Good hotel — quietly located. Here you can have a nice breakfast outside in summer, which by the way is very tasty and rich. Great, large swimming pool, underground parking — spacious, clean rooms. Highly recommended.

Good hotel with a good breakfast buffet. The dinner from the menu is tasty but as I mean something little for the price. Very nice rooms — neat. There is a big minus point and concerns the underground car park. Decidedly too expensive! Haven't visited a hotel yet with such an excessive price!

Stayed one night in the hotel. Located at the lake outside of Potsdam it looks promising at first. The overall experience was like the old Eastern Germany period, rather military style. Room is fine but feels like on sleeps in an office. Restaurant terrace is nice but the food served sucks. The breakfast buffet spread is typical but nothing special. The indoor pool is a nice experience but the water is so strong of chloride smell. Funny over the pool there is a large wooden bridge built for no reason. Overall very average experience. Won’t return for sure.

Beautiful hotel surrounded by nature, but a room lost its comfort when it's hot and there is no AC.

Summer 2018. A last minute booking for one night. Situated next to the lake. Outdoor serving in the restaurant. Easy parking. However the rooms are common like most. I guess a nice place to stay if you visit the Potsdam area.

A somewhat abysdown hotel in a dream location.
Unfortunately with service staff that is partly not powerful in the German language and cannot take up the simplest orders. As already described by others, the staff is often unfriendly to outrageous and seems very demotivated. Fortunately, there are a few, of the long-established ones, who are trying everything to make up for it. In addition, a training course would be urgently needed for the roommaids in order to be able to distinguish between your and mine for the things in the rooms.
The Wi-Fi is constantly not working and this state is not fixed even after multiple meetings. Every time, it comes as if no one had ever heard of it…
The food is usually rich, but often very boring and hardly seasoned.
In addition, the hotel seems to have massive problems with the drains, as it often stinks so much that one has the feeling of sitting directly in a septic tank (especially in the basement and the toilets there), but also in the meeting rooms.
For the price/performance ratio the prices are clearly too high!

Great Waterfront location, friendly and Courteous Operation! Dine also very good with a clear Offer, but sufficient and very tasty! Only used the Beer Garden! Obviously a Conference Hotel! From our Experience value (visited 2x) highly recommended!

A very nice hotel. If you are moneyed about the remote location, you might want to ask Google Maps beforehand.

Comfortable beds, clean rooms, nice Spa area with relatively big Sauna. Staff is very friendly and service oriented. You can have a nice dinner or drinks at the terrace near the lake. Only the ice cream although good for what it is wasn't up to competing with the many home made ice cream you can find in Berlin. The room was a bit warm so we opened the window, unfortunately there were some guests rather loud until approximately 1 in the morning, closing the windows silenced them. Around the hotel are many nice cycling routes. All in all a good choice for our short weekend trip.

A good hotel, friendly staff. Prompt reaction, in case something is wrong in the room. The food was always very good with ten visits now.

Very good location in the green, also buffet is very good. At the bar there are sometimes thirst stretches. Is a matter for staff. Underground parking is available, but the driveway is very narrow.

The Seminaris is perfect for meetings due to its multitude of Semiarräumen. However, the location is not very ideal for rail travellers and the rooms could tolerate a bit more thoroughness in the point of cleanliness.

Was over the weekend at the hotel… Must say that it is worth every euro.
The staff were very… Weather was not the hoot, but the hotel can do nothing for.

Were there for brunch. Partly very selected the offer. Staff and atmosphere in order. Parking is possible in the underground garage.

We were having breakfast at the hotel Seminaris, food was delicious, everything there, for a rich breakfast.
Waiters very attentive, plates were cleared very quickly and on extra requests were gladly received.

Spent a nice weekend at the hotel, location far enough from the city to relax. The swimming pool and training centre were inviting. The room was large & clean, but the TV was old fashioned and too small. Breakfast was good, but the menu for dinner was a bit meager.

Very nice hotel. Ideal for meetings including overnight stays. The food is versatile and varied. Even after work, the hotel offers a wide range of possibilities to finish off the evening. However, the hotel is very secluded, which makes the cell phone reception really bad and next to the hotel there is almost nothing in this corner of Potsdam.

Great course in a clean house with nice and friendly staff, you can only have a good mood and get. At the buffet there were exotic dishes for me which I found really tasty. The rooms have a new coat of paint and a super bed for my maltreated back. Well, see you next month, I'll be back.

A little bit of a hotel, but everything is clean.

Nice hotel right in the green and at the lake, ideal for relaxing. The sauna and pool are recommended, just after a lap on a bike or after jogging. Bicycles can be rented directly on site. The fitness area is equipped with modern facilities. In a few minutes you can reach the centre of Potsdam. A further plus is the underground car park with many parking spaces. A star deduction for expensive WLAN.

The hotel is almost owned by the Alliance and so the guests who belong to this insurance company behave.
Staff at the hotel do absolutely nothing about it, or do it unwittingly.

Condition at reception and bar super friendly. Food very tasty and hotel bar with a wide range of drinks. My room was a little over the years, so only 4 stars. When travelling by public transport you have to be aware that you have to walk a few meters.

The hotel is a quasi-alliance and the guests who belong to this insurance company are also behaving.

Very good hotel for training. The food is very good and plentiful. The rooms are very clean and well furnished. The staff is nice and friendly. Location very quiet.

This hotel is not easily accessible by means. Also by taxi, it is advisable to book.

I have been to a seminar at this hotel since 1999 at least 1 x a year. This time I had a freshly renovated room, properly brand, well done. When I am on the drive to the hotel… I am already looking forward to the nice staff, the hardworking waiters the delicious food, especially the salads and Mediterranean stuff… mmmmm. And the coronation is the bar with one of the fastest waitresses I know. The mix drinks super, cloude rocks that with the team.

We stayed at the Seminarishotel in a very nice double room. It was all very well. The only "deficiency" were two three visible spots that were dusty.

To achieve. With my numerous hotel stays I have not experienced such unfriendly service staff yet. This applies to the reception, and much more restaurant area.

Pure enjoyment in the autumn — sit in the sun and enjoy the tranquility.

I don't know much about the hotel as I was there only for the seminar and not stayed overnight. But I like the food servive there.

Really great location and as a conference hotel simply super. Purely private, I would wish me but with a better price-performance ratio. Unfortunately, I must join the Others, the friendliness, the Service leaves something to be desired. I have the Hotel now for 5. Visited times and I have always noticed the same employees to be positive or stop a negative one. Maybe it's because that you do not need to strive through the many training groups to each Individual guest. I think it's a real shame and in need of improvement.

Enjoyable stay here, but remote from the city centre. If you have your own vehicle, then it would be fine — 10 minutes with own car.
