Very friendly welcome. Hotel is centrally located in the middle of the Schanzenviertel.

Beautiful large rooms, friendly staff. Unfortunately, our balcony — apartment on the 4th floor and that was without elevator. Therefore only 4 stars.

We had the terraceapartment on 4 og. Very clean and nice hotel. Friendly staff! Lively quartier good restaurants bar's and coffee's in the area. We thought it was great here.

Great location and reception staff gave excellent advice on the local area. Lots of lovely shops and lively bars and restaurants nearby. Lovely terrace to sit and eat breakfast or read. The only down side was rooms/bathrooms were a little small for the price.

Very accommodating and friendly service, the room clean and well equipped. The location is very central and grade for train passengers is the main railway station from the Sternschanze in 4 minutes. We'll be happy to come back!

Location of hotel was really fine for me because I had a meeting in neighborhood. Street is quiet enough in rather noisy and cheerful part of town. Hotel from outside doesn't look like one. Young lady at the reception was super kind and super friendly. Also, young girl at the breakfast. Room and bathroom were clean and with the concept. Room was with two beds and with furniture for two teenage girls. Everything in pink and cute. I had kind of doubts but after all it was funny. Breakfast is basic but also with concept of domestic and wide variety of homemade marmalades and fresh bread. There is no elevator in the house and no TV channel with champions league.

In itself the hotel Nice central and trotdem quiet. The rooms are clean and neat. The Pesonal is very friendly. A Sterm deduction is available for the incredibly bad WLAN. You can go faster if you use your Smarrphon as a hotspot and go to the internet via mobile data. Another star deduction is available for breakfast. Only bread is offered and as a topping you can choose between Nutella, jam and cream cheese. A larger selection would be really desirable here.

Adorable place in the Schanzenviertel. Makes you feel like home. They have a very nice selection of tea, breakfast is great if you have a sweet tooth, the selection of home made marmalades is quite incredible. The rooms are clean, spacious enough, Wi-Fi is a bit spotty, but fine for sending/receiving emails. Rooms on the ground floor are on the street level and can get noisy. Staff is helpful and there is a big stand with information leaflets. Quite a big choice of bars and little cafes in the vicinity.

Top condition best location to do something. Large rooms very quiet. Can only recommend.

Everything done right! Thank you. Easy reservation, friendly reception, my room "red tree" at the top, very bright, individual, comfortably furnished. The bed with enough pillows, the bathroom large and everything very clean. And sometimes what is really different is the small breakfast with homemade jams, really super tasty…

Hotel Nice and good, but unfortunately nowhere is pointed to the construction site. "A place to relax" is on the website — hardly if it rumbles from Monday to Saturday from early in the morning what the stuff holds. There are also no Oropax that the hotel will provide.
If I had known about the building site, I wouldn't have booked. I would like to relax on holiday, unfortunately this is not possible here.
Again, the hotel is super nice, I just find it impossible that we were not informed in any way about the construction site. Very annoying!

Breakfast better not book, unless you only like dry mixed bread with jam and without butter… there is no more… it's a pity, because it was much better…

Was absolutely great! Very clean and a perfect location! The only compromise you could make in the size of the double room, but it is always on the go!

Small privately owned hotel in the middle of the student district close to Aladin musical. Very lovingly designed, very clean with incredibly friendly staff. I would move here.

I like it very much! And I know many different kind of hotels in Hamburg. This is the best! I have been here over 4 times! The staff is very friendly and very helpful!

Obviously here are many Eigenbewertungen. Because the Breakfast was not tasty nor fresh, or why were the bread hard? At least against 10h in the morning. Beds, so I had nice pressure points on the back, even though I change the room wanted to, it was me with the words:"May you have the wrong" fed. You heard, unfortunately, the neighbors, and out of any on the road. All in all, these reviews make no sense, because who is a dirty tablecloth, hard rolls, durchgelegene beds as "beautiful" or "… comfortable. " feel, there really is not very objective.

Cute little Boutique Hotel in the hill. I have here my parents accommodated because I was very close to live. We were very warmly at reception and taken to Arrive, we have the first coffee on the house, in the Hotel's "living room" allowed. My parents had the room Altona: Everything is super cute, decorated, and all rooms in an individual style — cool concept. In the morning I went to Breakfast to visit, a small, fine jams-Breakfast with delicious bread and great tea. Completely satisfied! My parents were great! Especially the location is not to beat.

Great location in nice neighbourhood close to bars, clubs and restaurants. Clean rooms and nice roof terrace area. Friendly and helpful staff, will stay here on my next visit to Hamburg! Walking distance from S-bahn.

Small Hotel in the hill district. Very comfortable and the staff is friendly.

Very nice staff and very clean room, the bathroom is especially nice. For Breakfast, we went on the roof terrace, where there is a self-made jam, fresh fruit salad, and even specially made iced tea was. Something I've still no Hotel experienced, especially not for 7.50 Euro for the Breakfast. The next Time I'm in Hamburg for the night, I'll be back.

Lovingly and individually furnished rooms. Very nice and friendly staff. Breakfast on the rooftop terrace in the sunshine was beautiful.
