you just have to have seen it. But for the price, I will be looking for something different for us in the future.

Very good location, many restaurants, bars and clubs are within walking distance. The rooms are just awesome, some kind of stylish upcycling, very neat. The service is pretty nice and will give you advice for party's or anything going on nearby. The breakfast for 9, 99€ was also very good. Fresh waffles, lots of juice and bread. Even vegans got lots of options. 10/10 would come again.

Due to a concert visit to Hamburg, we ordered the double book and were already directly enthusiastic on arrival. The permanent reception is very helpful and friendly, the décor of the superbude and the whole concept is wittily thoughtful and alternative. Not as dry and boring as in other hotels. The booked double book was clean and completely sufficient for the size of the stay with two people. The bathroom is also large enough for thicker people and not as tight as in other hotels that are priced in the same frame. So you can easily stay in the bathroom for two. The breakfast buffet offers everything you need for a healthy start to the day and is more than fair in terms of price — and performance ratio. The selection is great and tasteful you can't complain. All fresh and good. The insider tip are the fresh waffles you can bake yourself. All in all, clear recommendation for the Superbude!

The rooms are great and the location is perfect. Also the staff is unique. You can reach them 24h a day and their friendliness contributes to the charm of this hotel.

Cool hostel, friendly & relaxed staff, common area is nice to hang out — even for locals. If you enjoy running watch out for Wednesday nights 9pm ;) and make sure to join the Tide Runners, a fun group of runners who chose the Suberbude for their pre — and after run place. Not only just to run, but to grab a drink and hang out.

Situated in a very accessible, highly-populated area, the Superbude Hotel provides guests with anything they might need in-hotel, including snacks and toiletries!

Other hostels have a lot to learn from Superbude: spacious, functional and clean rooms, friendly and accommodating staff and house rules. It was a treat to stay at Superbude with our kids.

Amazing place. I've never seen a hostel so quirky. Brilliant value for money and a very easy 15 minute walk to the reeperbahn.

As the name suggests: "Just great! " — room, breakfast area, friendliness, people, design, style… we will be back. Our girls were totally impressed especially and which is saying something in children. It would be great if there were this kind of accommodation also in other large cities.

Cheap but super satisfying! Everything clean, very creative and cool furniture, nice and definitely satisfactory for this price class beds. Monsoon shower, shampoo included. Breakfast buffet for around 10 euros are possible, in the district but also cool small Cafés as an alternative. There is also the possibility to purchase snacks a la Bofrost and Curry King, as well as cold drinks.
The location is also good — a bit far to the city centre, but on a level with the fish market.

Superbude is a very detail oriented and very beautiful place. The staff is beyond nice and you are very well cared for. Breakfast is especially nice because they shoot for quality over quantity. It's located in St Pauli so there is a ton to do. Plus they Sometimes host their own music events!

Super friendly staff at any time is already great. To the atmosphere, the Topper pledged in advance (for back sufferers) actually found u. V. M. — we were in any case very satisfied.
Only one thing was missing at the end — a sitting area in your room and be it only a stool.
And since I'll soon be Grandpa, we are looking probably also more often in the Superbude past — until then!

Style very simply kept but very consistent with strong colors and loving details. For only 9 euros breakfast is tasty and fresh and offers a small but adequate selection of dishes. The big plus the staff * — are nice and in a good mood, even with absurd questions.

The BEST place to stay in Hamburg. Period. Whether you're in for business or just fun (which you can certainly combine) — if the location seems to fit: Stay at Superbude!

This hostel was awesome the decorations were really nice, it wasn't this expensive. There are even room with Playstation if you pay more.

The style was really nice, all the furniture was recycled in some way. The layout of the rooms was very generic. Wi-Fi was okay, breakfast was good. There was a waffle machine and I had waffels.

Super! Were to find fault with purely garnix (except that on arriving via car is less useful due to the ski jump Park, delusions), super nice staff, relaxed atmosphere, everything was tip top clean and also very affordable! Large Praise.

What an awesome stylish/design hostel! It's called a hotel-hostel, which makes sense as the bed are made and towels are included. But you can still book a dorm while enjoying the same stylish facilities in the room. This hostel has all these funky details. It's definitely the one with the best modern design I've ever seen for sure. And I've been to many hostels in the world. It's also very clean. There's a TV, but don't get too excited. This is Germany after all. So there won't be any English speaking broadcasting channel. Germans like to dub, so everything is in German. The staff is friendly. Parking is free in the area if you're lucky to find a spot. If not, there's a garage close by (so I'm told). The area is great for dining too. There are many funky restaurants or pubs to hang out. And that's all within walking distance of the hostel. I would definitely stay here again next time. The centre of Hamburg is reachable by public transportation or car. It's too far too walk.

Such a cool hostel in a really quirky area. The rooms are gorgeous and the facilities are amazing, everything you could ask for. Fantastic selection of loose teas in the kitchen area! Yet to try breakfast, but based on everything so far I'm really looking forward to it.
