I liked the hotel very much. The reception was very friendly the rooms are clean and tidy. I had a great offer and I liked it very much. The breakfast is super delicious, not quite as much choice but super quality. Again, the service was fast and friendly. I'm happy to come back.

Food is very tasty. Kitchen is easily overwhelmed, however, if a group (17 people) wants to eat at the same time. However, the staff is very keen to make everything right. I think the kitchen is too small for the possibility of guests.
Otherwise, the price performance ratio is right. Breakfast for 9€ is very convenient at the selection. Card payment from 10€. I haven't stayed overnight. Can only pass on what others have told me. They should be very large and spacious. From 59 € also very cheap.

Good for the price you pay, it seems as though the hotel used to be a 5/5 diamond hotel years ago, but between the creepy hallway lights that turn off, the smell of feetin the carpet, the smell of jetfuel in my bathroom, and the tease of internet that barely worked, this hotel has lost some of the original edge. Especially given THE LACK OF AIR CONDITIONING, you get what you pay for.

The beds were great, the bath was clean and the personel friendly!

Nice hotel with clean, large and quiet rooms. Great bathroom. The beds are very comfortable and we slept great. Free parking directly in front of the house. The breakfast buffet (not included in the price) offers everything your heart desires. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back. All Thumbs up!

A quiet place in Potsdam right by the water. Beautiful view especially in the night.
Music should not be too loud, so you can enjoy.
The prices are very pleasant and the waitress was sympathetic and friendly.

Clean quiet hotel with perfect transport connections. Underground parking space was free of charge when booking online. Great value for the price.

The hotel has been in the years, with far too tiny underground parking spaces — at least for today's car dimensions around the 2.2m wide mirror external dimension.
Breakfast is ok but not quite worth the 11 EUR (scrambled eggs lukewarm, bacon cold, cheese dried up).
Not on every room WLAN reception.
Bathroom with bathtub, but floor stains available, bathtub at the first bath full of rust chunks.
The staff were very helpful and the room was clean.

Clean and big room for a reasonable price. Was not so nice when I brought cutlery to the room that you had to bring this back directly otherwise a fee would be due.

One of the most impressive hotels I've ever seen in Germany. I'll come back!

Midsize rooms with nice bathrooms. Good choice.

I have been a regular guest for four years now. The rooms are spacious and very clean, the food great and the people working there very nice. The price is so cheap that you can also make your stay as a family.

Hotel was clean and rooms were large for European Standards. The front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room interiors were a little out dated but overall our experience was very positive.

We stayed with our two children for 2 nights. The room was very large and clean. Parking in front of the hotel a bit narrow, although we were always lucky. Underground parking costs 9 Euro per day. Staff very nice and helpful. Hot water is only waiting after a few minutes, which was a bit weird.

Rooms are pretty large, clean but also out of date. Never the less the rooms are not worren out and are large enough, especially the bathroom is spacious, plus one gets a bathtub! Overall for a night and for 60 something Euros it is good enough. And one the plus side it looks very accessable for disabled people. p. S over a night my room got pretty dusty.

Nice hotel, large room, friendly service, breakfast buffet fairly poor.

The shower stays cold in the evening, only after 15 minutes it gets hotter. WLAN is not capable of the number of guests, so the speed is pretty low. Breakfast and noise in the rooms is good. Mexican restaurant next to the hotel. Edit: Stayed some days more, the overall feeling was then pretty good (except the shower). On Wednesdays and Saturdays you'll get All-You-Can-Eat BBQ for 13, 90€ directly in the Hotel. Loved it!

Good location near public transport, nice staff. Very clean room. Very easy to reach from the highway.

Clean and quiet hotel.
Nothing around except a Mexican restaurant.
Quite far from downtown Berlin (more than an hour) but right in front of a tram stop.
The staff is not very smiling, does not speak French and especially annoys very quickly when asked questions.

What about the only good thing to mention is the breakfast but sincerely nn you spend €90 to just have a nice breakfast. Giving 4 stars to this hotel is ridiculous. It is 8km from the center of Potsdam and although the tram will walk you on the feet it is not said that in the city you can get there. At the reception on our arrival we found a girl who instead of giving us directions to the center, we had the bike and with that we wanted to move us pointed the way to a movie theater. To forget.

Service was relatively unfriendly. Location and room were ok. Breakfast and parking was good. Hot water had fallen out, receive no compensation so far. Complaints are not edited in the interests of the customers.

Hotel came in the year. Funny smell in the rooms. Breakfast was adequate for the price. On customer complaints is not responding on behalf of the customer. Other hotels in this price category can do better.

We have us in the spacious rooms, felt very comfortable. Everything was clean and well maintained. The staff was very friendly and before coming. Since we are on the Valentine's day in the Hotel stayed, we have the same in the Hotel eaten. The service was friendly and hilsbereit. The food was very good. We'll certainly come once again.

Beautiful rooms very large and comfortable, the staff is friendly; the Sauna is a bit small and uncomfortable, the food leaves much to be desired and is not a 4Star Hotel.

Super great house with absolutely fair prices. Price-performance ratio is "exceeded". The expected you don't really get. Friendly staff no matter what Department. The food is tasty and affordable, the Cocktails are prepared by Hand with fresh ingredients — no Dosencocktails, the waiters are friendly, courteous, and always a nice phrase at the ready, even in the greatest Stress, the facility and equipment is modern, clean and well maintained. What more could you want. We will come back again.
