The location in Prenzlauer Berg is good, however the décor is in the apartment in the Schivelbeiner str. Not to bear. I have never experienced such an uncomfortable holiday apartment. Had it not only been two nights we would have booked, we would be in despair… With friendly furnishings and freshly painted wallpaper you could make it a little nicer for the guests.

Poor service. Parking is free of charge, the promised parking pass was not available. So paid in hourly parking fee. The apartment (Chrisburger str. ) is filthy. Under the bed, E. G. Used hearing and twigs! Real twigs from the tree. (kitchen) is in the hallway and is filthy, everything filthy and hair in the drawers. Sheets and towels/bath towel have stains. Toilet's Filthy! There was no Wi-Fi in the morning. Unfortunately, it is not even reacting. We reported the deficiencies immediately and there was no reaction just excuses. We were asked to pay in advance. Now we know why. I can't recommend anyone. Then you'd better go to a real hotel.

Caution! Despite booking a room. We have very bad experiences with the Pension Marie. Our reservation was booked rooms already assigned otherwise, the Pension overbooked and no longer free. So it was not just us, as we have established. No crisis management, a helpless lady in front of and place of the absent Board can only be a star. Consistently, we have other pensions in Prenzlauer Berg has found that it is not an isolated incident. Prefer to book somewhere else and be sure that you also have to be in the same room.

The Pension Marie is highly recommended! Excellent Price-Performance Ratio. The Apartment is very clean, neat and has a certain charm. The location in Prenzlauer Berg fits this. With the subway you can in no time 5-6 minutes at Alexander place, where even the Prenzlauer Berg with its "pub culture" many beautiful and interesting corners. Wi-Fi, and Parking are available and free of charge. We recommend the Pension Marie in our circle of family and friends for a 'short trip' to Berlin or a long weekend is the ideal place to Stay for the night. My wife and I can use most of the reviews here absolutely do not understand! We are looking for an Apartment for my brother-in-law and my sister-in-law and their children at the Pension Marie stuck and are still completely satisfied. The relationship of course! Everything was clean, tidy and well maintained. For the two children (8 years and 11 years) stay free of charge. Wi-Fi (use included) was available, and my brother-in-law could be the car in front of the door off. He got specially a Parking ticket. The quiet location in's trendiest district Prenzlauer Berg is really great, especially if you only 5min to the subway is running for 5min with those drives then in the middle of Berlin at Alexander place to be. Breakfast there are in the house next door in the "treat bag", where we are all together every Morning, and got from there to start the day. The coffee for me one Morning vital — is very good and the Breakfast is much cheaper than any Hotel! The relationship finds it great — especially the very good price-performance ratio, and is coming Berlinbesuchen only stay here.

We were very satisfied with our visit in March. The great Central location, nice and höffliches staff, also very helpful and accommodating to us. Internet free YAY, we were happy. To our delight, there was a Parking ticket for the Parking zone and so was the Parking free of charge. Everything top. Highly recommended.

When I first moved to Berlin, I stayed here for several weeks before finding an apartment. The staff was really helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. Great value for money.

To a wedding in Berlin Pankow has invited you for us two Nights in a "apartment" in's Schivelbeiner Str. 8 posted. On the arrival day short the suitcases and bags turned off (Through the "apartment"door I fit just so. ), are we then with the bride and groom went to eat. At 22:30 PM back in the apartment arrived, then came the Drop, and closer Inspection of the shock. The room was verkeimt, dirty and moldy. The Nachttischlampenschirm was with a layer of dust covered and you could strange stains (looked like blood splatters). The bedside table was dirty. By the right side of the window you could from the outside (ground floor) directly to the side of the head of the double bed as the Curtain here, a gap open to read. In the bathroom arrived then went to the great Disgust los. The hinge of the Toilettendeckels we found pubic hair and other Dirt, The Mülleimerdeckel in the bathroom was like the shower and the shelf above the wash basin dirty. Head and Hairs were stuck to the tiles. A fragrance dispenser on a corner shelf above the toilet was like something out of the verkeimt. Absolutely disgusting. Mold was in the corner behind the Badmülleimer and the Fliesenabschluss for Wallpaper has probably never been a cleansing experience. The mattresses were completely sags. At the under-provisioned television was not a transmitter, the remote control is dirty. All in all, a true Ekelresidenz.
